About: Go Safari
A lovely experience! I was very impressed with how organised they were and especially how punctual.
5/5

Very organised, punctual, friendly, efficient staff. Brilliant tour and went far beyond my expectations. The amount of wild animals we saw were amazing. The only time I felt unsafe was when we were at the Chameleon Village Market and a group of about 4 local men and 1 local woman tried to force me to buy their items at the market. I felt very intimidated and unsafe and did mention it to the driver of the tour, but he laughed it off as though it as nothing serious. So as a word of warning, try stay in pairs or groups when entering the Chameleon Village Market for safety. Otherwise the rest of the tour was a beautiful experience that I highly recommend and would do the tour again xxx

Straight into our top ten best holidays ever !
5/5

South Africa has such a mixed reputation that we have avoided a family trip there for years. Then we decided in April 2016 to book a South African winter ( UK summer holiday) The UK brochures looked A) expensive B ) Limited. I googled and found Pembury quite by chance – well, the angels must have sung for me when I was connected to Tammy at Pembury Tours.
From the off she immediately sorted an initial trip - which when I looked at seemed fine but we had a slightly larger budget so she moved things around - and again and again . I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do and in what order. Tammy was all over it. Finally we agreed the price was right and the hotels looked wonderful - they always do though – don’t they?
I had lunch with friends who had booked with the big travel agents the year before. I told them the price.
"How much? - you’re either being scammed or the accommodation will be awful."
Wrong !
The accommodation, without exception was 5 * plus.
All of the hotels & B & B were beautiful, the Safari so good we wept when we left and the welcome warm and friendly and the service to die for. The entire trip was flawlessly organised with small little add on’s like the bus tours around Cape Town and the details in the documents sent about trips to take at each stop. It was all very easy and relaxed. I compared the price paid to the big UK brochures and Tammy at Pembury supplied a 5 * service for pretty much the same price or less in the case of our stunning Safari ( Game Farm ). I can wholeheartedly recommend Tammy to anyone travelling to SA at any time in the future. We are already planning our next trip.

Epic Africa Adventures fullfiled our expectations!
5/5

I was working as a volunteer coordinator, and was responsible for a big group of young volunteers. We went on safari to Tarangire, we visited the waterfall at Mount Meru, Hot Springs near Moshi, Chagga caves and the marangu gate at Kilimanjaro.
It was important that the guides was trustworthy and reliable, and every trip we went with them, they succeeded to meet those expectations. It was safe transport, nice food and reasonable prices. I would recommend Epic Africa Asventires to anyone who is looking for a memorable trip.

Very well-organised trip where I totally trusted the guide/driver
5/5

Encounter Africa Safaris organised a trip for me and my mother, which was one of the best trips of my life. We explored the fantastic landscapes and animal life of Uganda, and it was all very well-planned in order for us to see as much as possible. Tolbert was our guide and driver, and we really went along very well. He has good knowledge of the animal and bird life and he was always gladly explaining what we saw around us; making sure that we were having a good time. He was always thinking one step ahead and made sure the timetable was followed. The safari car that he drove was very luxurious and felt safe, even on some very bumpy roads. I would warmly recommend Encounter Africa Safaris, and Tolbert as a guide especially.

A well organised adventure
5/5

Our recent trip was undoubtedly better than expected and worth every dollar spent. A large part of this was due to the help and information that Experience Africa provided. All of our annoying little questions were answered quickly and the team certainly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They managed to arrange some great prices for us too.
Experience Africa will certainly be my first point of call upon my return.

I want to go back now!
5/5

I can't say enough good things about Wild Wing Safaris. From the booking process with Clare to the transfers everything went so smoothly and as planned. Clare was so helpful in helping us plan our trip. We did a combo of 2 nights in Skukuza and 2 nights at a private lodge. It was the perfect combo, I can't compare the 2 because they were totally different experiences but I'm glad she recommended both for us it was ideal for our honeymoon.

Simon was our guide in Kruger at Skukuza, he was recommended from friends, so we requested to have him. He's fantastic, he obviously loves what he does and has a passion for nature/wildlife. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, Africa and nature. His passion and love for what he does shines through every second of the day! He's also a fantastic cook, he cooked us breakfast and dinner everyday and it was amazing!

We saw the big 5 on our first game drive which was very rare according to Simon. We didn't get to see a Cheetah so we're trying to figure out when we can go back to see that and all the other animals again. The entire experience was unbelievable, I wish I could go back right now!! It was the ultimate honeymoon, a trip of a lifetime!!

About: Kariega Game Reserve
More Luxury than a 5* Hotel
Overall rating
5/5

The pictures do not do the Reserve justice. It is stunning ! This is one of my top five trips ever. If you are going on Safari or just want a holiday - GO ! The setting is lovely and the building and everything 5 star from start to finish but the people love working there and it shows in everything we did.

Not only were we pampered from 6am to midnight but the rangers really knew their stuff as well as being great fun! Our ranger Wayne was brilliant and the other rangers we met were equally welcoming. Very informal which helps. The little things like a hot water bottle in the jeep in the morning - hot chocolate upon return from a drive - walking through the park and seeing little Giraffe that had been born the day before. We loved this place but most of all we loved the people we met - staff ( who are great singers and dancers and very lovely) and other guests. We are planning to return next year - something we have only ever done once before on holiday.
