Well planned and well organised
5/5

We, a family with three children, very much enjoyed the safari organised by Beacon over the festive season 2016 (Masai Mara, Naivasha, Amboseli). It was well planned and well implemented, with very nice accommodation, and lots of fascinating impressions. During the preparation, Beacon always reacted very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Kilimanjaro trekking
5/5

In my life I had always wanted to travel to Africa and do mountain climbing. I have had the dream for along time and thanks to Mount Kenya Climbing Tours I was able to realize my dream. I contacted them and they were very quick in getting the right route for me with the right itinerary. I flew from Perth international Airport to Kilimanjaro international airport where I was picked up by Director Alex Anubi. I spent my first night in Mount Meru hotel which offers one of the best accommodation in Arusha. Mount Kenya Climbing Tours also arranged for my excursion around Arusha which was lovely. The Next morning my 8 days mount Kilimanjaro trekking Safari started at 8 am where I was met by mountain guide, cook, porters and driver guide who was to drive us till Marangu where our trekking was to start. For 8 days my trekking was just awesome going up one day at a time and camping brought to my life a mixed adventure. My last day to the peak was lovely for we had to start off at midnight and got to pick Uhuru at 08:00 this was mixture of greatness and struggle to keep upt he effort to climb higher and higher. Thank you very much Mount Kenya Climbing Tours for making my dream come true.

Amazing safari!! Couldn't have asked for a better day!
5/5

This whole safari experience was amazing!! The cats were comfy and spacious and were so easy to see the animals out of! The guides were incredible and very knowledgeable. We saw all the big 5 except the rhino which blew us away! The abundance of wild life in the park and their ability to put you right amongst it was other worldly! Could not recommend enough!!!

An amazing experience I won't forget in a hurry...
5/5

I was so pleased with the correspondence with emails keeping us up to date with a wealth of information. There was always someone on hand to answer any questions and very quickly too. I felt they were very professional and left nothing to chance. Deposits were paid in advance and I had no qualms whatsoever and the balance for the trip was paid too without any problems.
I found the staff very friendly right from the start of our journey from the airport to the very end. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Every meal was well cooked and superb. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The guides were very friendly and smart with a wonderful sense of humour. I felt very safe even on our short walk away from the vehicle, trying to find the elephants that were near. My biggest thrill was stroking two cheetahs who had just killed and were very full lying down almost asleep. They each had one eye cocked ready for anything and then we come along! I could almost see them yawning and thinking, oh! it's them again. I must admit we were all pretty cautious going in one by one, for these were real wild animals with the carcass of their kill just behind them. The guides certainly know their stuff and it was an absolute joy to see all the wildlife. It far exceeded my expectations and the night safaris were a real bonus. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. I have no hesitation whatsoever going with them again. We are planning to go in 2018.

Uganda and Rwanda private tour with very experienced guide and organization
5/5

I found Matoke Tours via a website for a Dutch adventure travel site. I wanted something different than what they offered and found a picture of a Matoke Tour vehicle and decided to go direct. We communicated with the Uganda Matoke office and together designed our private 16 tour including Munchison Falls NP, Kibale Forest (chimpanzees), Queen Elizabeth NP, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and Rwanda's Volcano NP. Our guide, Anatoli, was very professional and had very good relationships with all accommodation and adventure/NP staff where ever we went. The tour was very well organized with constant communication between Anatoli and the home office. The accommodations were much better than expected, clean with good food and friendly honest staff (we opted for moderate instead of fancy). Suggested restaurants were excellent. The wildlife viewing was excellent (we had been to 10 other African countries for wildlife viewing before). There were never more than 1 or 2 other safari vehicles when we stopped for lions, etc. During our travels we met others who had gotten stuck with broken down vehicles (more than once) and even a solo traveler whose guide did not show up in the morning to bring her to the Gorilla tracking meeting in Rwanda! If you want to go to a beautiful area with friendly people and want to have everything taken care of so you can enjoy trip without any hassles or negative surprises, please look to Matoke Tours. You will not be disappointed, they will exceed your expectations. Go now, before Uganda becomes overrun with too many tourists! I did not receive any compensation or special treatment for this review.

I visited Kenya last year and the services i received from Flotish tours were wonderful. I like how they operate. I was referred to this company by Michael Ronald and I recommend the company to other clients.

Cheap but good and professional!
5/5

Together with a friend I went to Masaai Mara NP via African Comfort Zone Safaris. It was the cheapest option we've found, but the quality was still good. We had a professional guide, the food and accommodation were good and we went with a nice group of (young) people. I really recommend this organisation!

Great Safari experience with Bestday
5/5

Just finished a 4 days Safari with Best Day Safaris.
We were a group of 2 – Father (50) and daughter (18)
Overall excellent experience. There are tons of companies organizing safaris so it is hard to compare, but BestDay Safaris is definitely a great one. We did all the booking over mail/Whatsapp with Peter who showed great flexibility to our itinerary and hotels requests. After consulting with him, we agreed to have about 2 days in Serengeti and 1 day in Ngorongoro. We also picked together the hotels in order to have a varied experience (we had 1 night in the KatiKati tented camp, 1 night at the excellent Serena Lodge and 1 last night at the very fancy Neptune lodge.)
We had an experienced and knowledgeable guide (Roman) who catered to all our requests, and was ready to have very long days with us in the field. This included driving the extra distance to take us to the south part of the Serengeti in order to see the first large groups or migrating animals (mainly Zebras and Gnu) returning to the Serengeti. (It was not certain we would see anything there at the time we were there- mid to end Dec., but eventually we saw a huge line of marching animals and many more scattered around- which was a special experience)
Also, as we had a very late night flight on the day returning from the Safari, Peter arranged for us at no extra charge (other than the airport transfer) another driver who took care of us for 6 hours, waited while my daughter had her hair done the Tanzania way with many small braids, and took us to a nice place to eat as we insisted tasting Nyama Choma (BBQ meat with bananas) before leaving.

Bottom line: highly recommended.
