My family's week with Let's Go Travel was one of the best trips of our lives (and we travel a lot!).
5/5

Everyone talks about a safari in Africa as a "once-in-a-lifetime" trip, but the outstanding job that Let's Go Travel did for us has me longing to go back for a second visit. Every aspect of our trip was perfectly planned, our guide had a delightful personality and was very patient with all of the questions that we asked, and our itinerary was fantastic. The accommodations were ideal and surprisingly luxurious (even though we opted for more "authentic" lodging than the high-end resorts), the food was excellent (one hotel even baked special gluten-free bread for my daughter), and the pace was perfect--we covered a lot of ground, but never felt rushed (so we had as much time as we wanted to view lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, birds, zebras, wildebeest, and so much more without being hurried along). Our guide was an expert at finding the animals and getting us to extremely close range, and he also had a great depth of knowledge about them. I can typically come up with things I would change about any trip I've been on--the only thing I would change on this trip would be to stay longer. Let's Go Travel put together a safari that far surpassed our extremely high expectations, so I'm pleased to give this company my highest rating.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
5/5

We had the pleasure of booking a safari with this company and Joseph as our guide was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and always willing to meet our needs. We traveled with young kids on a private tour and they accommodated our changing needs as they arose. We traveled on a budget, but our housing was appropriate, and we saw all we wanted. We are still in contact with Joseph as he assists us with our sponsor child in Kenya. We trust him and he has always come through on our requests.

Mark at Gondwana set up a safari tour that was all I was hoping for and more!
5/5

From our initial email to being met by Gondwana rep when I arrived in Botswana, Gondwana made me feel extremely comfortable about my trip. I had informed Mark that my main goal of this trip was to view as many animals as possible, with a emphasis on elephants. He did not disappoint. From the first morning at the Nxai Pans camp when I walked out of my cabin to see a group of elephants drinking at the waterhole about 150 yards from me, to the last game drive of my trip, I saw elephants every game drive for the entire 10 day trip.
All 4 camps were staffed with very knowledgeable guides who made each drive a unique and memorable experience. This safari tour more than lived up to my expectations and I would recommend Gondwana to family and friends in a heartbeat. I will use Gondwana for my next safari without a doubt.

Surprise gem from our safari. First hour or two there wasn't much to see - but once we got to the far reaches of the park which our guide had told us were worth driving the extra hours for, we were not disappointed. We saw a really close up leopard, loads of elephants, beautiful scenery, lions in the trees. It was wonderful. I didn't want to leave.

So beautiful! And (though only through binoculars) the only park we saw rhinos in. Just a magical place.

Vast open marshes with abundant wildlife, and at the background the Kilimanjaro Mountain dominance.

East Africa has an incredibly rich biodiversity, with variety of habitats such as the savanna, forests and grasslands, homes to the countless flora and fauna kingdom. Being part of the supercontinent Gondwana, many areas resemble the areas found on the western coastline areas of India.
We landed at Nairobi Airport and not wanting to waste time drove off directly to the Nairobi National Park which was about half an hours drive from the Airport.
Here we got the first glimpse of what Kenya beholds for the wildlife photographers.

At the parks entry gate we were greeted by none other than the Superb Starling, a beautiful bird showing off its metallic blue-green shoulder feathers with strong white eyes, later on I came to know this bird is quite a common and a nuisance sometimes, its found all over Kenya.

Bird species were a plenty at the Nairobi National Park, and we saw Pin-tailed Whydah, speckled mouse-birds, grey crowned cranes, bee eaters, egrets, Marabau storks, vultures, ostriches and many more.

Out in the open plains between small bushes we saw two young lions taking a nap, around some acacia trees we saw some white rhinos, one was with her young a calf, Masai Giraffes, Plain Zebras, buffaloes, Antelopes and Gazelles lazily moving around.

The two hours drive in the park drove away the fatigue of travel from India to Nairobi.

The Land cruiser driver cum guide was well versed with the area and the details of the vegetation and the animals seen, he was very friendly and cooperative and would stop and spot for us the well-camouflaged birds and animals of the area.

I would recommend that two sessions should be done at Nairobi national Park, one early morning and one late afternoon to justify it.

About: Tanzania
Tanzania is beautiful; I would never book with Safarihub ever again though

5/5

My review of Tanzania is 5 stars. The country is wonderful, friendly, full of wildlife. This is the second time I've been to the various parks on the Northern Circuit. I love that they each have their own unique and stunning scenery. Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater and Tarangire are all beautiful. Unfortunately, much of my positive view is formed by my previous experiences of the country as the recent safari I went on was an absolutely horrific experience despite the beautiful scenery. (Avoid Safarihub at all costs).
Tanzania though (aka 'friendly Kenya') is definitely worth visiting - and I'd recommend a trip to Zanzibar as well as the safari circuit if you can afford it, particularly if you're interested in snorkeling/scuba.

A beautiful place with natural beauty. The place where at every 50 meters you come across some or the other wildlife. A place where photographers can see the animals in the open, no hide and seek business.

Great safari trip
5/5

I booked this 4 day Safari tour in the last minute. I found it very difficult to choose between so many safai companies but I'm happy I chose Axis Africa Safari. I really enjoyed our 4 day budget safari, comfortable bus and with a very friendly group of 5/6 people. Our driver/guide Joshua was an extremely good driver. With Joshua we managed to see "the big 5". Accomodation was good and comfortable and so was the food, much better than expected. A very memorable trip for me and my son, our first Safari.
Loved Masai Mara. Thank you
