great service, excellent guide, super fun group safari
Organising the trip with Ben was a breeze. I received a detailed plan and price breakdown responding to my requests and the communication was prompt and professional throughout. The trip itself was amazing! Our guide Stanley was super approachable and fun, was great company through the drive and the safari itself, and was very knowledgeable. Tripping through the Maasai Mara was an amazing and unforgettable experience. The accomodation was beyond expectations, we booked a camping option but ended up glamping really: we had beds and bathroom in a massive tent. Also the schedule of the trip was all according to the plan. Overall we received a great service and value for money and had awesome safari experience.

Spectacular
If you are reading this, you are likely surveying dozens of tour options in East Africa, which can be overwhelming. I found Kenya Walking Survivors through a third party web site that described various tour itineraries in detail. From the time I arrived at Nairobi airport mine was a seamless experience. On Day 1 I recuperated from my 33 hour trip from the U.S. at Eka Hotel, which was clean, quiet, secure and featured excellent food (particularly the breakfast buffet). On Day 2 I was picked up in the early morning and set out on safari at the Masaai Mara Reserve. I was very fortunate to be paired with Marcus as my safari guide. He has a whimsical, laid back personality. He is also professional and highly sensitive to customer needs. I had extreme good fortune over the next 2 days in terms of wildlife observed. Among many amazing creatures we witnessed to separate lion prides that walked within a few feet of our vehicle. The service was impeccable at Osero Lodge during the 2 nights I stayed there. Their food was decent. The Sopa Lodge at lake Navaisha is completely enchanting. If you have any appreciation for nature, animals, photography or pure aesthetics then go there. I would have loved an extra day at Sopa Lodge to take in the animals (which roam freely there) and the surroundings. Kibo Safari camp was magical. I would have loved to spend an additional day here also. Amboseli National Park was not as impressive at the Masaii Mara Reserve, though I did get some good wildlife spectating there. For me, the Kibo Camp was a perfect spot to slow down, have a swim and meditate on my general gratitude for this incredible experience. I spent 3.5 days on Paje Beach in Zanzibar and would have loved to spend 2 additional. The Dhow Inn is a European boutique resort with everything one needs to completely relax and unwind. Meals that are not included within the tour can be charged to one's room tab and the food was good. They have self service laundry, which I desperately needed following multiple days of safari. There are a barrage of activities for one to participate in, though I elected to spend my days in the water and under the shaded umbrellas of the Dhow private beach. I knew and accepted that venturing to Africa would not be inexpensive, but this excursion was affordable for me. The pricing was completely reasonable given it's incredible value (including meals, a private driver from morning to dusk, round trip airfare to Zanzibar and very desirable lodging). I love to travel and am quite savvy in my trip choices. I highly recommend this company for your East African adventures. Thank you, Mr. Otieno and your wonderful staff!

Spectacular short safari in Kenya
Lake Nakuru National Park is a stunning destination, and the park I've enjoyed most in Africa. It is compact but brimming with wildlife, especially zebras, rhinos, giraffes, waterbucks, baboons, and many species of birds. It is located in the Rift Valley, on the coast of a large soda lake surrounded by hills. The park is only about a 2.5 hours drive from Nairobi, which makes it possible to visit it as a day trip from the capital. The drive over is spectacular. Soon after leaving the city one soon arrives at the escarpments leading down to the Rift Valley. We had lunch at a lodge in the park, which was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Wild and "free" like animals should be
The Kruger National park s facilities was as clean as it could be, staff in shops and restaurants friendly and helpful, accommodation was clean and safe. The drive and animals as safe as they could be. Truly sad about the Rhinos being pouched and killed and that would be my only concern, they obviously need more game rangers to protect the animals

Review about Kenya by Francisco
Kenya is a beautiful country with spectacular landscapes and interesting cities. The only downside, I'd say is the security situation, which is not great.

An experience that I won't forget
What an amazing experience I had in Uganda! The communication with Richard went smoothly. He answered patiently and promptly every question I asked. Steven was a very experienced driver. He always wanted to make sure that I enjoy the trip and that if everything is ok. He mastered the rocky roads like no other. The meeting with the gorillas was unforgettable too. I got to see the whole family of gorillas which was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. The rangers were extremely helpful. They always made sure that I can get the best angle to make photos of the gorillas.
After the tour, Steven even took me to the border with Rwanda and organized for me a taxi to go to Kigali.
And I'm really glad to be the first Vietnamese to ever have booked a tour with Gatatu.
Richard, Steven and the tour itself had definitely made a good impression on Uganda and its people. That was ad adventure that I will never forget.

Perfect First Safari Experience
My boyfriend and I booked a 3D2N safari at Elephant Plains Game Lodge in Sabi Sands to round off our first trip to South Africa in November, and I could not recommend Paperjet Travel more highly. It was my first safari so I didn't have any experience booking/know what to look for, but from the very first communications Justin was incredibly helpful. He provided several options based on our requirements and budget and included additional transfer options (including private road and air transfer) - we ended up booking Elephant Plains as I had read very positive reviews on TripAdvisor about the lodge itself and the Sabi Sands reserve, and it was the perfect first safari experience! Justin always went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and was always very quick at getting back to all my messages and questions (of which there were quite a few!). I would definitely use Paperjet Travel again - Justin provided a 5* booking experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect safari holiday. Thank you Justin!

Great tour, great guide, great experience
We did the 6 days: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks. We have seen so much wild animals - it was amazing. Guide/ driver Edwin is perfect: Great in spotting wild animals with a lot of knowledge about the animals and the parks. Edwin has a very likeable personality with very high service orientation. All accommodations were very high standard with very good food and big rooms.
We are very happy with choosing Pumba Safari.

Fantastic, knowledgeable and amazing experience!
I met Mussa after doing a one week safari in the Serengeti and surrounding area. The experience was truly amazing! But Mussa made it all the better. He knew the ins and outs of the area, was so caring of the environment and the animals and was extremely knowledgeable about the park, the land and everything in between. We could not have asked for a better guide to share this experience. He helped negotiate prices for local goods and visits to the Masai. He was always concerned for our safety and wanted to ensure we had the best experience possible. I will absolutely do another safari with Mussa and Roam Serengeti Safaris!!
