Flawless, hassle free, friendly service
5/5

Hello,

We had the most amazing time at Anantara in Bazaruto. Everything was organised and went without a hitch. We felt like royalty, in no small part I am sure, thanks to Mary Keet's "behind the scenes" organising. The service was so good, we could not fault any part of the trip.

There were special surprises everywhere for us and we were spoilt to the point where we were almost considering not going home :-)

I would recommend your excellent service to anyone that wants to travel within Africa. It was a delight working with you.

Totally awesome experience
5/5

We approached Jude from Masihambe Afrika Tours via word of mouth. We found her to be hugely passionate and knowledgeable about Africa and sold us on the trip before we left; the experience lived up to and exceeded our expectations.
Jude was extremely approachable, listened to our wish list and tailored our trip to meet all our requirements. She was also accommodating in allowing us to self organise any part of the trip ie airfares.
Overall a first class experience.

One of the seven natural wonders of Africa. The crater is amazing and a must see when you are in Tanzania.

One of The Beauty of Tanzania

First I would like to thank our very knowledgeable tour guide (Moses), he made this an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. The weather was wonderful that day it was not too hot and the wind was a little breezy. We stayed about an hour from Lake Manyara National Park, and the drive from the hotel to the park was as beautiful as I have never seen before. The land was green and beautiful people everywhere.
When you get to the park you are greeted by a troop of baboons and free WiFi, so don't be shy to post pictures when you are there. The drive through the park you see beautiful birds like the African grey hornbill, then you will see giraffes and herds of elephants. The tour only gets better from there especially when you visit the hippo pool and get very close to more elephants crossing the road. The herds of African Buffalo are very eye catching notably when they start shaking their heads.
Moses had packed a very tantalizing lunch that included some sandwiches and some of Tanzanian best foods like samosa, chapati, kitumbua, many other eatables and some drinks and desert.
The highlight apart from the whole enjoyment, was Moses who had a nice vehicle for a Safari and as a local he knew the best places and times to see the animals as they come out to feed or relax.

I started my Tanzania trip in Lake Manyara and there was my first wildlife encounters of my eastern Africa trip
Drive around the Rift Valley is an awsome experience and we found a lot of wildlife there
Baboons, Blue and Vervet monkeys in the jungles, Elephants, giraffes, buffalos, waterbucks, dik dik, zebras, hippos are easy to spot
One of the best thinks is the new flamingo watching platform. I spent hours there watching and photographing flamingos.

Lake Manyara
Absolutely Worth it

The wildlife is unique to our country and I am fortunate to live in close proximity to Addo Elephant National Park. The Park offers accommodation in the form of Chalets, Tented Camps and camping sites, a restaurant at the Main Camp and an enclosed picnic area in the middle of the park. The National Park gives visitors the opportunity to get close to nature from a vehicle and Game drives can be arranged with the National Park's Rangers. Animals such as Elephants, Lions, Kudus, Eland, Cheetahs, and a variety of birdlife are just a few to mention that make up this great diversity. The Spekboom tree is a succulent that grows throughout Addo and is a delicacy to many of the wildlife such as the elephants and kudus. From the southern section of the park you can see the ocean. Overall, if you are looking for a holiday away from the city and want to be surrounded by nature and wildlife then Addo is the place for you.

The Namib Naukluft was part of the itinerary on a Capturearth photographic workshop.
We stayed at Wolwedans and at Sossus Dune Lodge.
Wolwedans was amazing with 5-star treatment and meals - real, classy "bush vibe" experience.
Sossus Dune Lodge was comfortable but very hot at the time. It is however a "must stay" destination if you wish to experience Deadvlei at it's photogenic best - that is, at dawn. Part of the program included a dawn helicopter flight over the Sossusvlei sand dunes which I can highly recommend.
