Fantastic
5/5

Thale and Ryan.
Thank you for giving us a fantastic experience in South-Africa. We were taken care of from landing in Johannesburgh till we left the country 11 days later. We visited places like Pilgrims Rest, Talana museum in Dundee and Drakensberg mountains. In Kruger Park we were driven around to find animals we had never seen before outside the zoo. We think Ryan know every road in the park and where to find the different animals, and he know everything about the animals, birds and flowers. And - the food , if Thale and Ryan wantet to do something else, they can start a restaurant. South-Africa, history, culture and nature fill our mind when we are back in Norway, memories that will follow us the rest of our lives.
Thanks for a fantastic stay in South-Africa.

Great Experience for our first Safari thanks to John!
5/5

First of all the meeting at the airport went without any problems. We found John, our guide, very easily and then our adventure directly started. 5 minutes after arriving in Tarangire National Park we have seen already Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras and Wilderbeasts. And this was only the beginning! John drove us to many different places where we could see a lot of different animals. Already on the first day, we had the pleasure of spotting a deluge of different & many animals.
Thanks to John, as he has an eagle sight and could spot almost anything out there and could also give us a lot of information about the different animals that we have and haven't seen yet.
Apart from that we also enjoyed talks with John very much (as example at the dinner or lunch) about anything (e.g lifestyle, education, history, politics, private life) of Tanzania.
The accommodation provided exceeded any expectation, being in middle of the wild life, having a Zebra pee in front of our window in middle of the night. Even walking at night could be dangerous during the night (hello to the Zebra on the path), so Maasai protection was available. The lodge itself was beautifully decorated and very clean, additional bonus is a beautiful terrace and a garden shower. Of course we cannot forget about the swimming pool (no time to use sadly) with the panorama view over the park, filled with Zebras, Elephants, Giraffes, Antilopes.
The 2nd day we went to the Lake Manyara National Park, where we could see & experience a totally different natural environment (from tropical forests to savanna and swamps). The last but not least, John was among the first to spot a Leopard (apparently the hardest to spot). Therefore and thanks to that, during 2 days we could spot 4 out of the African Big Five Animals. (Rhinos were not living in the parks we visited).
It was very pleasant to meet Florent (the owner of the company), who then was also so kind to drive us to our next destination. Overall this trip exceeded our expectations, especially for our first safari ever. We would have never expected to see so many different animals in such a short time.

Amazing trip!
5/5

We have just finished a 4 night, 5 day safari with lion king adventures and it was totally amazing. Before deciding on what national parks we should include we got a lot of very useful advise and tips from Anna. As Anna’s first language is English and she is a British woman living in Africa she was able to provide a lot of information on all elements of the trip. The combination of Anna and James is perfect as James is Tanzanian has been guiding sarfaris in Tanzania for over 16 years.
We were a family party of 7 and our youngest traveller was my nephew who is 4 years old, up to my mum in her 60s and the safari met all our needs and exceeded our dreams and expectations. We had two guides and two jeeps for our sarfari James and Ozzie, both guides were brilliant. They were both very knowledgeable about the animals, birds and landscapes. No amount of questions were too many!! One thing I really liked is that discussed with you each day what you wanted to do, what animals you wanted to look for to really tailor the safari for you.
We started by visiting Tanangire National Park and saw elephants, lions, zebra, baboons, giraffe to name a few! Then moved on to the Serengeti which was very different and just as I had pictured the savannah. James and Ozie managed to find us buffalo, a lion cub (approx one month old), leopard, cheetah along with families of giraffes and huge herds of wilderbeast! We ended the safari in the ngorongoro crater and saw a rhino and a lion kill!!!!!
All accommodation was recommended my Anna and was superb exspecially loved the views from Kubu kubu and the Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge.
We finished the trip with 4 nights in Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge, from here Anna arranged for us to spend a day with the local community. Our guide clemency was a lovely man, and very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a local walk, a cooking lesson and lunch in a village home, I would highly recommend this as a great way to end your African experience the lodge is beautiful and meeting the local people was very special.
I really can stress enough how Anna, James and Ozie made my lifelong dream come to true and smash my expectations. It was truest amazing, out of this world experience! Thank you all.

Amazing safari the best guide
5/5

Went with Tony and his team for six fantastic days. We saw a lot of mammals and birds, thanks to Tony. With a lot of knowledge of both animals and nature he could show us more than I ever had expected to see on my first safari. I can recommend Tony with all my heart.
The team was great, except all animal experiences we had a lot of good food always ready after the game drives, comfortable beds in our tent and a lot of care-taking from Ben and Eddie.

Wonderfully taken care of by Seven by Far.
5/5

Sylvester was our contact person and owner of the company. He was always responsive to all our emails and questions. He made changes to our itinerary when asked and made wonderful suggestions for us My husband has a swallowing disorder due to a previous cancer and can not eat or drink meals. Sylvester located and purchased all his tube feeding requirements prior to picking us up at the airport. This was way above our hopes and expectations and allowed us a hassle free vacation. Our tour took us to wonderful parks, lodges, and camps. Everyone of the places we stayed were far above our expectations and all of the staff were very inviting, warm, and efficient. All The chefs came to see my husband because the staff noticed he wasn’t eating. They wanted to know what they could do for him. It was very nice of them. We saw soooooo many animals including part of the great migration of the wildebeest. We saw all the big five almost every day! Nicholas our guide was a warm and wonderful guide with great compassion for the animals and his knowledge of the animals, their habits, the birds, plants , trees etc was outstanding! There was never a question he couldn’t answer. He is a credit to his profession! Costos our guide in Tanzania was also knowledgeable and wonderful.
I would greatly encourage people to employ Seven by Far for their Safari needs in East Africa. They were wonderful to work with and graciously welcoming while we were there.

5/5

This was our first time in South - Africa. This vacation become quite special since it was planned together with the tour operator and it was made specially for us. We have learned a lot about different animals, both nature and culture, and we were impressed by the knowledge of this by the tour operator. The tour operators are dedicated to this kind of work! We will recommend this kind of holiday to those who wish for a special experience. We thought that the atmosphere, communication and the tour operators hospitality was very good during our stay in South-Africa. We are very satisfied with this type of vacation.

Excellent tour operator
5/5

We worked with Tammy of Pembury Tours to plan our trip to South Africa. When we first contacted Tammy, she asked a few questions to get an idea of the type of vacation we were looking for. She understood what we wanted immediately and met all expectations. The itinerary was perfectly planned and the materials provided to us on our arrival in South Africa were clear and easy to use. Tammy's arrangements of transfers and travel within South Africa went off without a hitch. Tammy's choice of hotels and activities were flawless with a special shout out to the Winchester Manners (in Cape Town) and the Idube Lodge in Sabi Sands. Tammy communicated with us promptly and efficiently. I really cannot say enough good things about Tammy and Pembury Tours.
