Excellent, and so easy!
5/5

Gecko Adventure provided us with an excellent safari in Mikumi, and were so accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our five-day-safari was excellently prepared and performed by a very competent German speaking guide
5/5

We - two couples from Germany in their 70s and 80s - had a great time. The route of our journey and the overnight lodges were well chosen - well kept places with African flavour and international cooking. We must mention the excellency of our guide: 23year old Tansanian Hilary Chrispine impressed us with his knowledge about wild life, plants and the history of the country. He was sensitive, polite an good humoured. He speaks German and English fluently. We highly recomment Furahia-Tansania-Co.

Great safari experience with an honoust and reliable tour operator
5/5

Last December we had an amazing 5 days safari with our guide Titho and cook Joseph. Titho is a very reliable and calm driver. He is a very nature loving expert with quite some years of experience and has an excellent eye for wild life spotting. We actually were the first to arrive at many encounters with animals. Very special! Meanwhile cook Joseph prepared the best meals for us. His soups are delicious, and they were only the starter of the three course dinner we had every evening. Plenty of food, always fresh and homemade.
Robert is the very reliable owner of the company. He really knows how to give a personal touch during the moments of contact over email and but also during our meeting in Arusha. He is quick with his response and in arranging the right little things to make your safari the best!

Our family had seen all of the animals we wanted to, plus more!
5/5

We had booked our trip half a year before, and when the time had come to go to Tanzania, we were all so excited. We want to go back in the future . Our guide, Daniel, had very sharp eyes, and potted all of the Big 5, which were lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos, and elephants. We also saw the Ugly 5, baboons, crocodiles, marabou storks, wildebeests, and hyenas. The migration of wildebeests and zebras were astoundingly fascinating. we lived in all 5-star places, tented camp or lodge. The food was very delicious. And as we said, we look forward to later in the future with Makasa. Thank you so much Selma and Daniel!!!! Ye family.

Excellent Experience
5/5

Our group had a wonderful experience with Kibera Safaris. They were very professional and gracious to our team. They also went above and beyond by driving us to some of the markets in Nairobi, which was not part of the original plan. Throughout the process they were responsive and helpful in every way. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional
5/5

Everything about our experience with Wildebeest was good, from their determination to make sure we saw all of the Big 5 (which we did!), to their concern for our comfort and enjoyment, to their friendly manner. Noah, Godfrey, and Elfas are pros and nice guys, to boot. Would recommend to anyone.

Pick them! Awesome, well organized, friendly and knowledgeable
5/5

Going on a safari is an amazing experience and not having to worry about logistics or a single detail is why you want to go with Endless Summer Tours!!! Rhys and his business partner Brett were our bush guides. They coordinated every aspect of our trip from airport pick-up to drop-off, we didn't have to think about a thing...only enjoy! Our group of 7 selected the all-inclusive 4 day/3 night package with day trip to St. Lucia, which was reasonably priced. We stayed 2 nights in a private camp / chalet and then 1 night at a more resort-type camp. Accommodations were better than expected. Rhys and Brett prepared our meals, including a traditional South African braai (BBQ), and treated us to some nice South African wine and the local specialty Amarula. A dinner was also planned at a restaurant in the reserve that had a buffet of tasty dishes and authentic singing and dancing by the waitstaff...really cool experience. On safari, we got to see 4 of the big 5 and lots of other animals. Throughout the trip, both shared their extensive experience and knowledge that helped us appreciate our experience even more. All of us were extremely happy. Overall, it was an awesome adventure...Rhys and Brett made that happen!

Perfect guiding, logistics on time, lodges could be better.
4/5

Mwema delivered according to expectations. They provided us with a safari guide (with & car) that guided us thru Amboseli and Masai Mara. He did an excellent job and he knew his stuff. Very service minded also. He had been working as a safari guide for the last 25 years and he knew all the places to look for animals. We saw everything except Rino and Leopard. Accommodation could be slightly better, they used AA lodge Amboseli and AA lodge Masai Mara. They where good enough , but service level on the lodges was maybe not as expected.

Dealing with management in Mwema was also a nice experience. Logistics went according to plan, and this is a plus! All in all a nice experience, wonderful game viewing but they could consider change lodges.

I always use Sun Safaris!
5/5

I discovered Sun Safaris some years ago when booking my first safari in South Africa. I have used them quite a number of times now, in South Africa, Botswana and Kenya and wouldn't think to use any other agency for safari in any part of Africa that Sun Safaris can organise travels in. Plus they can organise other parts of your holiday, not just the safari part. Brett, the owner, and his staff are very knowledgable on pretty much all the safari lodges and so you get great advice from their first hand experience. So very glad that I discovered Sun Safaris all those years ago and hope to travel with them for many more adventures in the African bush!

Fantastic time on safari with this company! Book with them!
5/5

Thank you Emma and the team at Shemeji tours.

My husband and I spent 7 days on a private Safari at the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater as part of our 1 month honeymoon in East Africa and loved this part of the trip.
From the start, we loved Emma's personal advice on our itinerary and her professionalism. We had other companies demand a full payment upfront (to book hotels, which is ridiculous) and kept calling us in the UK to rush the payment and booking which we felt was suss. Emma met us on arrival where we could make the payment (a small deposit was taken prior over paypal)

We had Freddy as our driver (baby faced Freddy :P ) who is an absolute wildlife nature geek and knew everything about the animals, plants and the wild. He kept pulling over to show us unique plants and fauna (as well as animals of course), in particular pointed our geology sites which my husband appreciated. (my husband is a geologist). We did another 1 week safari in Kenya (Masaai Mara) after this trip and our guide there wasn't half as great as Freddy.
Patrick our chef was lovely and the meals were delicious and always plenty, we were never hungry on this trip.
Vehicles are new and massive, so you're sat very high up to see everything

Shemeji are a new company (over 1 year old?) but are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had thought about everything in advance, theres even a charger in the vehicle for your phonse and camera battery. Given the price of going with them on a private safari is cheaper than on the overlander trucks, its no brainer.

Our suggestion is to add on Empakaai Crater walk, its a 2 hour drive from the Ngorongoro Crater and you can walk around the rim, down into the crater and around the inside. That was hands down our favourite part of the tour (apart from all the animals). The drive there alone was fantastic with the scenery (looks like the Scottish Highlands but with zebras and wild animals). Shemeji organised a ranger for us, and our guide walked with us too.

Thank you Shemeji for a fantastic experience, we are already recommending you to our family and friends.
Make sure you ask for Freddy as your guide, you will not be disappointed with him.
