These guys are the best
5/5

I had a wonderful safari catered for by the Bigfoot team - Daniel and his guys are just the best. From getting us the best rooms at the hotel to sorting out an issue with park entry for one of us in the group, Bigfoot Adventures made our safari really memorable - highly recommended.

Amazing Tours and Amazing People
5/5

Without Exadoration this is by far the best trip I have ever had in my life, I strongly encourage to have a trip with Tekko Tours to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Make sure you tell them to let you stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge.

Good value, fun 3 day 2 night safari at Masai Mara
4/5

Safari itself was a good time. Our driver (Peter) was awesome. He was polite and listened to us when we wanted to stop or move on to other things. The campsite was alright, but the food situation was weird. It seemed like other groups at the same campsite had a specific cook that would reserve tables (of which there weren't enough for the number of people staying there) and set them up and make specific buffets just for them. For some reason our group didn't get this treatment from our cook. Our food was basically the exact same meals both days... but for 2 nights it's not a big deal. The food wasn't bad, just kinda bland. Shower was hot, toilet worked, towels were provided when I asked for one, and the bed sheets seemed clean to me. Beds weren't terribly comfy, but for 2 nights, they did the job and it was a heck of a lot better than sleeping on the ground would've been.

Josh was very reasonable and helpful. He answered all my questions, and picked me up from my place near the Nairobi centre to meet other safari group members. He was very organized. Only thing was when I was brought back to Nairobi, it was with a different driver than we'd had the rest of the trip with (we transferred at a town on the way back because some others were continuing on to Lake Navisha) and he wanted to just dump me in the city centre (not back at my place as Josh and I had agreed). When I called Josh, he arranged for a taxi driver to bring me back home and it all worked out.

All in all, the best deal I could find. Was $290 USD all in, and I have no regrets. Great experience, met some really nice people from all over the world in my group.

Everything as Promise
5/5

They were amazing from first contact to make reservation (even though our group kept changing from 10 to 9 and finally to 8 people.) The minivans with drivers at 7:00 am sharp as arranged. The drivers/guide very nice, professional but approachable. Great english, great knowledge of Masai Mara animals. We had two vans and two drivers. They made sure we stayed together and strategized when looking for the game. We saw 4 out of the big 5 on our first drive which was the evening drive in day of arrival plus zebras, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeest, birds, and more. The second day was a full day game drive and managed to witness a wildebeest migration plus saw once again and in different positions the Lion, Elephants and Buffalo. Did not see Leopard again, but saw again cheetahs family, elephant family, girafes, zebras and many more. They were very accommodating and allowed us to take our photos an always tried to place vehicle for best view. We took a package that include tent camp Ilkeliani. The accommodations were amazing. They provided water for us during day and allowed us to take some for our meals as well. Overall a great experience and will recomend them. Our drivers were the best: John and Eustus.

Such a fun Trip. Big Foot made my time in Africa the greatest experience of my life. Each driver has a great sense of humor and amazing knowledge of every animal you experience. I would highly recommend working with them.

African Excellence
5/5

E-Trip Africa was exceptional with communication during the entire planning phase, travel preparation, during the trip itself, and even after we returned. We had a very minor issue that prevented us from enjoying one of the activities on our itinerary, and E-Trip Africa worked to help us get a refund. All of the transportation scheduled (transfer flights, airport transfers, and drivers from hotels to our desired destinations) was efficient, quick, clean, and the drivers or pilots themselves were wonderful. Best of all, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. As for the safari in Tanzania, it was magical. The accommodations were superb and the staff was even better, and our game drives and driver were incredible. In Rwanda, I probably would not stay at the lodge in which we stayed again--although the service and staff were fantastic, the rooms themselves were..rustic...But, the gorilla trek truly was an experience of a lifetime. We are so thankful for E-Trip and will definitely use them again for our African travels.

Service unmatched in my over 40 years of wold travel.
5/5

I was working with another travel company on a custom tour to Kenya, Rwanda and Madagascar. As you might imagine this is a project that takes literally months to put together correctly. Two weeks out from our departure date the entire trip fell apart because the travel coordinator went on vacation without remotely completing our arrangements. In something of a complete panic I went on line and took a blind leap of faith in choosing Opulent Travel to somehow do in 10 days what should normally take several weeks to organize correctly. In what was rapidly becoming a total disaster, the travel gods placed us into the amazingly capable hands of Donna and in those 10 days she performed what I consider to be a major miracle of last minute coordination. Not only did she manage to get the entire trip organized, but with her personal contacts she found us some of the most incredible sites and venues I have ever seen in my multiple African trips. And in a trip this complex with the opportunity for countless particulars to go astray, every single detail of this trip was perfect and flawlessly executed. Unbelievable!!!
