Great stays, great safari, great planning
5/5

Over the new year 2015/2016 our family had the pleasure to visit Ngorongoro and Serengeti with Fanaka Tours. We had a lifetime experience with lots of animals, great places to stay and good service level from Fanaka. We can recommend this agency a lot.

Open Africa Safaris trip to Serengeti was simply the best guided wildlife adventure tour I have been
5/5

Tony Milinga was our driver and guide for the entire 7 day Sergenti trip. He was excellent ! His communications, his service were outstanding. He took care of us very well. He made sure our stay and trip was most comfortable and we had vegetarian food throughout the trip. He showed us the best game, saw all the animals, some in action and got to see all the big five. He was patient, friendly and provided great customer service. He made our trip memorable. John William, the sales manager gave us all the info to get ready for the trip. Accommodations were excellent and service was great ! My family and I recommend Open Africa Safaris to all who want to see the great Serengeti park because it is a once in a life time experience to see so many animals in 1 park.

Perfect trip
5/5

We were a group of two families - four adults, six children - that toured Serengeti and Ngorongoro in the Xmas of 2015 with Fanaka tour. The trip was well organized and the lodges and camps were value for money. Fanaka offered a very competitive package.

Our Experience with Feline Safaris
5/5

Bariki, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and had a neck for spotting wildlife and just knowing the best spots before it even showed up. We were always first to spot something before other tour guides and jeeps arrived at the scenery. The whole Safari was completely tailored to our needs.
We visited the N'gorogoro Crater as well as Serengeti to witness the Gnu and Zebra Migration. Saw a large variety of what mother nature has to offer. From herds of elephants carrying for their babies, lots of Lions, cheetahs hunting for pray to a Leopard feasting on a buck, we even saw the very endangered black rhino in N'gorogoro Crater and had an elephant strolling by our tent at night. All in all the whole safari was such a humbling experience, something that we will never forget and always cherish! We had such an amazing experience going on Safari with Feline Safaris. We are 100% sure to come back for more!

Our wedding safari
5/5

- My emails were always answered immediately and very friendly. We were very happy with that.
- We were super informed about our trip.
- The accommodations were very nice and the food fantastic.
- Our guide was always on time. He had a great knowledge about the animal world and also told us a lot about the people and the culture.
- On the last day we went out to eat with Paul, the manager, and we could give him some feedback.
- Our honeymoon was just perfect. We thank Paul for the super organization and our guide James for the instructive and fascinating safari week.

PaperJet Travel exceeded my expectation! justin and the crew are all great people, thanks!
5/5

I was travelling with 2 friends and we really didn't have to think about anything because PaperJet Travel had thought about every little detail! After our very long flight Justin waited us at the airport with a pizza! Already on this little detail you can understand the professional service they offer and the human touch they seek to provide. Justin drove us to the safari (kwazulu - Natal / Mavela Lodge) we had lots of very nice discussions and then the safari was just wow!! From now on I will always advice PaperJet Travel to friends that wants to book a safari in SA. Cheers

A once-in-a-life-time-experience with Peace Matunda (5-days Safari and stay at the Orphanage)
5/5

We did a 5-days Safari in the end of January with Peace Matunda and also stayed two nights at the Orphanage. Peace matunda is a small, familiar company, owned by people from Arusha and with a part of the money they support a school and a orphange.
We really enjoyed the time so much, it was a once-in-a-life-time-experience! The best of all of course was the Safari, we loved it a lot! Thanks to your great guide we saw so many animals, even animals we did not expect to see (lepard, gepard, rhino)! We slept in a “houselike” tent with foldaway bets and on nice campesides. Its basic, but comfortable. In the car we were only the two of us, what is a big plus compare to all the other companies.
The chef Kaaya was really helpful during the booking, cause we were quite short in time and answered quickly. He also gives you some advice, if you need, about which tour, national park or trips would be best for you, for the time and to see the animals and also about the payment. Our guide was really friendly, his knowledge about the animals is amazing, he knows also a lot about the area and you can talk about political things. He is doing it for 19 years and it was really interesting all the time and you can ask him all your questions. Our cook was very sweet, he asks you about your preferences and he puts a lot of effort in his work. He is really creative and the food was delicious and different every day. The guide and the cook were always on time and you can trust them with everything. They all know there job very well, are very serious and perfect for a fantastic safari experience.
After the safari we stayed at the Orphanage. Kaaya and his wife are working hard to support the children; they are really friendly, open minded and honest people. The children are really sweet and showed us around in the small village. You can tow walking trips at mount meru or trips to coffee farms or villages. I had fever for two days and in that time Kaayas wife and a volunteer helped us so much, we are so thankful for that.
All in all the team of peace matunda are great and we can 100 % recommend them :)
