He was so knowledgeable about all the animals and reptiles in the regions he was amazing
From the planning stages he would answer all our questions and concerns right away so his communication was top notch. We traveled to South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe and everything was set up for us we never had to wait a car was always waiting to take us to our next destination. This was the most stress-free trip I had ever experienced! Matthew picked us up at the airport when we first arrived in South Africa and right away he was calling the lodge to make sure they would have dinner for us upon arrival. He was in communication with us during our whole trip it was so ideal!

Amazing Safari experience
I went with my father on a 3 night, 4 days trip to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. What a beautiful experience.
Before arriving to Tanzania, Hilary fixed accomadation, pick up and drop off from airport. He was very flexible which makes a big difference.
On the Safari we had a experienced driver with so much knowledge. Every question we asked he knew the answer. Very patient and not rushing at all. Everything was "Hakuna Matata"
We saw so many different animals and all the "Big Five"

A tour company that really understands its customers requirements and delivers a first class service
We asked for a tour that gave us a feel for South Africa and included the Rovos Cape Town to Victoria Falls train.The whole tour took 3 weeks and the planning and delivery were of the highest order.It was truly the classic 'trip of a lifetime'.The instruction we received were faultless and down to the smallest detail.We used 6 different hotels and all bookings worked like clockwork.The tour more than lived up to our expectations.

Made the purchase of our gorilla permits so easy and went out of their way to help!!!
Gorilla Safaris Uganda went above and beyond the normal to help us get gorilla permits for Bwindi. Even though we were not using the company for our travel they were so amazing in helping us purchase our permits to see the gorillas. We had to try a few different ways to pay for them online and they were super patient and then on top of it delivered them to us in a rather obscure location in Kampala. Thanks so much!! It was amazing customer service!

Best experience ever!
They provided us the best trip we ever had! We spent 3 weeks in amazing Uganda and the experience was incredible. The driver they provided us was very professional and we were very happy with him. The tour operator company also did a great job in arrengements and bookings, we didin't have a single problem in all the trip. I would totally repeat the experience and I recomend 100% this tour operator, totally worth it.

Another Great Trip to Murchison Falls National Park
As a mission team leader, I have a responsibility to provide a high-quality experience for my teams as they wind down after serving in rural Uganda for 9-10 days. Wild Jungle Trails has helped me guarantee that once again. We loved our two-night stay at Paraa Safari Lodge, two games drives, a boat ride to the base of the falls, and a trip to the top of the falls! Excellent safari company with professional service.
My wife and I had an unexpected opportunity to go on a safari for 5 days but our problem was that we only had a few weeks before we flew to Tanzania to research which company to go with and feel sure we were making a wise choice.
We decided to go with Lights On Africa Destinations and Safaris, finding their prices to be very fair and Peniel, the managing director, to be extremely flexible, creating a safari experience that matched our specific needs. He answered all of our questions clearly, quickly and in detail. I found his company to operate very professionally and we were happy to have a guide who was knowledgeable about the Serengeti, Ndutu and Ngorongoro areas we visited. He would sometimes stop to point out small details here and there that we would have no chance of seeing or knowing ourselves which were fun to learn about. He was also happy to do what we preferred and position the safari vehicle well to get good pictures.
We were able to meet Peniel in person at the end of the safari and found him to be just as his emails suggested - a very happy, enthusiastic and kind person. We feel very lucky to have experienced some of the beauty of the Serengeti with this company and would fully recommend it to friends.
