Amazing
5/5

We were 6 guys from Sweden traveling to Tanzania and Zanzibar and booked our safari with Hello Tanzania. Everything was working flawlessly and Missis Mwajabu contacted us even after our Safari had ended to make sure the rest of our trip was turning out good. The safari trip was better than our expectations and we saw all the big five in just two and a half days safari. We got close to the lions, rhinos elephants, giraffes and cheetahs. The driver was very skillful at spotting the animals and did not waste any time to find new kinds of animals we hadn't seen. We stayed inside the Serengeti park at the Luxury Heritage Camp and I highly recommend to it to anyone. To stay inside the park listening to the sounds of animals close by is a experience in itself that leads to another level of excitement. I highly recommend using Hello Tanzania as a Safari agency since it has good prices and a extraordinary service compared to other companies. We spent a lot of hours researching and there is a good chance you get ripped off paying more for the same or less good experience.

Memorable One day safari to Akagera
5/5

Frank picked me up from my hotel in a timely courteous way & the drive from kigali to Akagera national park was filled with melodious music from the radio in the background & hopeful stories of Rwanda. My safari trip in the park started off on a lucky find of elephant family & kept getting better with sightings of zebra's, impalas, baboons, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, Hogwarts & more. We stopped for a short tea break & a relaxed lunch picnic in the park. Thankfully i accepted to use an air-conditioned SUV for this safari trip of over 6 hours as advised by frank to escape the heat. Had a very informed park guide along this trip as well. And to conclude this memorable adventure frank stopped on our way back to Kigali, for me to buy fresh corn to my fill. He played my favorite artist Bob Marley on the drive back and with the green country side floating past me i knew this memory would stay with me forever.

Good safari experience
4/5

The safari was hassle free. They pick you up and drop you from the hotel and in between you don't have to worry about anything. Just make sure that there are back ups in place in case your safari vehicle breaks down for any length of time in the way of compensation or a back up vehicle replacing it. Also enquire about how many people will be in your vehicle. The drivers are fantastic they really do make an effort to make sure you see as much as possible. My wife and I had a good time

Swaziland and Lesotho Road Trip to Remember
5/5

Brilliant service from start to finish. Fab place to visit and as we had a relatively short time we managed to see so much. Well planned itinerary, first rate guide who made all the difference. Having taken self drive trips in the past I wish we had used Siya Phambile before, we could have avoided car hire issues, wrong turns and hotels that disappoint ! Already planning our next trip. Thanks so much x

Excellent Safari with Richard as our driver and guide
5/5

We, party of 4, travelled twice with Richard as our guide and driver. In 2014 and 2015! I can strongly recommend him and his Safari !
Everything worked out well, he was always on time, always caring about our well being and comfort, we had excellent sightings and good hotels. Tanzania has a lot to offer and we really enjoyed both trips a lot!

Great safari in Maasai Mara!
5/5

We (a couple in our late 20's/early 30's) booked a 3 day/2 night safari in Maasai Mara with Wildlife Sun in August 2016. We had a great experience and highly recommend the company. The whole process of selecting a safari operator is stressful, but we found James to be very straightforward and professional when we communicated with him. Based on that and some good reviews online, we decided to go with Wildlife Sun and were very happy with our choice. (Note the company is based out of Mombasa, but they also operate in Nairobi.)

We were staying at an Airbnb in Nairobi, rather than one of the standard hotels downtown, but there was no problem picking us up. James offered us two quotes: one was a standard budget option, and the other was a bit more expensive. We chose the slightly more expensive option -- we stayed at a small, charming camp in Maasai Mara called Fisi Camp and had the safari vehicle to ourselves. Fisi Camp was a wonderful place: we were lucky that the manager of the camp decided to accompany us on our safari, so together with our driver from Wildlife Sun, we had 2 pairs of expert eyes to help us find animals. We were also lucky to see some rare sights like lions feeding, and a cheetah with young cubs. Throughout the trip our driver was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about wildlife in Kenya.

The only way to see it.
5/5

I was fortunate enough to book a trip with Shaun early this January (2017). I took my partner to see the bush for the first time and to get a feel for what the wildlife in Africa is all about. It was an experience like no other. Not only did the trip surpass all the expectations I had but it took my knowledge and understanding of the bush to a whole new level. The trip guide Shaun Taylor will 'taylor' make your safari trip to be a special one with a great understanding of the animals and land and a sense of adventure and passion for wildlife in every way. Thank you Moriti Private safaris for memories that will never be forgotten!

Trip of a lifetime made possible by Seven by Far Travel
5/5

We would like to thank Seven by Far Tours for making this trip unforgettable. We were very happy that we picked the right tour company. The planning and communication was done by our travel buddy. She was so empressed with Sylvester the tour organizer who was very patient with her. Sylvester was very accomodating to all her requests. Our tour guide/ driver Ben was incredible. From the time Sylvester and Ben picked us up from the airport we knew that we were in good hands. The accomodations were superb. The game drives were magneficient. Ben was very knowledgeable , patient, professional and defensive driver. We love Seven by far. We would highly recommend Seven by Far tours.

Our guide the cat whisperer
5/5

Communications with David Maro where easy, once i figured out he was using WhatsAp. My friend and I were coming from different places and the transfers were smooth for both of us. The accommodations in Arusha were clean and pleasant with a lovely garden. Our driver/guide, Ziggy, really had an uncanny connection with animals, he not only knew where to find them but how they would behave. At one point dozens of other vehicles were watching a leopard in a tree near a small creek. Ziggy knew what the cat was looking for from his perch and drove us downstream where we waited a few minutes. Sure enough here comes the cat strolling down the stream and sits down in from of our vehicle to get a better view of the prey, a warthog across the road. We got to watch it get lunch! Pretty special. That gave us the Big Five!.
Accommodations were wonderful as was the food, especially at the Serengeti Mawe Luxury Camp where George of the Bush greeted us warmly and offered free drinks from the bar, as it was Christmas Day. Hanging around the fire at night hearing tales of animal encounters was so welcoming. And when it was time to leave we got a drumming-singing send off.
We decided to amend our program and go to Tarangeri Park instead of Lake Eyasi. I turned out to have walking pneumonia and Ziggy and David were quick to find me a doctor in Karatu, at the Lutheran hospital. My doctor has 30 years experience and was very kind. Visit and meds totaled $25! Having mobile phone connection made changing plans easy. David was so willing to be flexible for us; I felt very well taken care of. Ours wasn't a luxury tour, rather a mid-range, but the attention to detail and willingness to work around our needs was quite touching. We enjoyed it so much we added another day. David even called me after I got back home to make sure I arrived safely and was healthy. Now thats service!
