TRULY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE
4/5

The tour has been very well organised, we got all the necessary info before leaving. On site we found 2 great guides (Ali and Mau) who gave us lots of explanations and has been very friendly. We were lucky enough to see all the big 9! The accommodation in the lodges and tent camps has been as expected, clean and very well organised, very good food (good variety and choice). It was our first safari, our expectations have been met. One of our cars had an accident so we had to stay all in one for half a day but we were able to continue our tour without missing any parts (poor Ali had to work hard on the car!).
many thanks, a great holiday!|

This trip was excellent and surpassed our expectations.
5/5

The attention provided by Isaac - our guide - was excellent at any time, he was very clear in his way of communicating and answered all our questions. The Lenchada camp was very good to, very good services provided by the staff. The hotel at the lake Nakuru was also great.

The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was that at the lake Nakuru, there were hardly any animals, except for a few rhinos, it is advertised as a bird paradise and there were none. If this was due to the season it would be a good idea to let people who book then know what is to be expected. Between going there and back we spent 8 hours driving and saw practically nothing.

The highlight was definitely Masai Mara.

Excellent Staff and Arrangements, Responds to eMails, Highly Recommended
4/5

I planned the entire trip with Chris over the email. He responded promptly to all questions. To reduce my cost, I paid in cash (a mix of $s, Rwanda Francs, and Uganda Shillings) at the start of the 3D/2N Gorilla Safari. I was picked up promptly from Kigali and brought over to the border where my guide/driver Steven picked me up and we continued to the Rushaga Gorilla Heaven Lodge where I stayed for 2 nights. First day was relaxation. Second day we started early and left for Bwindi NP where Steven arranged the easiest trek for me. The trek was [still] arduous [for me] and would have been better to have a porter who can carry your stuff as well as assist on the rough terrain. All of us slipped and fell several times over but that was part of the fun too! However, to their credit, all the staff on the trek were very helpful. Seeing Gorillas in their natural habitat was a magical experience. Since we were given the easiest trek, we were back by 11:30 AM, while many other groups hadn't even reached their assigned Gorilla family. Rest of that day was relaxation and on the final day, we started early and after lunch and stopover at Equator, we were in Kampala by 5 PM. Steven was very helpful, professional, and well-known to all. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable.

This was a very enjoyable, relaxed and slow-paced safari. I highly recommend Encounter Africa Safaris to all - they did a great job!
One improvement suggestion: please include coffee as well as cold-drink as part of the lunch on the third day.

We have used Advanced Tours and Travel over the past 10 years for various travel
5/5

Communications are timely , thorough and detailed . Service has been above expected , even early in the morning or late at night . No problem too big for Advanced. Even when problems arise ( which they often seem to do during East African Travel ) they have been handled calmly and efficiently , with the ultimate goal being getting the client to where they need to be. I wont use anyone else for my travel needs , or my friends and family.

A good experience. But would not do it again.
3/5

The service was very good. The hotels were great and the guide had enough knowledge about the nature and the animals of the parks, despite of been too serious. But I expected more. I thought it was going inside an savage reserve but it was a park, with demarked paths. And we saw many animals but not too many species. We didn't see leopards and Cheetahs, for example, neither any hunting. Wouldn't do it again.

Wonderful whirlwind week
5/5

My husband and I booked a week with Afro Honeyguides, and set our own hectic itinerary. A mixture of lodges and private accommodations (we had friends in Zimbabwe), and Afro Honeyguides made it all work seamlessly.

Accommodations arranged by Afro were perfect for us, with luxury lodges, a Gwange bush camp, and personal acquaintances providing variety, and comfort all the way. Rhino trekking in Matopos was definitely a highlite!

Andrew arranged a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls at the last minute that was breathtaking. (Pass on purchasing the video from the helicopter company - they don't play.)

Pick ups were punctual, vehicles were clean, our guide (Andrew) was personable, knowledgeable and a safe driver. I would use Afro Honey Guide again!

Thank you

Perfect service
5/5

We decided to go safari 3 days before we leave Zanzibar. it was like a last minute decision. They replied my request from safaribookings in minutes with a perfectly detailed offer. After chatting with Abdallah on whatsapp we decided to take the offer. We paid via credid card. Then the dream started. There is a plane from Zanzibar to Selous. They take yoy from plane and you directly go car safari. So i reccomend you just to take back packs. We had trouble to carry our luggage. We ve seen Lion , Elephant , Croc , Hyppo , Giraffe , Hyenna and even African wild dogs. The camp we stayed was perfect. The other day tge river boat tour was also amazing. I strongly reccomend Uhuru tours.

Amazing Trip
5/5

We arranged a 3 day tour in Rwanda with Africa Tours Adventure. We were picked up by Gervis, our driver, on time at the airport in a professional, clean vehicle. We stayed at the Da Vinci Lodge near Volcanoes National Park - about 2 hours drive from Kigali. The accommodation was very good with great services, friendly staff and a wonderful cook. Gorilla trekking started nearby and was above and beyond our expectations. The trek requires good physical condition and proper attire as it can be wet, muddy and slippery. Seeing gorillas in their natural habitat supported by skilled and knowledgable local staff was an incredible privilege. We also highly recommend seeing the golden monkeys and the bamboo forest in which they live. We felt safe and well taken care of by Gervis and made it back to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We highly recommend Africa Tours Adventure in this region!

Glad we found Red Africa Safaris and had Jaco as our guide
5/5

Before the trip, we mainly communicated with Amelia. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs and interests. We asked a ton of questions and she had always been patient and given detailed answers. She helped us work out an itinerary that we enjoyed a lot. The entire planning phase couldn’t go any smoother.

Jaco was our guide for the 4 day Panorama Route and Kruger tour. He was very knowledgeable about the nature, from the birds, the animals to the plants...basically everything you would want to learn when exploring Kruger. He cooked us typically South African dinners, which were delicious. Throughout the trip, he took great care of us. We appreciate his company. More importantly, he showed immense passion towards nature conservation through guiding and some other efforts he had been making, which really touched and impressed us.

For us, the service provided by Red Africa Safaris was satisfactory and the price was reasonable. We would choose them if we visited SA again.
