A very profesional and friendly travel agency
5/5

Matthew and I spent five weeks in South Africa , Namibia, Botswana,Zambia, Livingston,Zambia and Kenya so you can imagine we saw a lot of animals, the big five, the wildebeest migration and much more than one could have imagined ,to see these animals in their natural habitat was a wonderful experience .The camps were or first class quality and comfort while the itinerary organised through Encompass from flights to pickup at airports and no problems getting over borders.I have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody thinking of doing an Africa holiday outside the big tour companies . Everything first class .Thank you once again.

Nowhere else have I seen such huge herds of wild elephants - it was an incredible sight. There was also huge amounts of other wildlife, like baboons, giraffe, antelope and zebra.

Once in a lifetime experience

The Okavango Delta is unlike anywhere else on earth. I did the camping experience, which was very back to nature - toilets were a hole dug in the ground, and there were no showers or ways of getting properly clean. However, it was made worth it by the early morning bush walks, where we got extremely close to a variety of animals including elephants, birds and zebra, and the beautiful scenery where there wasn't a building or road in sight. Another highlight was the boat trips, especially at sunset, where we explored the delta in small boats with very knowledgeable guides and got very close to wild hippos. The weather was beautiful - sunny all day, and the food was also amazing, and there was plenty of it. Our guides also made lovely bracelets and gifts which you could buy for a small price and which served as a lovely keepsake or present.

The people of Botswana are so friendly and welcoming, and the scenery and wildlife are amazing. It's so different from other parts of Africa I've been to.

Just Excellent
5/5

This safari was arranged for my daughter and wife from US. Their comment was "it was excellent and a great experience, the guide was just fantastic and we had lots of fun".
To add to their experience I felt very happy with the way the whole booking was held. The money transfer was easy, they issued a receipt promptly, the best part was they provided excellent service in picking them up from airport to take to hotel and then picking up for Pilanesberg safari trip in the morning at the agreed upon time.
I was dealing with Andre, he was just superb and very professional, he kept me informed about my family's whereabouts via emails and provided lots of information so they will have a good safe vacation in South Africa.
Book with them with confidence and you will enjoy your trip and have peace of mind.

Our Trip To Tanzania
5/5

Our trip to Tanzania (booked through with Pam Safaris) has been one of our best holiday as it exceeded our expectations. We had decided to go with Pam safaris through a recommendation made by a friend. We found Albert and his team really helpful, efficient and friendly. I will highlight the positives.
Tanzania (and its people) are simply wonderful, the attention to our requests made us feel special and listened to the whole holiday. This was done through the planning and making sure the package met our needs and budget ( its helpful to be clear on your needs and flexible on what’s available) The vastness and majesty of the landscape along with the wildlife left us in awe! This is more than the Africa we had dreamt of visiting. Seeing the wildebeest in the Serengeti was just magical– an experience that will stay with us forever. Our stay at the Ngorongoro Serena lodge at the end of the trip was the definition of luxury in the wild. We were put in a deluxe lodge that offered an amazing view of the volcanic crater area – it was just spectacular.
Overall we are more than happy with the trip that was organised by Pam Safaris, it was very well tailored to suit our liking. Worth every Dollar!!

Kotido Karamoja
5/5

Just a short report of my quick visit to Kotido in Karamoja with Stephen, Solomon and John. John Longok didn't saw his family for over 6 years so suddenly I had the idea to give him this opportuntiy. When John was 15 years old he was taken away from his family and after years of suffering things are going quite better now with John's life. Ofcourse, he misses his family a lot.
I know Stephen and Solomun from Cultours now for almost 3 years and I asked them if they could drive John and me to Kotido. None of the cars were available but Stephen wouldn't be Stephen if he didn't came up with a good solution.
So eventually, in the early morning friday 18th September we left Entebbe for a long journey to Kotido.
Solomon was the driver and even though it was a long way, Stephen gave us a lot of interesting explanations about things we drove by. After a overnight in a cheap but reasonable hostel "it" was coming closer and closer. John was pretty nerveous, emotions came up and suddenly it was a little bit to much.
It was saturdaymorning and I had to ask Stephen and Solomon to stay in the car because in this way John could approach his family with a very trusted environment and less nerveousity, and ofcourse they did so.
The meeting with his family was very overwhelming and emotional. Eventually, when it was afternoon, Stephen and Solomon came also to the family. They got a warm welcome aswell.
We brought some clothes and food for the family and the father of John was sick so together with Stephen and Solomon we went for some medicines.
In the village there were also some shows with a lot of dance and spectacle.
The people of the village are still living in Banda's and yields from cows and sheep.
Karamoja... If you get the opportunity and you are in Uganda then one thing is for sure: You have to go there!
This village is so colourful, it's a world on his own.
Cul Tours Safaris will accompany you during this trip perfectly.
I would like to thank Stephen and Solomon for making this journey to Kotido in Karamoja unforgettable and flawless, also on behalf of John.

First timers in Africa
5/5

Thanks to Carlston for putting together a super interesting itinerary that we would not forget. Being our first trip to Africa it was overwhelming to see the vastness of the country with ever changing landscapes and wildlife as well as the deep rooted culture of the masai tribe. I would consider this more of an experience than a holiday, only regret being I wish I had done this trip when I was younger as I would like to have climbed Kilimanjaro. The accommodation, food, hospitality and our guide were great, a perfect combination. A word of advice is to take a small pillow to soften the bumpy drive.
