Me and my family made a 5 days safari Mikumi, Udzunga National Park and Selous. It was a fantastic experience. Our contact Mickey was great and adapted our requests so we could get the safari just as we wanted. Our driver/guide Fikiri made a great job with his experience and we could relax and enjoy our trip 100%. We saw all the wildlife we wanted and we also enjoyed the the roadtrip between our parks. Just to look at the country and the villages is very interesting . We have travel quite a lot in the world and if you are going to Tanzania don´t hesitate to contact Grassroot safari.

Amazing experience for our first Safari! Highly recommeded!
Mr. Otieno puts together a wonderful product! He was always very responsive when we had questions about our safari and would respond in 24 hours. Our safari for 14 days in Kenya and Tanzania was amazing! We had wonderful guides who were so knowledgeable, great meals, wonderful camps and lodges to stay in - everything was great. We saw so many animals and wildlife on our tour and had some great cultural experiences. Our favorite spots were Masaai Mara, Lake Nakuru, the Serengeti, and Amboseli. Serekani camp, Lake Nakuru lodge, the Savanna tented camps, and Kibo Safari camp were the best places to stay! We also loved the Hot Air Balloon Ride and champagne brunch over Masaai Mara. Our only two minor comments are to remove the Fanaka lodge from the itinerary (and stay on property at Lake Manyara) and let customers know ahead of time about the Flight Link flight to Zanzibar, incase they want to do the larger Precision Air flight. I would still highly recommend Kenya Safari tours, regardless! Thank you for a wonderful vacation Mr. Otieno! We would definitely return when we have the chance!

He's a kind guy and it was really fun.
Ok so it was well organised, we had zero problems, he speaks fluent english and really good german.
The chosen lodges were also really good I've been to Tanzania before with different tours and they gave us the most touristic lodges there were.
However Enchanting Tanzania Safaris gave us like "secret" not for everyone lodges which was really relaxing.
About the safari: we saw many animals even the rare ones like leopards and in addition to that we had a magic moment with some elephants. (they were really close).
It was a pleasant journey and i'd recommend it to everyone thinking about going to Tanzania. It's a really meh idea to book your holidays with big organizer.

Very grateful to have found this tour operator, who has made our Safari a life-time experience.
When we first decided to go on a private family safari in Tanzania, we found it hard to decide on a tour operator company because there are so many of them. After friends of ours returned from a group safari with Enchanting Tanzania Safaris and enthusiastically told us about their great experiences and how happy they where with the whole trip, we decided to book with this operator also. After spending 8 wonderful days at all famous National Parks of the North and seeing all this incredibly beautiful scenery and wildlife, we were really happy with our decision. Service was excellent and the recommended hotels and camps where perfect. Our daughter (10) really enjoyed the pool after a exciting game drive and the special attention from our driver/guide, who always joked around with her. He was an excellent driver trying to avoid the road bumps :-) Very competent in finding animals and reading tracks. We saw all of the Big 5, even a rhino in the Ngorongoro Crater. This will definitely not be our last safari with Enchanting Tanzania Safaris in Tanzania. Caught the bug I guess :-)

Excellent
The communiccation with Hans was good, he made us an excellent offer. We travelled with a very good guide and visited Lake Manyara, Nogorongoro, Serengeti and Tarangire. It was a beautifull week. The lodges were good and our guide pointed out what we missed. Seen such beautifull animals. Excellent. Later we were in Selous and had some wonderfull days there. We think, we are convinced that Hans is well organized and is able to make a difference organising a trip. He is certainly trustworthy. In Zanzibar we made our own choice and he respected the choice, gave free advice. Hans, Thank you for making a dream really true.

we spend 2 days in Selous and it was fabulous. with Our best driver Dalla, and Michael the guide we had a lot of chance to see a lot of animals! the Kinga Lodge is fabulous.

Excellent 12 day safari tour in Tanzania
We had an Excellent safari tour in Northern Tanzania. We booked our tour with Ranger Afrika, and the level of their service was amazing. From the very beginning of our qutotation requests to the very last day that Louis (the Guide) dropped as at the Airport, everything met our expectations and was as promised. The Team was very helpful during the entire booking process. We were interested in migration safaris, therefore we had alot of inquires and we always received prompt responses which was in comparison to other Tour Operators we contacted, very impressiv. We could also not be more happy than being able to pay safely online by Card. It was indeed my second time in Tanzania after i did a safari with friends in 2014, and this time was by far the best safari.

Had my holiday planned 6months in advance I was in touch with Phill since day 1.
such an adorable man, kept in touch all the time, every time I had a question He was available to answer my calls or reply my messages without delay, he provided me all the right and useful information regarding the hiking, how to get my training done and get fit for the 6 days trekking and was also able to organise my trip to Zanzibar too.
When I arrived in Tanzania from Namanga border he got the transport organised even had someone to help me get through the visa problems...from Namanga to Mochi all planned and the big surprise was he personally came and waited for me at the bus station too from Arusha to Mochi all the way to the hotel he reserved.
Not many travel company will take the time and get the motivation at this level for a guest I was very impressed.

The experience was more than fantastic.
Kilimanjaro is though, but with the help and the professionalism of the entire team, WE made it to the summit without any problem.

Incredible & Well Organised Safari
Very impressed with our first trip to Africa. Annette sorted out all details of the itinerary for us and was very attentive to ensure we got exactly what we wanted from the trip by customising it to our requests.
Drivers and guides were very professional and knowledgeable. In particular our Kenyan driver was relentless in his search for the big game animals and birds. We literally saw everything we could have imagined.
Hotels were all excellent and better than what we expected as the price point is also very good compared to other safari companies.
Highly recommended.
