Amazing Kenya!!
5/5

We are from Buenos Aires Argentina, this one was our first time in Africa and our first Safari and everything was wonderful!!
Kenya Walking Survivors was the perfect company, Mr. Otieno responded all our questions months ahead! Any Doubt about itinerary and payment was answered at perfection!
Our guide Benson was fantastic!!! 20 years experienced on safaris, we could see the Big Five and much more!! Comfortable vehicle and the itinerary very well plan around Amboseli, Nakuru, Masai Mara and Naivasha.
Kenya has the most incredible Parks and Animals in the world and also people are friendly, generous and kind.
We really recommend KWS as a serious and well trained company who works very hard to make everything work perfectly, the logistics for a safari is quite complex so we really apreciate the effort of KWS, if anything goes wrong they will solve it promptly.
We will choose them again for sure!

Amazing experience with an informative, eagle eyed guide!
5/5

Martin was super helpful with taking care of our groups needs and setting everything up for us. Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable, and had eagle eyes! He was spotting animals that were very well hidden.

Excellent safari with Karibu Safari
5/5

We booked a 10 day Safari to visit three national parks: Abaderes, Nakuru and Massai Mara. Our guide was Boniface Ngala and we could not have been luckier. Not only is he a professional and excellent driver but he has in-depth knowledge on the wildlife of the national parks which he was very willing to share showing us and explaining to us every animal we saw. He made sure we saw a maximum of animals (including Leopards eating in the trees) and was always willing to answer any questions we had both on wildlife and on Kenyan culture in general. He made our Safari a true success, attending to our needs, being early for our departure times and helping us with any issue we had. Thank you to Karibu Safari and Boniface for a wonderful vacation.

Effortless Beauty and Adventure!
5/5

This was not our first trip to Africa, so we had some high expectations. Davis and Robert exceeded them all with their concern for our comfort and ability to customize the trip to meet our desires (mostly lots of birds and animals to view and photograph)! Our accommodations, meals and travel were lovely. Every lodge was different and beautiful. Last but not least, it was an excellent value for our investment. The cost for our 10-day safari was half the cost of our six-day safari in Tanzania the year before. And of course there were the chimpanzees and mountain gorillas, which you can't see anywhere else. We would easily do this trip again - perhaps longer stays at each lodge so we could settle in!

Thank you Rupia Adventure
5/5

I recently went on a Lake Manyara/Serengeti/Ngorogoro Crater safari with Rupia's and it was an unbelievable experience. I was joined by my now fiance (I proposed on the safari), my now future mother-in-law and my parents. From the moment we touched down at Kilimanjaro until our return 5 days later, we were treated fantastically well. Our guide Mathias was informative, kind, thoughtful and kept us all motivated to make the most of such an amazing experience. We stayed at both Serena & Sopa lodges and both were excellent. I spent a long time deciding which operator to use for the safari (as there are more than 200), however, my decision to go with Rupia's was well rewarded. As a result, I would recommend Rupia's for anyone who wishes to have an outstanding safari experience.

Great adventure at Masai Mara
4/5

We have been to Kenya, for a safari in Maasai Mara as a part of our honeymoon trip in February 2018. It was our first time and we didn’t know what to expect.

Wildebeest Safaris organised for us a package that included pick-up at our hotel in Nairobi, Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, a private driver/guide for 3 days, 2 Night in Savora Mara camp (full board service), drive back to Nairobi. The lodge was amazing, staff was friendly and food was fresh and abundant.

The drive from Nairobi to the camp is very long and the road very bumpy (it will give you as they call an African Massage) but the driver was really professional, friendly and very cultivated which help us to enjoy the trip. Also, you will start to see Zebra, Antelope, Wildebeest... when you enter the Maasai Mara reserve which is a while before the park entrance which gets you in the mood. On our way back, the second driver mentioned to us that if we had a minivan we could drive faster to Nairobi which is worse knowing in advance.

We manage to do a game drive every day, and on our first day, we spotted a Black Rhino at 4km of our camp entrance, only after 5min the game started, which is extremely rare. Luck was definitely with us as we saw the big 5 and more even though that was not the hight season and we spent a very short amount of time in the park. Most of the animal we saw had babies with them which was really cute! The one we watch the most were the Elephants, which sometimes cross the road front of the cars, but we also got very close to Lions, Cheetah, Cub Hyenas, Leopard…. Our very skilled and humble guide was very attentive to our need & wish and he has been an extra mile to make our dream happen. Compare to others driver our guide respected the rules ( speed, distance to animal...) of the park for which we have a lot of respect and I hope that all guides were doing the same. With a bit of patience, it’s totally possible to respect the animal and still be in a very good spot to take a photo. I encourage everyone to be aware of those rules and ensure their driver respect them.

Our last day with Wildebeest was a proper adventure. Because of a miscommunication between Noah and his team, we understood that our guide has been being double booked. Therefore we had to change a bit our plan, we had to reorganise our the day which was a bit annoying because we were rushed to go back to the airport and we understood that lunch was actually not included in the package as we thought. We changed of the driver on the way, when we stop at a souvenir shop.

The second driver took us to Lake Naivasha on our way back to the airport, which was a nice surprise but an expensive and quite scary experience. We did a tour of the lake on a small wood boat at sunset, and our motor got stuck in a fish net. Even Though the incident was fixed after 10/15min when the lake is agitated, the night is falling and you know that if you swim in the wrong direction you will meet an upset hippo it’s pretty scary. Also, the timing was not really well thought and because of this stop, our driver was stress that we miss our plane and was rushing on the road which made us feel unsafe as the road in Kenya are dangerous and drivers reckless. We actually saw few accidents on the way. We recommend wildebeest team to be more upfront and clear about the consequences of the different options they give to their client so we can make a more informed decision and give them the opportunity to drive more wisely.

Overall we had a good experience with Wildebeest and we are happy to recommend them but make sure you understand all the consequences of your request as they will say yes to everything to not lose a client but you might regret some of your choices. A good idea is to avoid the pick-season during which drivers overwork, many accidents happen and you will probably end up queuing behind many cars before to be able to see the animals.

The greatest tour of Africa EVER.
5/5

I have been on many tours of Africa and find this is by far the best. The knowledge of the guide, the accommodation and the variety of wildlife we saw was amazing. Definitely the best value for money on the market. All questions asked before the tour was answered immediately. The communication was brilliant. I have booked again to go in July 2018 and went for the first time with this tour company in February 2017. The fact that I keep going back with them speaks for itself. We saw the big five and many many more. We could not have been happier if we had spent twice as much. BRILLIANT BRILLIANT!!!!

This was a fabulous trip that went beyond my expectations
5/5

Our trip to Africa was the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I love Africa, it was better than I could have ever imagined. The people were wonderful and the animals were amazing. We really enjoyed our guides and Mr OT is an exceptional organizer with much patience for all my emails and questions. He was very informative and quick to respond.
My only regret is that I couldn’t stay. I am missing it terribly.
Thank you so much for helping me fulfill my life dream!!
