Most amazing experience of a lifetime!!!!
5/5

Sureway Tours did an absolutely AMAZING job helping to make a vacation of a lifetime come true. They took care of everything from arranging transportation, several different lodging locations, and amazing excursion/sightseeing activities. We had a large group to accommodate, Sureway Tours never ceased to amaze us. The drivers we had were very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to accommodate our crazy ideas/schedules. We went on Safari and had a great time; the lodging and food was impeccable, and the safari itself, you can not even put it into words how awesome it is to see wildlife and nature in its natural habitat. What I thought was going to be a "once in a lifetime trip" turned out to be an "eye-opening, when can I go back?!" trip, and all thanks to Sureway Tours, and of course the beautiful, friendly country of Kenya!!!!

Fantastic customer service and comprehensive knowledge of the region!
5/5

Whether it was our primary travel agent, Christel, or one of the several subsidiary staff that assisted us throughout our journey, Round Afric was top notch for customer service. Furthermore, every destination we visited was absolutely awesome!

Totally amazing holiday !
5/5

Encompass Africa organised our holiday and itinerary for a group of 4 couples. We went to Botswana, Vic Falls and then had our own mini van and own driver/guide doing the Garden Route in South Africa, where we finished our journey in Cape Town.

All our accommodation was superb; in position, staff, food, guides/trackers and the whole holiday went off without a hitch. This also included a couple of internal light plane transfers to Botswana and then to Zimbabwe.

In Botswana we stayed with Kwando Safaris Botswana at Little Kwara and Lagoon camps, which were fantastic. We saw soooo many animals and birds and the guides/trackers even found us some lions, a leopard and also some hyenas. Each game drive blew us away. And everything about the camps was beyond our expectations.

At Vic Falls we stayed at Vic Falls Safari Lodge which, in our opinion, was the pick of the places to stay. Whilst there you MUST do the BOMA experience and also do a Zambezi river cruise with Zambezi Explorer. Encompass recommended both these and we're so glad we took their advice.

And every place we stayed at along the Garden Route was just amazing.

Encompass did a brilliant job organising our itinerary and their choices of where to stay and the add on tours along the way when doing the Garden Route were spot on. You MUST do the Meerkats (even though you need to get up around 4.30 in the morning) and also walk with the elephants at the Elephant Rescue Centre and also go to Tenikwa and see all the wild cats. Also the Cango Caves and Ostrich farm are brilliant and if you have time you must organise a lunch at Babylonstoren Restaurant in the Cape Winelands. We found it was cheapest to buy an ostrich egg at the ostrich farm.

Places we stayed at include Hog Hollow Country Lodge, Protea Hotel Knysna Quays, De Opstal Country Lodge and Franschhoek Country House & Villas.

Jonathon from Encompass Africa organised our holiday as well as another group of friends who virtually did the same tour about 4 weeks after us but they had extra things added into their itinerary as they had extra days.

If we had any queries about anything at all Encompass were there for us, both in Australia and in Africa itself. We would highly recommend using Encompass if you wish to have a holiday anywhere in Africa !!!!!

Again, beautiful opportunities to see animals and birds in the wild. I stayed up all night looking at the elephants and other animals at The Ark hotel. Lots of photographic moments.

A perfect end to a life changing experience

My visit to Nairobi National Park came at the end of an 11 day photo safari. The regular tour didn't have this park as one of its stops. I had several hours before leaving Nairobi so I booked a tour. To my surprise, it ended up to be a private tour as no one else signed up.

I found the park to be amazing. My favorite part was when we had a reasonably close encounter with a Black Rhino. That experience took my breath away. All the other animals and birds on this Nairobi National Park tour were very special. I asked my guide if locals visit the park and he said no. He told me most of the visitors were tourists. I was saddened to hear that the locals did not take advantage of such a national treasure.

All together, I found the Nairobi National Park to be very special. It was fascinating that such a park with such beautiful wildlife so close to a large city was available to me any anyone else who wanted to see nature, especially endangered animals before they disappear. It is also wonderful for people who travel on business to Nairobi to have such a beautiful place to experience nature in the wild so close that they can take a few hours between meetings to feast their eyes on real nature.

A must do while in Nairobi

Well if you are in Nairobi, then a trip to the Nairobi National PArk must be on the Itinerary. It is preety much the only National park in a city anywhere in the world.
Wild, untouched and well populated, one will always get to see great game from the herbivores, to the big cats and even rhino. Bird lovers will also not go wrong.

An excellent trip for an early morning trip or in the evening. Its easily accessible from the city through the many entrance gates and one can even do it in the standard family car.
