Everything from the initial email communication to our arrival was planned and ran smoothly. Selma helped plan our safari and it included all our accomadation information. A indepth listing of the places we would go and for how long. The safari itself was fantastic. We saw different areas of Tanzania and our guide Humphrey was extremely knowledgable. He was able to explain all about the land as well as the animals. He was patient with us and fun to spend the days with.

We enjoyed the experience of having Darren from Compass Odyssey as our guide on a 5 day trip to the Cape area, a very well informed and educated person who helped turn our visit into an unforgettable part of our South African tour. Thankyou very much, Darren!

I had a very good experience with this tour operator

With Goodtime Safari I climbed kilimanajaro, visited zanzibar and serengeti and was very pleased with the service. At Zanzibar there was a bit of a confusion with my itinerary but Sebastian made sure to get it fixed and always kept in touch with me to make sure I'm doing alright.
Overall I had a great trip to Tanzania and I would recommend this tour operator

Having lived in SA since 1975 it was high time that I visited the Kruger National Park. This was a good time of the year as it was not so hot, and the grass is quite low making it easier to spot the game. One of the great experiences was going on a night drive, during which we were lucky to see 3 male lions at very close range, as well as a pack of hyenas. Another highlight was hearing the lions roaring at night close to our camp.
My only disappointment was that there aren't any hides from which I could take close-up photos of the animals.

Could not have asked for more in terms of wildlife and scenery - we lived the documentaries we have seen on TV. Weather warm but not too hot, some rain, lot of cloud, storms, drama, loved it. Accommodation variable but never below an acceptable standard. We travelled only by car and some of the roads are definitely mad and bad, particularly the road from Narok to Masai Mara. Our guide - Paul of Bush and Game safari - was fantastic. Favourite park: Amboselli.

Great organization and service by Easytravel
5/5

We booked our safari and Zanzibar trip with Matoke tours in Holland. The trip we got was far beyond our expectations and imagination. Our guide/driver Benedict took so greta care of us that we immediately felt welcome and home in Africa. He went out of his way to make sure we saw everything the Serengeti has to offer including a few live lion hunts, a cheeta kill, migrating wildebeest. a leopard and cub standing on a rock and an old male rasta lion. Five stars for Benedict, a young guide who knows all you want to know during your stay and who is very much fun to travel with and who works very hard to make sure you get your money's worth. Easy travel did a great job checking that we got the excellent service they are known for and that nothing could go wrong. Last but not least some praise for the Tortillis camp in Serengeti, a must place to stay over: great food especially considering the limitations and the most friendly team you will ever find. Super!

We booked with Ubuntu safaris after looking for a bit with other companies then we got recommended Ubuntu, and I have to say it was an excellent choice. Cuan did an amazing job putting our trip together. The service thru out Tanzania was excellent, from te camps, hotels, guides and drivers. Everyone went out of there way to ensure we had a great honeymoon. We got spoilt :)

Great “once in a lifetime” experiences with knowledgeable local guide. Overall great value!

Anyone looking for great experiences in Southern Africa should consider hiring Craig as their private tour guide. Being a native South African, Craig has local firsthand knowledge of South Africa past and present. He answered all our questions and educated us about 'all things South Africa' with knowledge and pride. His own enthusiasm was contagious! Our adventure in South Africa would not have been as seamless and positive if it wasn't for Craig.

Our family of 4 from Toronto, Canada had an incredible time with Craig as our private tour guide. We hired his company for 2 separate trips; a 4 day 3 night tour of the Southern Cape (including Cape Point, Oudtshoorn, Congo Caves, Private Game Reserve, Cape Agulhas, Hermanus and Betty’s Bay) and a 5 day 4 night tour of Swaziland, Kruger Park (including many hours of Safari driving) and the Blyde River Canyon.

Craig took care of all the details including itinerary, bookings, vehicle rental, driving and guiding. We appreciated that Craig drove us through spectacular regions, ensured we saw major tour spots, as well as, experienced special 'off the beaten track' places that made our trip so special. The best things about our trip were the many excursions, knowledgeable local guide, flexible itinerary and overall great value.
