Amazing adventure through Odyssey Safaris!!
5/5

Recently back from an amazing safari adventure in Kenya organized through Odyssey Safaris. Odyssey tailored the trip to our specifications and instructed us on payment schedules, visa requirements, medical requirements, etc ... basically made everything simple and easy for us. Mark Cahill ensured that our flights were booked to take advantage of the best routes and prices and our accommodations were excellent (in fact we were given upgrades in a couple of instances). Our guide, Kieri, was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating -- he ensured that we got to enjoy the landscape and culture of Kenya. I would highly recommend Odyssey Safaris -- they will do everything possible to ensure that your safari experience exceeds your expectations.

3 days in the wildlife of Masai Mara
4/5

The safari booking process was clear and the price fair. The driver came to pick us up at the hotel and was excellent in driving along the unpaved road leading to the park. The three days were nice, and so was the tented camp. The bottled water was not present in the jeep in the quantity agreed.
Very positive experience.

Amazing Namib Desert Experience
5/5

I really enjoyed this trip put together by African Coast. It's not a safari for wildlife so much but mostly for seeing the spectacular scenery of the Namib Desert including the giant sand dunes and the area known as Dead Vlei. Climbing the sand dunes was very difficult for me so make sure you hit the stairclimber before this trip. The camping was on roof-top tents mounted on our SUV which was a lot of fun. We participated in making the camp fire meals with our guide Tino. We did see some wild life around the camps like the large antelope, "Oryx" and some jackals that visited camp nightly looking for food. Highly recommended!

Excellent Chobe National Park Experience
5/5

Kalahari Tours did an amazing job with our Chobe Safari. The hotel pick up and river cruise got us off to a great start. Our guide, Jensen was excellent and found us a lot of great wildlife including a chance encounter with a leopard. The camping set up and fireside meals were amazing. When I think of a true African safari experience...this is it! Highly recommended!!

An unforgettable holiday arranged by the Happines Team who take the name literally
5/5

It started not only in Africa but the excellent service started already from the first e-mail contact in advance until the end of our tour. The offer was transparent and we liked the kind of clear choices in all price groups and comfort levels, to add a day or to leave a point which we did not want. All the Happiness-Team always answered quickly and were very helpful in case of modi-fications. At the end it is really a very individual trip only with things we liked.

Allen, our driver guide did a great job during all the tour. He drove us always safely although the car was a bit older and did have some little defects. Moreover he fine-tuned our time table perfectly when we had to manage farer distances. He could even appreciative manage a change of camps on the spot from north Serengeti to Central Serengeti which was really recommendable for us and especially for him as our driver, as it would have been a very hard and long drive from North Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater at once. We originally planned 3 full days in the north Serengeti to have a good chance to see the river crossing of the migration but had the luck to see it 3 times at the first two days already! It was incredible but was not necessary to see it a third day... So we stayed another night in the central Serengeti instead of in the north. He lead us also to the rhino, leopard all the Big Five and Ugly Five and many more. Each day there was another special situation where we could observe many animals like bathing elefants, eating chakals or hyenas, fighting vultures, lions in the shadow of other jeeps etc. It was in overall a very impressive trip and we passionate photographers could took lots of amazing and incredible photos.

The lodges we have chosen of your recommendations were all very cozy and comfortable, the personal absolutely friendly and helpful to feel like home. It is unbelievable to find such in the wilderness.

We are also happy to have concluded our trip with Lake Natron and Ngare Sero Camp. It was very special to experience this camp at “nowhere” and the walk to the flamingos. Awesome nature with the Lengai volcano in the back.

It was a unique and unforgettable experience in Tanzania.

Amazing experience!
5/5

We booked our Chobe Safari through Indigo and were very impressed with the service. Chris communicated very well during the planning process. As we got closer to the Safari date we had to make a last minute change to delay our departure and Chris was able to help us adjust our safari with the tour company, Kalahari. We were able to extend in Livingston an extra day and were able to swim in "Devil's Pool" as a result. The Chobe Safari turned out to be excellent with a really good guide that found us lots of wildlife and really comfortable camping arrangements. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous experience!
5/5

My husband and I stayed at Zanzibar via Siafu for our honeymoon. After beach holiday we spent 5 nights on a safari. Neither of us had previously safari experience. We visited Serengeti National Park and stayed Kati Kati Tented Camp. This was one of the best vacations we-ve taken. A special mention and thanks has to go to our guide Emmanuel. He was amazing! He taught us a lot about the animals and always put us in the right position for the best shots. The entire staff team was great! We have enjoyd our time in Tansania very much! We recommend Siafu safari operator and Tanzania to anyone! Good people and nice country!
Stayed August 2016. Travelled as a couple.

I told Donatus, you should call it "OMG Safari Unlimited" it was all so excellent!
5/5

Donatus and his three driver/safari guides were awesome...way beyond my expectations. Their knowledge of Africa, Tanzanian history, geology, animal and bird identification, plants, all were excellent. Their English, better then my own sometimes, and their patience to answer our many questions, requests to stop to view something, all wonderful. But most important was the familiarity that Donatus and his drivers have with the customs, politics, and the educational system (he is a board member of a local secondary school we visited as well as a supporter of an orphanage that we also visited).
He took us on many side trips: to the market to buy a custom made shirt from a local seamstress who did not speak English but whom we still could communicate our wishes with his help; and to a special arts and crafts workshop called Shangwa, where all of the excellent and reasonably priced items were made by people with disabilities.
With Donatus and crew we never had any reason to worry, to be cautious, or to wonder if we were not being treated fairly, with respect and honesty. All the lodges we stayed at were excellent, whether in the city or at the Safari tent camp. Some even had pools. Donatus has connections, and he valued our desire to explore and seek new experiences rather than to just be a tourist taken from place to place. The food throughout our two week trip was also beyond expectations and the elegant service at each location was a pleasant surprise.
Donatus and his crew know how to treat their Safari guests. My appreciation of a culture and landscape so different from my own was inspiring. I have the deepest appreciation for his making this "trip of a lifetime" truly a memorable and satisfying experience.

Best trip ever!!!!!!
5/5

I'm having a hard time writing this review as superlatives are not enough. Our guide, William, and our hosts, Werner and Rica at Klasserie Game Preserve, were gracious and knowledgeable. Although South Africa is experiencing a drought, the animal viewing was excellent. Seeing nature at work in this difficult time is amazing. The accommodations and meals were excellent. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Moriti Private Safaris is the best.

We enjoyed really a lot our safari in Kenya and Tanzania with The Destination Consultants
4/5

Now having returned to Colombia, we would like to say that we had a wonderful and beautiful time in Kenya and Tanzania. Thanks to Niko and Susan for their welcome, kindness and the excellent organization for the 9 days we had in total in the two countries.
We also apreciate a lot Ray ( Raymond ), our Guide in Tanzania . We can deeply recommand The Destination Consultants. They deserve it all.
It was a great pleasure to have been hosted there and shown the beautiful landscape and wildlife of enchanting Africa.
We went back to Colombia and Brasil with nostalgy but with plenty of photographs of this memorable safari . We are sure to return in the future. We have made good friends in Kenya and Tanzania and, we are convinced we can count on them when needed.
We let part of our souls and hearts there.
We wish Niko and Susan the very best for their entreprise full of adventures .
Hugs from South America .
