Excellent, professional and responsive. Tammy was always quick to reply to any inquiry.
5/5

The Garden Route was enjoyable and overnight stays very pleasant - above-average accommodations. The safaris were luxurious and more than we could have hoped for. We thought the safaris were expensive when quoted but now understand why they were pricy - amazing resorts that were an experience of a lifetime. Service at each resort was incredible as were the meals. Safari staff were very knowledgable and attentive as well as flexible. We loved very minute of this amazing adventure. All of our expectations were met and more!
Thank you, Tammy for your excellent itinerary and for helping us with any difficulties as we progressed.
Our only disappointment was that our driver during the Garden Route continually ran 'interference' with the person in our group who had done a lot of research and had a clear idea of what we wished to do. He took us to places he insisted were worthy of our time but most were not. He resisted many of our suggestions, never asked us if we had plans for the day and only after almost 'ganging' up on him, did he reluctantly agree to drive us where we asked. There was obvious tension between him and our group 'leader' which made things less pleasant. His attire was also a bit too 'informal' plus we had no microphone for the entire tour (it broke the first hour of the first day), so he really didn't operate as a guide. He promised to get it repaired but was not able to do so. Disappointing. Pembury and Tammy did a wonderful job helping us plan and carry out a very special tour.

Exceeded all our expectations, Professional, Attentive and EXTREMELY Organized/Planned!!!
5/5

My wife and I travelled to South Africa for the first time in February and had the experience of a lifetime. Much of our wonderful experience was due to the assistance and planning we received from Adventura Africa, especially Lizette and Gary. From all of the questions we had leading up to the trip, to the meet and greets at the airports, to the private guided tours, everything was well planned and organized. Adventura Africa is a well run company that has true professionals on hand to guide you in your travels. We could not stress enough how HIGHLY we recommend Adventura Africa to anyone planning a Safari or taking in the sights of Cape Town.

Best Trip we have ever taken!!
5/5

From the moment we started planning our trip with Gamewatcher's they took care of us. When we landed in Nairobi we never had to worry about another thing. They expedited our trip every step of the way. The transition from camp to camp was seamless and the attention to detail was outstanding. The food at each camp was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The guides made sure each day that we had a new and more spectacular experience than the day before. We reluctantly left each camp as we felt like we were leaving good friends. The only problem we had is the standard set by Gamewatcher's can't be met by anyone else and as we contemplate planning a trip to a different destination we know it won't be as spectacular as Kenya was with Gamewatcher's.

Glamping with a great guide
5/5

I found Cape Fig through a tour operator in Lusaka where I live. The price was very affordable and even though they warned me it would be basic, it was a very comfortable camping experience. They have spacious canvas tents where each person has a comfortable cot. They set up a hot shower for you and you are served three course meals fit for a restaurant. Simon is a really great guide and I was very happy to be supporting a local owner run company. I would highly recommend cape fig safaris to anyone looking to have a personal camping experience in Chobe.

Best Experience of My Life
5/5

Taste of Afrika Safari's customer service was impeccable from start to finish. Admittedly, I was a bit worried upon arrival into JRO that my transportation from the airport to my lodge wouldn't be smooth. I was so relieved (especially after more than 20 hours of flying) to see Maggie, from Taste of Afrika, waiting for me at the gate. She was holding a sign with my name and greeted me with a smile. Each day my experience with Taste of Afrika Safaris was enjoyable and interesting. I was always learning about Tanzanian food, music, history, and biodiversity. Maggie was a large part of my experience. Every time I was confused about something (e.g., how to withdraw from an ATM, how long it takes to get to a destination or day trip, any additional quandaries) she would always do her best to accommodate and made me feel comfortable. She understands that travel is fun but can be exhausting too. This is where she shines in customer service. She anticipates clients' needs and comes through! My driver during the safari, Moses, was excellent as well. At one point, I thought that I had lost my wallet. It was early in the morning before we were heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation that I realized I didn't have it in my luggage. Instead of letting me just stress out and find it on my own, Moses came straight to my table with a wallet and asked if it was mine. Indeed it was! He was proactive and did something above and beyond. I'm truly thankful. Thanks, Taste of Afrika Safaris. I had the best experience of my life doing the safari with my two gal pals because of you!

Fantastic Samburu & Mara Safari
5/5

We booked a superb 5 day Safari with this operator who came recommended by a friend who had lived in Nairobi for a couple of years. We did Samburu 2 nights and flew into Masai Mara directly from the ''Kalama' airstrip in Samburu [ saves hours of driving].
The safari tour was perfectly managed and the pricing was very competitive. I would know because I had obtained a quote for comparison from my Nairobi hotel concierge. So this operator is certainly affordable, dependable and will not let you down.

Great Guide Arun
5/5

Great safari tour. It was raining and it surprisingly made our experience even better. Comfortable wise and also the animals tend to go out more in the rain, specially after really hot days (except leopards though).

We manage to see all major attractions in the Kruger park. It has superseded our exceptions, in part because of Arun, our guide, that has done the extra mile.

Also as an experienced guide, Arun made it so we could be inches away from several animals and baby animals in such a relaxed way. It wouldn't happen otherwise, none of us would risk it.

As a service, Legend Safari, is as simple as email Shaheen for princing and booking. Everything is taking care from there.
