Unique experience in Kruger National Park with Shinzelle Safaris
We are very happy about our choice and had an amazing experience with Shinzelle, Brandon and Danielle.
First of all:
A Safari is an expensive thing to do and there is a lots companies you have to choose between. Some will treat you as a mass tourist, traveling around in big groups, and others will make it a quite personal and therefore unique experience. We couldn't imagine a more personal experience than the two gave us - so if you are looking for that, you found it.
Safari and tours:
Brandon is a skilled, passionate and experienced guide for over 10 years now. He was as excited as we were watching the animals - except impalas, they are just everywhere :D.
we were two days out in kurger national park with him and it was just awesome.
brandon gave us tons of information about the flora and fauna and the landscape of the park. as you are out in nature, of course, there is no guaranty for animal spottings and good weather. we got really lucky and saw all of the big five and many other fascinating animals as well. but whatever might happen, brandon surely will make the best out of it :).
we also decided to do the panorama tour on day 2, which is as well recommendable and allows you to relax a bit, just ask them about it :).
accommodation and food:
accommodation will depend on availability. we stayed in a beautiful spacy hut on the brink of a creek build on stilts. you will be accompanied by the sound of birds and amphibia - therefore you will never lose touch with nature, which we enjoyed.
the food was amazing! or as they say in SA "lekker"! Danielle is a professional chef and everything she prepared for us was delicious. for the two of us it was way too much to eat so you most certainly won't have to be afraid to stay hungry. also, we were very happy to hear, that the leftovers will be given to charity!
All in all we fell in love with the place and this lovely couple and their efforts. we couldn't have chosen better and would totally recommend this tour with "Shinzelle Safaris" (which means honey badger in Englisch :).)

Great experience - smooth arrangements
We spent from 22 Dec to 1 Jan in Tanzania, and Rose took care of our arrangements. Normally we would do logistics ourselves, but given we were moving around camps, and had a strong recommendation from friends to go through Rose, we decided to use Luxury Safari.
Really pleased with the camps they arranged, Sayari and Kusini. Also, we had to change flight arrangements slightly and they organized the accommodation and connections to adjust for this.
It was a great family trip, and we have fantastic memories. Worth the investment!
Regards
Peter

Effective communication and exceptional service.
We booked a conference package with Sally & Andy from ATC and we were pleasantly surprised by their attention to details and great service. I would recommend ATC very highly to anyone looking for a professional company to handle the entire reservation process.

Amazing safari experience
4 days of amazing safari experience with Peace Matunda.
We were warmly welcomed the day before the safari by Kaaya and his team. The room was very nice, comfortable, with hot water.
We left the next day for 4 days of safari in the Serengeti and the N'gorongoro crater. We traveled the parks with the helpful comments of Robert, our driver / guide and our chef Peter took care of us all along. The food was delicious and the service at the top.
We have slept in the public camps but with equipment offering above average comfort (cots, mattresses, blankets, clean sheets). We were in the middle of the park, with buffaloes, monkeys, gazelles, etc. all around the camp, really nice!
We were both of us, which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy a tailor-made safari and intimate with nature.
The Peace Matunda project, which helps disadvantaged children, is great. We really recommend doing a safari with them, it is a fabulous and unforgettable experience.
Asante sana and we hope to see you again ;)

Unethical business practices
The director, Naphtally, accepted our payments in advance. Upon the very morning of the start of our safari, the local tour guide showed up with Naphtally on the phone. He claimed the government was slow in allowing bank transfers into the country, etc. He asked that we pay for the park fees in advance with our credit card and that he would in turn reimburse us for the different at the end of the tour. In fact, he has not paid the tour guide, the local operator, or us. It is unfortunate because he gives tourists a bad feeling about all local companies which is unfair and unethical. Do NOT give this company any of your money or business.

We travelled as a family of 6. From the very beginning the service and communication was excellent. Thank you Ute for your patience with my many emails.
We safari'd at Kirkmans Kamp and Ngala. Loved both. Food at Kirkmans exceptional. Our guide Garrith and tracker Chris did an awesome job. Saw all of the big 5. . Pool and facilities at Ngala better. We loved our guide Allyn at Ngala. Really great with our kids and went the extra mile.

Very personal service delivering 100% of what we asked for ... paying particular attention to detail
We were in communication at all times. The service was excellent with phone and e-mail contact. We were also given a very comprehensive folder with details of our itinerary and suggestions re tipping etc. We spent 3 weeks in Africa covering two safaris, 7 internal flights, a Rovas rail trip, time in Capetown and a visit to Victoria Falls. The whole trip far exceeded expectations with not one hitch along the way. Wonderful!!

Trip of a Lifetime
My husband and I just returned from the most amazing trip to South Africa. We worked with Tammy over the course of four months to plan the trip and everything went so smoothly. Tammy was the best person to work with - she gave great advice, always responded very promptly (and I asked a TON of questions), was always cheerful and was someone I trusted completely.
Because we booked a bit last minute and it was the high season, Tammy had to work extra hard to get us in places (hotels, tours, etc.), and we were so lucky to have stayed at the places we did, due to her hard work. Normally we like to plan trips ourselves, but I know we would have missed out on so much had we not worked with Tammy.
We already miss Cape Town, the Winelands and our amazing Kruger safari! We don't normally repeat destinations, but South Africa is already back on our list!
My two pieces of advice for your trip are: 1) Go for as many days as you can - there is so much do see and do; 2) Work with Pembury to make the most of those days!
