Our tour was organised by Topy Tours for a two day safari which included Tarangire & Ngorongoro crater. The whole trip was well planned and executed and the team had excellent knowledge of the area. Gofan Safaris & Travel Africa provided a wonderful safari! Our safari driver, Onesmus, was excellent! He was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information for us about the animals we saw. He let us spend the time we wanted watching the different animals. He was also very personable and professional! We didn't encounter one single problem while on safari!
Every day was a new adventure of discovery! I would travel with Gofan again!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Murchison Falls National Park, this company gave us great safari activities beyond our expectations. A friend recommended Kubwa Five Safaris to us and we don't regret having booked a trip with this company.
Everything was well planned and they fulfilled and meant their words. We had a customized itinerary that met our travel needs.
The game drives and boat cruise were out of these words.
Uganda is a Pearl of Africa, and it is surely gifted by nature, her flora and fauna is mind-blowing.
We enjoyed our driver, steven, he did a wonderful job and made us feel comfortable around him. He has an excellent way of communication, very knowledgeable about animals and birds.
The hotels and meals were great. There was the high level of hospitality at the hotel we used.

1. Arrangements for our was handled by Alex Kenga, who was very informative, always available to attend to any needs and goes beyond expectation.
2. The 4 day tour that we has was lead by our driver, Joseph who was very informative, knowledgeable, humble and helpful not only to us but even to other drivers from other operators.
3. Mama Safaris arranged very good accommodation for us and we have no complaints. They do their best to meet your needs.

The best
5 day safari, the best guide, the best cooker. Always got cooked meals, real meals. Lewis was really informative and Salim was the real cooker. Real 5 star service. Pick up and drop off as the nights in Arusha part of the safari package.

Way beyond expectations for a "budget safari"
Being a "budget safari" we honestly didn't know exactly what to expect, but Lenchada - and Masaai Mara - delivered beyond our expectations. We have been on a number of safaris and countless nature trips and this was one of the best experiences we've had. Don't get hung up on this being an affordable option - accommodation and amenities are more than enough for most, in my opinion. And the wildlife experience is the same - if not better, as you will spend more time on game drives than many of the more luxurious options we looked inyo. The operation is seemlees, and service level excellent. While I do agree with some of the reviews recommending bringing snacks (travelling with a pregnant wife this was always a good idea) I was never hungry for long. Contrary to what others have stated our Landcruiser was in excellent condition. But do splurge on the minor surcharge and get a 4x4 - we stopped on more than one occasion towing the mini buses out of the mud...
A special shout out to James, our guide. Very knowledgeable of all related to the park and the animals, he is also clearly well-versed in photography and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone got the pictures they wanted.
Can't recommend Lenchada highly enough, they are excellent choice for experience Kenya's spectacular wildlife.

Top notch accommodations, fantastic guide and flexible w/changes!!!
I can’t say enough good things about our Safari and our guide Allen. Allen was professional, clearly experienced, organized & great with my teenager. We were completely comfortable with him. He Was always making sure we saw everything and enjoyed our experience. He cleaned our land cruiser daily even washing it. He was upbeat and laughing and clearly enjoys what he does. He also offered a lot of philosophy that was great for my teenager to hear. Request Allen for a great safari! The safari route & accommodations set up by Alex were phenomenal. He made some last minute changes but they were an upgrade and in great locations or top notch. The ngorogoro coffee lodge was a great last night of luxury at the end of 9 days of non stop safari. Be sure to do the cultural days visiting the Maasai, Datonga & bushmen. Not touristy. We spent time with/them just ourselves. We were able to visit the Olduvai museum & that was worth the side trip. I did a ton of research before choosing Mama Savana & definitely made the right choice for our trip of a lifetime.

Master trip crafter!
When I started our family trip to Tanzania in early 2020, I took quotes from two companies including Paul Tickner's Kusini Safaris. I was pretty impressed by Paul's firsthand experience with the lodges and itinerary that he was recommending to us and decided to go with him for our trip. Of course, thanks to COVID, we had to postpone our trip at least two times and finally got to make it in August 2021. Paul's patience in planning and replanning the trip was commendable at this iffy time. I cannot even count the number of back and forth exchanges we had over these past months and Paul was always available to respond.
As for the trip itself, Kusini had planned it with incredible attention to detail, and it went off without a single hitch including airport transfers, special diets, and the necessary Covid tests. The Nomad lodges that Paul recommended were everything that he had described to us and more, and I'm so glad we went with his recommendations for our itinerary. Each day of the trip was exhilarating to say the least, and we have come back home filled with unforgettable memories and the desire to return someday. I recommend Kusinini very highly to anyone considering a safari trip to Africa.
