Private Safari around Kenya - A Wonderful Experience!!!
5/5

I would like to share my experience with “Kikwetu Cultural Adventures” with you.. In spring 2015 I started planning my trip to Kenya (initially scheduled for July 2015). I found Kikwetu searching on line, and decided to take a chance as it advertised personal tours. Kenneth, the representative from Kikwetu, was just amazing. Over the months of preparation he kept answering all my emails immediately, listening to what I wanted to do, was rather patient with my requested changes and was offering good suggestions when needed. In June 2015 I sent a deposit, but shortly after that I had to postpone my whole trip to Kenya due to the capital controls that were imposed in Greece. Kenneth was once again so patient and helpful with me, and at the end he accepted to keep the deposit for next year without charging me any extra fees.
In the beginning of 2016 I started again planning my safari in Kenya. Kenneth once again was there for me. Along with his help we ‘designed’ a custom made 11 days private safari in July 2016. When I arrived at the airport, I was picked up at the airport by Livingston, my private driver/tour guide for the following eleven days. Needless to say that Livingston was just perfect. The best possible guide I could possibly have! On our first day we took a visit in Nairobi and during the following days we visited 5 national parks around Kenya (Samburu, Lake Naivasa, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Amboseli). The whole trip ran smoothly without any surprises. We saw the ‘Big 5’ and many other animals. Accommodation and food was really good.
During my last day, and because of the fact that I had to catch a late flight back to Athens, Livingston and Kenneth spent the whole day with me and helped me to see some really interesting sights of Nairobi.
I know that “Kikwetu Cultural Adventures” also arranges tours to other African Countries around Kenya and I will surely ask for their services for my upcoming visit to Ethiopia which undoubtedly will be perfectly organized as well!
Thank you Kenneth! Thank you Livingston!

Wonderful holiday for all the family
5/5

We organized a self drive tour in the Elephant coast with Tailor made safari in August for all the family, we have 2 children of 9 and 6 years. Everything has been organized very well from Tailor made safari! With them we choosed the itinerary, the accommodations and they gave us very important suggestions about what to do, where to go or not to go....
We had a wonderful holiday!!
Thank you!!!!

Well organized safari trip!
5/5

We had a great experience from August 7th-17th on the 10-day safari in Kenya & Tanzania , which was organized by CKC. John was a great help in getting everything organized and was very responsive to our special requests. Our guides in Kenya , Sami & Kennedy , were really friendly and always seemed to find the animals before any of the other drivers. And our guide in Tanzania, who is also name John, was very responsable too, We enjoyed the experience immensely. Thank you!

E&H Safaris are really blessed safaris!
5/5

We were a small group and had a great time on safari. Erasto is an amazing guide, he showed and teached us a lot about his country and the wildlife. I never made such an impressing experience in my life before. Every wish was fullfilled. We saw a lot of animals during the safari, lions crossed the street beyond us, zebras, buffalos, hippos.... we saw them all! Erasto was very, very busy to fullfill our wishes and was always very careful. We had a wonderful time in Tansania and the reason for it is "Blessed safari"! If I ever come back to Tansania, I would book the safari only with E&H Safaris and nobody else.
Thank you a lot!

Amazing experience with excellent customer service.
5/5

Amazing experience with excellent customer service from the moment we were picked up at Kilimanjaro Airport to the moment we returned. Siafu Tanzania Safaris operated with the utmost of professionalism. Understanding that not all factors are within their control, the drivers and other associated staff conducted their tour with courtesy, humor, and a wealth of knowledge that definitely enhanced my experience. We were able to see many of the animals present within the park (big five) and our guide was responsive to our remarks and comments if we happened to see something that we wanted to stop for. I would absolutely go on safari with Siafu Tanzania Safaris again.I would definitely recommend using their service if you happen to find yourself in Tanzania and have the means and time to visit National Parks.

Professional
4/5

Interesting tour; professional and helpful drivers who also guide; good accomodation in lodges. Hotels in towns were too far from the centre (they should be changed) and for the city tour in Windhoek I paid 30 euro for seing and learning nothing (it should be done by a professional guide).

Stranded in Africa!
1/5

Customer service pre departure - atrocious. Information given re connections in Africa - atrocious. They failed to pay the camp operator in Selous so our booking was cancelled, despite the fact that we had paid in full weeks before departure, but they still allowed us to arrive at the airstrip with nowhere to stay. The security guard at the airstrip had to call the camp to get them to collect us or we would have been stranded there, and in some danger as a result. The manager of the camp saved the day by allowing us to stay but still had a lot of trouble getting the payment from Pure Safari, who just ducked and dived the whole time. Their attitude was arrogant and complacent throughout (one agent in particular has an unbelievable attitude to his customers). We have had no apology from them, despite sending in a written complaint, in fact they haven't even acknowledged it after three weeks. They don't seem to have had a good review for over a year, and the fact that they failed to pay the camp indicates that they are probably in trouble financially, so avoid at all costs, and pay them nothing upfront unless you want to be abandoned in Africa and told a constant stream of lies.

Amazing Kenya and Zanzibar honeymoon
5/5

My husband and I booked a 2 week holiday with Moureen which included a number of Safari parks - Amboseli, Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru followed by a few days in stunning Zanzibar. Moureen was very helpful throughout the holiday and during the preparation. She was very responsive from the start and put a number of package options together with different standards of accommodation for me to choose from. We picked a combination of midrange to higher end lodges and tented camps. On day one she met us at our hotel and introduced us to our experienced driver - Silas. Silas was very knowledgable and made sure we saw the big 5 and a lot of other animals, using radios to communicate with other drivers. Our accommodation was of a good standard and as expected. Moureen went out of her way to help us track our luggage that was lost by our airline on arrival and checked in with us regularly. Overall we had a great trip!
