Don't leave Tanzania without going to Ngorongoro
This trip couldn't have gone any better. Northern masailand safaris offer outstanding service. They met all my demands as I needed specific things as I am very picky. but everything I asked for was waiting for me from the airport. Henry checked in on me everyday to know if I needed anything. I didn't want for anything which made my safari perfect. Ngorngoro was the best part of this trip. The view was breathtaking, the animals truly a wonder.

Napenda Tanzania
Tanzania is very scenic. There is no place that like this majestic country. I have traveled to a couple of countries in Africa but this has to be the best experience thus far all thank to Henry and his exceptional team. There was consistent communication between Henry ,his team and I. he service was first class where i had everything i need and every amenity one could desire. They definitely lived up to my expectations.

Trip of a Lifetime with a 5-Star Guide!
Our safari with Mussa was undoubtedly the trip of a lifetime and a dream come true for myself and my family. Mussa met us at the airport and from that point on made sure every second was unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, plants, land and culture in Tanzania. Knowing I am an avid bird watcher, he was able to point out well over 50 species of birds during our trip. He suggested things for us to do but ultimately tailored each day around what we wanted to do. His many years of experience, his professionalism and his network of contacts was an asset to the trip but what made it so special for us was Mussa's personality and enthusiasm for his work. He is a wonderful human being and anyone who goes on a safari with him will most definitely have a trip of a lifetime!

Awful! Honeymoon ruined when it started in africa took payment but did not provide any services
Like many other people who have reviewed, my wife and I had a terrible experience. We booked our trip and paid our deposit to spent the second half of our honeymoon on Safari with them.
Despite the money paid no services were provided and no refund offered. I'm now astonished to find out they are still trading!!
For anyone thinking of booking with ISIA, I suggest you avoid at all costs. Even after reviews appeared online stating they weren't fulfilling the services paid for, ISIA requested a further payment from us - extremely distrustful.

Relible and proffesional safari by Crucial Tours
We were 7 persons from Norway and Sweden that went on a 3 day safari with CRUCIAL TOURS. The Companys representative was easy to communicate with. As requested we were picked up at Kidatu instead of Dar Es Salaam, and the driver/safari guide was there precisely on time.
He was forthcoming,, had an excellent command of English, and was a very experienced safari guide. He took us to several "appointments" with different animals, and we got within 2 meters of lions, and 10 cm of elephants (one of them placing her trunk on the hood of our car (a large 8 seat Land Rover by the way).
We stayed at the Mikumi Wildlife Camp, and we were very satisfied with the safari and with our guide.
We warmly recommend both Mikumi and CRUCIAL Tours.

What a treat, we were treated like royality throught our Safari.
Onesmus was our driver /guide he did a great job doing both. Saw so many animals that I lost count. If I were to go back I would deal with Shadrack and Gofan Safaris. Great price also.

Amazing experience!
My drivers Alex, John and Kikitu were all fantastic. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the animals. They were also always keeping us informed of the plan and making sure we were all clear and happy.
They did a great job driving us through the very muddy roads, I wasn’t sure we were going to make it at some points!
I was traveling along during this time and it really makes a difference when you feel like the people you are being guided by are friendly and talkative, otherwise it can be a bit lonely.

A reliable tour operator
I went to Tanzania with a group of friends. Had read a lot about safaris and chose the tour operator carefully. To make sure ours was unique and unforgetable. And it was- perfectly planned, well organized, professionally run. The guide was the best possible- competent, responsible , helpful and cheerful- always with a big smile. A great driver also. And with terrific eyesight- capable to spot hidden animals-that is what safari is about! We had enough time to take photos, rushed politely only not to be able to see more and not to be late to leave the park , got everywhere in time. When a friend got il, he found the nearest doctor.
Generally, we received more than had expected.

Marvelous experience pair with an excellent service
The service was really excellent and very professional. Fron the moment my sister and I arrived at the airport and dropped us off at our hotel, Daniel and Emmanuel already made us feel welcomed. These guys were really friendly and very accommodating. The guide that they hired, his name is Rocky btw, also has a very pleasing and friendly personality. Rocky was very professional and knowledgeable and it made our trip enjoyable. I celebrated my 30th bday and boy it was funny as hell since we (all the guys in the tour) had to help pushing the vehicle out of the mud. To top it off, the chef we had with us surprised me with a birthday cake while Rocky and the other guides present at the lodge sang and it was honestly very nice. I appreciated it alot especially the effort that they made to make it happen. We went back to Arusha after 3 days and Daniel was there to personally meet us. On top of that, we planned to drink for my bday but surprisingly.. Daniel made some arrangements that included the evening drinks in the package. Truly ine of a kind experience. Daniel and the entire crew went beyond any person would expect. Kudos to the entire team especially Daniel, Emmanuel, Rocky, and our Chef (whom we dont know the name) hahaha

Good game, great food & accommodation and a fantastic guide
We went straight into the Mara for a drive on arrival, after freshening up and a cup of tea at the tented camp. To our delight we got to see a pride of 6/8 lions at close quarters.
The buffet dinner, sound night's sleep and friendly and attentive staff made for a relaxing night.
Next day we had a long game drive, where we spotted yet another pride of lions, elephants, girraffes, hyena and a host of other game. We had a lovely picnic lunch on the savanna, the veggies samosas were delicious. We also walked the Mara river, where the great migration takes place, we saw hippos, crocodiles and some very colorful gecko.
On the last day of thy game drive, we went to visit the Maasai village where we were greeted warmly with a dance, got a guided tour of the village and had a drink in the mayataa(traditional hut).
I couldn't recommend it more.
All the while our guide Arony took attentive care of us. We had great laughs and times.
