Incredible Safari in Uganda and Kenya
5/5

We booked a one night gorilla safari to Bwindi National Park from Uganda with Crystal Safaris. Absolutely incredible. Barbara was very responsive in communication. Everything was exactly as promised. Ivan picked us up on time in Kigali, he was a very safe driver and very knowledgeable guide. The Gorilla Safari Lodge was beautiful with excellent food. Cottage was very nice, clean, and comfortable beds. Good internet in reception area. Great massage, interesting visit to the village. The trek to see the gorillas was incredible!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.
We also booked a 7 night safari in Kenya on very short notice after our safari with another company had been cancelled. I did not realize when I made original booking that Crystal Safaris also would organize a safari in Kenya. I contacted Barbara and she responded immediately and worked very hard to put together a safari at the last minute within our budget. Our guide, Johnson, was waiting for us at the airport upon our late arrival and drove us to our hotel in Nairobi for our first night. Johnson was an incredible guide. He was a safe driver, extremely knowledgeable, always on time and very flexible to make sure that we were happy with our safari. He made sure that we saw the "Big Five" along with much more wildlife and the Wildebeest migration. We visited Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, and Lake Naivasha. Two of the lodges were incredible - AA Lodge Amboseli and Naivasha Kongoni Lodge. Absolutely beautiful. The other two were average - Jarika County Lodge and Mara-Aardvark Lodge but we were on a limited budget. We were actually pleasantly surprised with our upscale accommodations at Amboseli and Naivasha. I would highly recommend this company and also feel confident that no one would be disappointed with Ivan or Johnson. An excellent guide is the key to a great safari and both Ivan and Johnson went above and beyond!

Excellent experience with Africa Celebrity Tours
5/5

We had an excellent experience with African Celebrity Tour in our recent tour of Kenya. Was our first time booking a safari tour - Not knowing where to start, I contacted them a few weeks back and got in touch with Muli. Muli promptly responded and guided me step by step through the tour planning and booking process. He was patient and answered several questions. Booking process was smooth. The responsiveness of Muli and him providing solid customized recommendations through each step was a huge help. We had elderly passengers in the group and to have him guide me through picking the best itinerary and travel logistics was very helpful. Muli is very honest and reliable and has an excellent sense of service and responsiveness. I found their prices very reasonable. Joseph was our safari driver and guide and the safari experience was amazing. Joseph was an excellent tour guide - he is very knowledgeable about the terrain and animals and went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our trip and saw plenty of wildlife. Already working on planning our next African Safari tour with Muli and team. Cannot recommend them high enough. Thank you Muli and Joseph.

Attention to detail and requirements made the holiday perfect
4/5

Paul and Ellie were great. Friendly service, good value for money and met expectations. There is a large amount of luck with wildlife when on Safari but we had expert guides who understood animal behaviour and as a result we saw the big 5 and took some fantastic pictures. Our usual lodge was fully booked but Paul and Ellie got us upgraded for no extra cost. Although Il Moran in the Mara was a Beautiful lodge it lacked the vista of Little Governors camp which is our favourite camp by far. The agents both in Kenya and Zanzibar were courteous and helpful. As this was not our first visit to either we knew what to expect and it was superbly organised. Thank you Paul and Ellie. Please can we start planning next year

If I were to go on another safari I would definitely go with Mowgli Expeditions
5/5

Everything was organized extremely well. All we had to do was show up. We loved where we stayed and where we went for the safaris. If I were to go on another safari I would definitely go with Mowgli Expeditions.

Dulini Lodge was amazing and everything on time. The transfers were a pleasant part of the journey. I was treated like a star. I could not recommend the service arrangements and safari more highly.

We LOVED our Suricata Safari!!
5/5

We just got off the trip of a lifetime and it was all due to Suricata Safaris!! Our awesome driver Ezekiel and a super talented chef Charles made it all possible. Those guys along with the owner Hilary make a great team. They all worked above and beyond to make our trip better than we even hoped for. These guys give you the same safari as the bigger companies but at a better price. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are ever in Tanzania for a safari. All pics so close and only with a cell phone!!

Wild Wings Safaris exceeded our expectations for planning and delivering a trip of a lifetime.
5/5

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We booked our full trip - the 5 day Best of Kruger safari, 2 days at Naledi private game reserve, a trip to Victoria Falls (including rafting) and a week in Cape Town - all through the incredible team at Wild Wings. Gavin planned everything to the last detail and created the perfect customized trip for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us figure out how to get the most bang for our buck. He took care of all the flights, transfers and details - leaving us some unscheduled time to create our own itinerary and explore - and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We even had a chance to meet him while on Safari as he was there on a family trip during the same time! The folks at Wild Wings - from planning with Gavin to our Safari guide, Nikki, are professional, fun and passionate about their work. Nikki went above and beyond for our trip - taking the time to answer questions, seeking out the big game and sharing her deep knowledge of the animals and landscape. We can't believe how lucky we were to see every single animal on our list - including the big 5 and then some. I would absolutely recommend the 5 days in Kruger because you get to stay at different camps and see different types of animals, environments, etc... it is the full experience and you will never be bored! We wanted a mix of affordability, a few nights of luxury and some serious adventure and Wild Wings delivered beyond our dreams. Every hotel, meal, experience they recommended was excellent. Trust me... call Gavin!

Spectacular safari,Very enthusiastic, thoughtful and knowledgeable about wildlife and nature
5/5

We were very excited and apprehensive to be going on our first safari through World Safari Land Tours Company (not knowing what to expect). From the moment we met World Safari Land Tours staff we knew we were in good hands. Our guide/driver, and Calvin the director, were waiting to pick us up from the Kilimanjaro Air port and attended to all of our needs/questions. We couldn't have asked for a better guide...Musa answered all our questions about the local history, safari animals, plants and landscape. As we spent more time with him, we really felt that he is a very genuine/kind person. Musa was very professional and an excellent driver. He is very experienced with tours and taking care of his clients. We especially enjoyed talking to him about his time taking clients up Kilimanjaro and hiking the Ngorongoro Highlands.

The accommodations were amazing...Sangaiwe Tented Lodge, Kati Kati Camp, and the Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. We felt like kings staying at these locations.

Calvin Onkendi, the Director, and his stuff were also involved from the beginning and all the way to the end of our Tanzanian stay. We met them at the beginning of our trip for an orientation and also before we left Arusha to review our experience. World safari land tours company is committed to excellent service and the price suits your desires .

We would definitely recommend World Safari Land Tours to our friends and Travelers interested to visit East Africa

If you can avoid this company, do it - it will be better for your Tanzanian experience
1/5

We booked a safari for 3 nights and 4 days in October 2018. The tent they provided had holes all over and water came inside when it rained. Poor equipement for everything. Food was great though.

To sum up our experience (with the management, not the drivers), if everything is ok then alright, if a problem occurs then it's your loss.

We had a faboulous driver, he showed us many wonderful things, and always went the extra mile to show us what we wanted and caring for us when one of us was sick.

But the management of the company and mainly from the manager : Kassim Abdallah, was one of the worst management I ever seen. The company gave our driven a broken car, that stopped several times during our trip. Every time, our driver tried to fix it (and sometimes paying with his own money!). But what was supposed to happen, happened eventually. On our evening in the Serengeti, the car broke completely. We had to push the car to make it start again, which worked at first, but then it stopped again and for good. So we waited in the car for half a day, in the middle of the wildlife, while our driver was left alone by the company to find a solution for us. Our driver finally found a fellow driver that was able to bring us to our camp for the last night but we never saw our driver again.

We requested the same driver for our last day but they sent another one anyway. What was worse is that the manager, Kassim, did not event try to get in touch with us to keep us updated and to ask us if the arrangments made were ok for us. We were left waiting, not knowing what would happen since our cook did not have any news, and did not speak english enough to explain even if he knew. On our last day, we asked the new driver to take us to the office to speak with the manager but when the new driver called him, we overheard him ordering not to bring us to the office and "offer" our ride back to the airport.

Client service = 0. If I could go back, I would have paid more instead of saving money and be treated as badly as Bobby Tours treated us.
