Great experience
The team and tour manager Castro was very helpful. He was easily reachable before safari during planning.
We both had a safari trip in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and climb to Kilimanjaro, Uhuru peak.
Different teams accompanied us during safari and Kilimanjaro climb. Both team were excellent. There were absolutely no problems during our 10 days Tanzania trip.

Great adventure
We took part in a 5-day safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
David (the owner) is a man of his word. Everything work out great and Kili Slope delivered all that was promised. Chef (Police) and driver (Jackson) were good at their jobs. We managed to see all the big five, basically almost all the animals that live in Serengeti.
If you wanna leave something out, then don't leave Manyara, usually that one is left first, I would leave out Tarangire, beacuse its really similar to Serengeti. Manyara has rainforest, which is really nice and different. Nothing wrong with the chosen campsites also. Serengeti one was really close to wildlife :)

Good arrangements and excellent luxury accommodations.
The booking process was straight forward with easy communication.Ou person of contact was Kennedy.He is really reliable.Our driver Matthew was very knowledgeable.He made sure that we saw most of the wildlife as they had promised.My family was overwhelmed by the nature and wildlife.I recommend African Challenge Safaris 100%.

As we arrived in Arusha, Peter met up with us at the hotel to arrange all the details. We had a look at the car the day before the safari, so we knew that everything was fine and we had a reliable car. Everything, from the very first contact to our last day on safari was simply amazing. We are so glad we chose bestday, the driver Roman was such a nice guy, a very good driver who is very patient and knows a lot about safaris. We would always choose bestday for our next trip, it is a very reliable company, we would always support again. Thank you Peter & Roman for making our safari a real authentic experience!!

First time to Africa, had a great time and was provided great service and treatment
Was referred by a friend who said she had a very good experience with this tour operator so decided to use them. Booking was very easy and Castro the tour operator was easy to contact and able to provide detailed responses to all my questions during phone contacts or email messages prior to booking.
The service from the time I landed in Kilimanjaro to the time I left was exceptional, this included car service to/from airport, hotel and Kilimanjaro hiking route. The mountain guide and his team were experienced, friendly and accommodating. In addition the tent and sleeping bag provided by the tour operator was high quality and kept me sufficiently warm during the trek. This was my first time hiking up a Kilimanjaro and I was able to reach the summit without incident in large part this is testament to the mountain guide and team I was paired with.
I have no issues with this tour company and have recommended them to friends and would use them again should I decide to take another vacation got Tanzania.

Use this business - the best!!
I am from Australia and have used this business three times now for two week trips in Uganda. They are very professional and organised plus will go above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly on the ground. Communication is excellent and I highly recommend them. Angel is a great operator and all the drivers are nice and skilled. Remmy is the most amazing driver and safari guide, very knowledgable and just a jovial, great guy. All trustworthy too. I will be back soon guys!!

Karanja and James were knowledgeable, friendly, engaging and made the safari an excellent experience
Myself, my wife and our children aged 8, 6 and 3 years had a fantastic safari with Karanja and James from Features Africa Journeys. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and history of the region. The safari was excellent value and they went well beyond the call of duty (and almost the closing time of the National Park) to find a pride of lions for us to observe. Highly recommended

Highlights were tented camps in Ndutu and Serengeti.Guide knowledgeable and very pleasant.Staff in all lodges and camps very welcoming.Service to and from airport in Kilimanjaro excellent . Fantastic safari - but make sure they come and pick you up!
The safari was absolutely fantastic, incredible experience.
Only one remark: they mentioned several times they would come and pick us up at the airport and never showed up. Only after several non replied calls they asked us to take a taxi and meet them in the office. Not ideal if coming from a long flight with other arrangements!
