The driver (Dennis): kind, prompt, efficient to find animals and the best spots to see them, he adapted to our needs (private tour)
The agency: serious, you could pay by credit card online, they keep good communication with you.
The car (Land Rover 4x4): comfortable and in good conditions.
The lodges: Serena lodges are the best ones. So good food and service. Reasonable beverage prices too.
Overall experience: They made us felt at home in our first time in Africa. 100% recommended

An awesome experience with nicest guide John
Everything was planned very well and the knowledge and experience of John made this trip even better than we could have imagined. John is a really nice guy and ensured the pleasant time at the maasai mara. The game drives and walks with the rangers gave us an fullon experience of the preserved wildlive and nature in the parks. Great time and anytime again.
Uganda tour with Speke Holidays was a wonderful experience.
Speke Holidays services were excellent from the moment we landed at Entebbe.
The choice of hotels was excellent , all very comfortable, good food and service.
The tour vehicles very comfortable.Very obliging drivers and very knowledgable rangers on safaris.
We had a great time.we were a group of 14 and all will agree to that.

Wonderful Experience
The trip was very well organised. The safari car driver cum guide speaks good english and was very knowledgeable about the animals & birds at Kenya. He would make efforts to ensure we spot the animals and get good view. He would also ensure that we take a best possible photograph. All the staff at the camp site including the driver, cook, and other staff are very courteous and make extra efforts to ensure you stay and travel is comfortable. I would be happy to recommend to any one who want to go for safari at Kenya to take the services of Axis Africa Safari.

It was a great experience.
I like the hospitality of the drivers and the experience we had with the safari itself!
just had few comments on:
food - a little bit repetitive.
person-in-charge in the camp - I feel like he should be a little less serious and should make the tourists more feel at home.
Masai Mara Village- I had a traumatic experience here when we entered the house of the tribe. They showed me some "souvenirs" but then eventually they said it's for sale. You have to advise other travellers not to visit this village anymore as this will affect your credibility. I already saw some comments in the internet discussing about this matter.

well organised and good guides
the guides were very good and the tour well organised. the veheciles were very good for the savannah and the actual forest area but would not recommend that for very long ( 6 to 8 hours ) drive.
All the lodges and the hotels were very good and very good staff every where

Private safari, well organized, value for money
We've got a very nice 1 day trip to Arusha NP with these guys. It worth visiting, especially if you don't have a lot of time and money for a big safari. We've seen a lot of giraffes, antelopes, monkeys, warthogs, zebras, flamingos, cranes and even hippos ears sticking out of a beautiful lake :) We had the whole car for two of us and very good driver and guide Wilson. We could customize our rout ad hoc and Wilson was telling a lot of interesting facts about animals. Jacky was very good in all communications and I never waited here email reply more then 5-10 minutes. So we DO recommend Compass Safari!
