Masai Mara at the second attempt!
I had employed the services of Let's Go Travel (LGT) in 2016 to arrange taxis, car hire, flights and a safari in January 2017. The morning after we had arrived, my partner's son was admitted to hospital in UK and we had to immediately return. Paula Okello was marvellous and rearranged drivers for our quick change of plans. She then approached both Air Kenya and Olare Mara Kempinski, who said that provided we came back in a year the bookings were still valid and there was no extra charge. This was marvellous and in part down to her. We then went back to Kenya last week and stayed one night in Nairobi at Villa Rosa Kempinski which was free (again thanks to LGT) and then 4 nights in the Mara. Paula had recommended Olare Mara and she knows what she is talking about. It was superb and just what we expected. The driver Alex and guide Danson were brilliant and the waiters and other staff just as nice, welcoming and efficient. Moses, Hezron and Dominic in particular.
We stayed 4 nights which was just right, we saw all the game and more and could not fault the stay. We had Room 12 which was beautifully situated and luxurious.
So LGT did it for us in a big way. We awoke this morning in UK wishing we were back in the Mara, which means that the memories will stay with us for many years. Thank you Paula for your professional assistance throughout. You gave brilliant advice and coped with every crisis. Everyone who wants a safari in Kenya should use Let's Go Travel and in particular Paula!

Detailed toward the client!
Amos and his team (Our Guides - Epa and Nicolas) plus the porters were fantastic. Level of client focus and knowledge was incredible. We made the summit of Kilimanjaro in no small part thanks to this quality outfit and super service orientated team

Amazing experience
Thank you Kenya, thank you 'Spirit of Kenya'!
This was one of the most beautiful vacation I had. I felt secured, inspired and grateful to people, nature and animals.
Te agency and our guide arranged everything perfectly for us and we simply didn't have anything else to do but enjoying and feeling the nature.

Fantastic experience with a fantastic guide
The first thing I would like to commend about wildebeest safaris is the professionalism in their approach. They were open to changes and made our work easier in such a way that we need not worry about anything. Though there was a glitch in pick from airport the rest of the trip was so good we can overlook that small lapse. Our contact Noah was very helpful and went out of the way to book a few additional trips for my family. Coming to the safari, our guide Willy was above par. He took a lot of pains to show us all the animals from the front seat. A small issue was the vehicle we got was not very comfortable. But then if the guide takes extra measures to show us all the big 5 we would not mind this lapse. The trip was above and beyond our expectations. We would come again to Kenya through this company.

friendly, caring and professional
Right from the initial contact with Memory, the hand over of the vehicle by Rawlings, the very helpful advice en route by Jim and the interaction with with Mark (MD) at the end of the trip, I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Land and Lake

Great tour company!
Signing up tour with Magical Retreat is definitely the right choice for us in Kenya! Pamela, the owner is very friendly. She welcomed us on the first day we arrived and briefed us on the details of tour and itinerary. Our 8 nights tour were guided by a very experienced tour guide, Edward, who is very helpful and knowledgeable on showing us the animals and birds that we spotted. My husband and I are very happy with this private safari tour and enjoyed every moments of the game drives! Accommodations we stayed are very safe and comfortable.
Excellent lodge safari to Lake Manyara, Serengeti & Ngorogoro Crater
We booked our safari directly through the website (from Australia) 3 months prior and transferred a 50% deposit. We paid the balance (on credit card) on arrival in Arusha. This all went smoothly. The safari goes regardless of numbers and in our case it was just us 2 plus Abdul.
Cannot recommend Sunny Safaris and Abdul (our guide/driver) enough. Seeing 2 cheetahs close up has to be one of the experiences of our lives! Abdul is brilliant at spotting animals, an excellent safe driver, lovely guy & very knows everything!

Amazing Experience
We had such an amazing experience with Kenya Walk Survivors. The service leading up to the trip was great and they were always prompt to answer any questions. The safari was incredible. Our guide (Peku) was so knowledgeable and was always looking out for us. It is hard to describe the experience but it was definitely the coolest thing I have ever done. I highly recommend using this company.

did not take us on safari and did not refund our money!
Through www.safaribookings.com , my daughter and I have booked a 5 days Safari (from December, 31st, 2016) that should include Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro (Tanzania) with Africa Remote Safaris: http://africaremotesafaris.com/ . For this we paid an advance of 1200$. We received mails from a so called Naphtally from Africa Remote Safaris confirming our booking.
On December 30th, 2016, we had arrived in Arusha and had still not received any instructions concerning the safari. With the help of the Manager of the hotel where we were staying, we managed to call the Arusha number mentioned on the website and got in touch with a driver who informed us that he had only worked for Africa Remote once. On December 30th, my daughter and I went to bed not knowing whether we would go on safari or not the following day.
In the morning (Dec 31st), we at last received a WhatsApp message from the so called Naphtally indicating that we would be picked up by a driver from another safari operator.
Since ARS had not wired any money to them. We had to pay the full cost of a budget Safari 1800$.
While we were on Safari, ARS wired 440$ to the other Safari operator. This amount was given back to us upon our return by this operator with whom we went on Safari.
Thus, Africa Remote Safari still owed us 760 $. We wrote to them numerous times and once a certain Steve Biko even apologized for the delay and promised that he would soon refund us the money. Almost 2 months later, we still have not heard from him despite our reminders.
It appears that though Africa Remote Safaris claims to have offices in Arusha and Zanzibar, they do not have offices in those places and are only represented in Kenya. The phone numbers mentioned on their sites are only the numbers of drivers who have worked for them occasionally. They also do not have a license to operate in Tanzania and are only represented in Kenya. So if you book with them for a safari in Tanzania all or part of your money may be lost!
We wanted to tell about our experiences with Africa Remote Safaris so that you should avoid a bad and stressful experience on your holiday. They are found directly on (http://africaremotesafaris.com) or through www.safaribookings.com

Amazing!
The entire process was smooth, efficient and pretty transparent. Mohamed was extremely prompt in addressing all my zillion questions and made sure everything was taken care of.
We couldn't say enough good things about our guide Ema. He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time, be it migration viewing or leopard and rhino sightings or a visit to Oldupai. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and with so many other vehicles breaking down by the roadside, we had absolutely no issues with Mega's.
I'd definitely recommend Mega Adventures to people looking to visit TZ.
