Adventure of a Lifetime
From the very beginning, I knew we would use Pembury to book our 2 week Sabi Sands Safari/Capetown/Winelands/Victoria Falls vacation. Tammy responded within 24 hours to any and all of my questions in great detail, and customized our trip based on our desires. From beginning to end, our visit went off without a hitch - including our various transfers between hotels and airports, meals, and air travel. The pacing was also perfect for my husband and me - we felt we had ample time to rest in between activities and never felt rushed. Tammy booked our safari at Idube in Sabi Sands Game Reserve - an experience that exceeded our expectations. By day 1, we had seen the big 5, and each subsequent game drive was thrilling. If you are seeking expert advice and individualized attention for a private safari vacation (and not have to worry about details), I would recommend Pembury in a heartbeat!

Travelling through Uganda with our guide from Gatatu Safaris was the highlight of our trip.
The company kept in very good contact with us throughout the planning stages of our trip and delivered on every level throughout our travels through Uganda. Our guide was extremely good and he could not do enough to make sure that all our expectations (and then some) were met. He was extreme;y knowledgeable and navigated us expertly through the gorilla and chimpanzee trekking. He was very personable, communicated really well and we felt comfortable being in his hands throughout our trip. We would thoroughly recommend using this company if you are thinking of travelling through Uganda. It was hassle free and really rewarding in terms of great value for money and professionalism.

Great Service, reliable and quick. We had a great time with Kenan.
We booked a safari from nairobi through the national parks Amboseli, Tsavo West & Tsavo East to the coast in August 2017 just after the elections.
Before the trip we had many questions and the answer from Jane always came reliably and quickly - that gave us a good feeling that it is the right holiday.
We had a great time as a family with 2 children.
Kenan is highly recommended.
Next time, of course, Kenan again.
Yes first I hesitated to transfer the money into the "wild africa" -
but KATO, email and whatsapp gave me a good feeling - and we had a wonderful time. Thanks Jane.

Fabulous Experience at Affordable Price
Face of Africa was completely tuned into what our group of 21 nature journal sketchers hoped to encounter, and they made it happen! Hamadi put together a 7 day/8 night package covering Tarangire, Serengeti and Lake Manyara National Parks and two days in Ngorongoro Crater. Riding in four reliable, comfortable vehicles we saw all the animals, large and small, feathered and otherwise, plants and panoramas to suit each personal checklist. Our driver/guides were experienced and knowledgable. Additionally we had one dedicated guide whose range and depth of knowledge was in itself a wonder! I felt safe on all roads and conditions, even forgoing my seat belt before the week was out.
We stayed a few extra days in Arusha at Green Mountain Hotel, which I enjoyed for its exposure to local life and the warmth of its staff. Our room had a great view of people on the street, the Haleluya Shop and hair styling being sensibly done on the sidewalk. However, we couldn’t avoid having a bathroom sized pool after showering—improvement needed there. All the hotels were wonderful, peaking at The Retreat At Ngorongoro. We’d been warned to eat only cooked or peeled produce, but ended up eating all the tempting salads at the hotels without any problem. I think the best food may have actually been at Kenzan Luxury Camp.
I’m thinking about a return trip. If that happens, I will most certainly plan it with Face of Africa.

Unforgettable experience - totally recommended for wildlife lovers!
All in all our experience with Red Africa Safaris went beyond expectations.
Already during the planing Amelia gave us many tips, answered many questions, and came up with a great schedule including all our wishes. We went on an 8-day tour traveling through the Panorama route, Krueger Park and Swaziland, which turned out to be the perfect package combining sight-seeing, wildlife and cultural experiences. We were offered views on fantastic landscapes, very close contact to wild animals (all big five and many many other fascinating species), and a glimpse of the unique Swazi culture. We had neat, very comfortable, and greatly located accommodations and got to taste our guide's (Jaco) delicious food which we mostly enjoyed outside under the South African sky. But what made the trip really special for us - indeed priceless - was Jaco's knowledge and contagious fascination for nature. Thanks to him we got to better appreciate the charm and crucial role of every bug and tree in the bush beyond the big five. We also greatly appreciate his efforts in informing us about and supporting conservation activities in SA and Swaziland.
Both before and during our trip we felt very well taken care of by a professional but still hearty team which seems to love what it's doing. It was indeed like traveling with a friend – many thanks for that, Jaco!
If we ever have the chance to come back (hopefully) we would for sure do our trip with Red Africa Safaris. There was nothing we were missing or would have to complain about. We highly recommend this company to anybody who wishes to explore African nature and wildlife.

Uniglobe exceeded our expectations and gave us the most fantastic holiday in Kenya.
Paula at Uniglobe listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect itinerary. All the accommodation that was recommended by her in Nairobi, the Mara, Amboseli and the Coast was absolutely excellent and good value. When we changed our minds on arrival in Nairobi she managed to re-arrange some of our travel plans with no extra cost to us - in fact we got a refund. She was always available by e-mail or phone to answer any queries. The Uniglobe drivers were all reliable, safe and extremely pleasant. We felt that we had special treatment at some of the places we stayed because we had booked with a local company. I cannot recommend them, and a holiday in Kenya, highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
A cheap, comfortable and wonderful customer service
I traveled with optimum travel in Jan this year. I must say their costs are very moderate and affordable. They also have a great customer service and consultation

An unforgettable experience
I don't usually write reviews but had to take the time to thank Bigfoot for an incredible experience in the Masa Mara. Great, friendly service with a personalized touch. We had a fantastic driver that went off the beaten path many times to find wild life for us. It was a real adventure. Thank you, Daniel and team!

Fantastic experience and tailored road trip
We have been traveling around Zimbabwe with Off2Africa in January 2017, visiting Harare, Bulawayo, Matobo Hills, Hwange and Victoria Falls by car. Thanks to Beck Edwards, we had the true African experience. He helped us schedule our entire road trip, pick the most beautiful spots across the country that are only known to locals, while also making sure that we were welcomed at every place we visited. Off2Africa and its staff were available to us around the clock. They helped us manage not only last minute questions via the phone on the last day of our departure, they even helped us find the right garage after we accidentally fuelled our petrol car with diesel half way through the country. We can only recommend Off2Africa's services to anyone visiting Zimbabwe, whether acquainted with the country or a true beginner.
Go to Peter!
Recently, I went to Kenya to take a vacation. The highlights are of course to see those wild animals in Africa.
I took a "6 days 5 nights safari" with a company called "Africa Flash McTours & Travel". The manager, Mr. Peter Macharia, did a great job, looking after his customers, although there are circumstances that are a bit beyond his control.
A convincing example is that all the tour companies appear to have a system that tourists are told to hop on different buses at a set of places where they stop for lunch. This system initially confused me a lot as I thought that I would be always staying with one group, once a group has been arranged by a particular company prior to the beginning of your program. But, that was not the case. So, to me what Peter did most impressively was that one day, when he could not organize any other driver to pick me up from Nairobi to Amboseli, he sent in a car to just take me there. Of course, a single passenger would cost his company slightly more than letting his customers sharing with others. But, to me this is the convincing moment that his is a trustable manager.
I also want to mention in passing that a young driver in his own company, John, has done a great job! His English is excellent and he appeared to try to do his job properly, rather than trying to "cut corners".
