Amazing experience in Tanzania: the trip of a lifetime
Safaris do not come better than the experience we had with Keron Safaris from Mombasa, Kenya. My plethora of requests such as style of accommodations, safety, equipment and sanity were all answered within a day and with concise information. I was never kept waiting for long. Still, pages and pages of emails cannot and will not prepare you for the majesty of Tanzania's northern parks and Keron Safaris does an amazing, detail oriented job at fulfilling this bucket list journey. I was met by a fully qualified guide on the night before my departure into the wild in Arusha and was briefed on what was going to happen the next few days. The professionally orchestrated safari of 4 days allowed me and my safari mate the opportunity to catch well over 30 species of animals in three parks. Keron Safaris makes it a point to avoid touristic routes within the larger parks as you really don't want to see a giant air-conditioned bus in the brush. Those are terrible and we as consumers should really send the message and remove them from the parks. We shared many quiet moments with lions just meters away with no other vehicles in sight.
I will certainly return to Tanzania to visit the parks we didn't have the opportunity to earlier this year, and we wouldn't hesitate to return to Keron Safaris for their top class service and execution!

They helped with everything start to finish - recommending two lodges based on our budget, making changes on our behalf when our numbers changed, coordinating multiple transfers for our guests, etc etc. - and everything went smoothly! Huge thanks to SJ and Vanessa - will look forward to working with them again on our next group trip.

6 magical days in Botswana - perfect advice from Rose as to where to go, and all went to plan.
Booked before Covid, rebooked several times, and eventually we got to visit Botswana 2 years after our original dates. Rose has kept in contact throughout the pandemic, ensuring we eventually got to our chosen destinations.
Having now experienced three lodges, all booked through Rose, I would suggest you share with Rose your expectations, and she will do the rest. Whether you want beautiful landscape, maximum animal viewings, or specific photographic opportunities, together with the style of accommodation you would like to experience.
For us, a once in a lifetime experience, that we now wish to repeat.

Really amazing!
We booked our trip by internet with Anne, who is a very nice and helpful person. Everything was very simple and like we asked for.
We booked a 6 days Safari (Amboseli, Lake Navaisha and Masai Mara). The hotels we chose were: Kibo Safari Camp in Amboseli (beautiful camp with an amazing view to Kilimanjaro! The best!); Simba Lodge in Lake Navaisha (the hotel has animals around the garden and the rooms are good); Keekorok in Amboseli (beautiful hotel, very good food. we love it).
Our experience was perfect and unforgettable. Our guide, Steve, is a very nice person and always with a good mood. Steve was always worried about us and did everything with detail. We loved so much Steve, really really good person. We never forget Steve and the experience that he gave to us. If we come back to Kenya, for sure we choose Steve again (and Amazing Memories of course) :)

I had sitting in the kitchen back home , when I decided to book a Safari tour for 2 in Mikumi national park Tansania. Safari is something we never done before. In 1 mounth later our dream came truth. We did choose Fahamu Safaris based on their good review. I have to say it was the best decisien we could have made. We highly recomend Fahamu Safaris to be your Safari organizer. We were lucky enough to have Mr Omary as our Safari guide and driver for 2 days. He had made all our wishes and disires. Few weeks before the Safari started We had received a full plan how is going to be, and Everything went perfect. Fahamu Safaris organized accomndation in the National Park, transport from the hotel to the ferry station, booked all the tickets (including flights) we needed and Mr Omary was waiting for us In Dar es Salaam where our journy had started to Mikumi National Park. Special thanks for Mr Francis he was our contact member since We booked the Safari tour, till we arrived back to our hotel in safe at Zanzibar. Watching wild animals at their free living place, watching things we had seen only on Discovery chanels before , its a must do it thing and Fahamu Safaris is the best at to do it. The most corrupt, dirty city littered with beggars
Dar-Es-Salaam is the most corrupt, dirty city. Littered by beggars constantly asking for money. From the time you land in Dar-es-Salaam until you leave they will extract as much money from you as a foreigner and create unnecessary problems for you even if you do not have one just to extract money from you. During my recent experience I was returning back to England and I was asked for USD 100 just so I can take some species I bought. The country has no laws or regulations. Everyone makes their own laws as they go along to create problems to tourists and extract as much money as possible. A destination to avoid at all costs.
A Dream Realized
Truly a dream come come true. From sales (Angie Main)to service (Dana Spencer) to the actual adventure, every phrase was top notch. It all starts at with the airport pick-up. Our driver guide, James was with us the entire time in South Africa. He was knowledgeable professional and treated not only as VIPs, but also like family. The staff at the resorts we stayed at were all outstanding. But the true experience begins at Humala River Lodge. The staff there was superb. Our twice daily safari drives proved to be an adventure of a life time. Our safari guide, Lindo, was on point with his knowledge of the wildlife and how to spot them. Every aspect of this trip was beyond our expectations. We added side trips to Victoria Fall in Zimbabwe (3) days and a day trip to Botswana. The entire trip was a dream come true. The best tour operator to discover the wonders of Africa
I am super grateful that I came across Pembury Tours where Anya was our tour consultant and created the perfect and unforgettable trip for us. Anya did an amazing job helping me to plan an unforgettable trip to Zimbabwe and helped me plan my proposal. It was our first time visiting Africa and the only thing I knew is that I wanted to propose next to the elephants. Therefore, Anya helped me and guided me to which country we should visit to enjoy the company of the elephants.
Since it was our first time visiting Africa, and one of our first trips outside Europe after covid, Anya's guidance throughout and support were incredible. She prepared the most romantic and adventurous trip for us. From our VIP airport pickup to the romantic and incredible accommodations, every detail was taken care of, the only thing we had to do is create new memories. We started at Victoria Falls and then spent a couple of days at Hwange National Park where we created incredible memories and stories to share with our friends and family.
The trip exceeded our expectations, both the camps and the lodge we stayed at were excellent! Apart from the trip, Anya helped me out organizing my proposal, my now fiance had been wanting to see elephants for a long time, and with Anya's help, I could propose to my other half in the company of the elephants at The Elephant Camp, something that we will forever cherish.
We will not hesitate to book our next trip to Africa with Pembury Tours!
