About: Tanzania
Tanzania possesses various special reserves for touring. Wellcome all

At the beginning I thought Tanzanian speaks Swahili only. To my surprise I found them speaking nice English something which shocked me and left me with an open mouth. On regard to wildlife I thought Tanzania had fewer wild animals and the weather could not be friendly because of being among tropical countries. The accommodation available in Tanzania are of different classes depending on which class you would feel to place yourself. The tour guide uses both English and Swahili and they are so friendly and honest.

4th Safari with Warrior Trails
5/5

I have experienced exceptional cultural and game viewing experiences in Tanzania with Warrior Trails on 4 separate safaris! Each trip has been unbelievably rewarding in its own way because Warrior Trails is brilliant at what they do…providing “Unforgettable Safaris and Lifelong Memories”.

I have had the pleasure of being on safari with 4 different Warrior Trails guides, each of whom has been remarkable in their game spotting ability, and their knowledge of the local flora, fauna, and cultures. Not only are they highly trained and skilled, but they are fun and engaging. Our guide Frank was absolutely exceptional; he is a treasure!!

Typically, I go on safari in June or July, but Warrior Trails recommended a trip in May this year in order for me to experience the green season, witness the migration in a different location, and see lots of baby animals. I was amazed at how just a few months earlier in the year could make such a marked difference in my experience; I was NOT disappointed. Bonus: May is much less expensive time to be on safari, and there weren’t the crowds of earlier or later in the year. In fact, we had several camps to ourselves!!

Cultural experiences are a hallmark of Warrior Trails. Because the owner of the company is Maasai, the company is able to offer unique, authentic experiences with local Maasai communities. Highlights on each of my trips have included spending a night at a Maasai boma, and participating in traditional Maasai activities including: milking cattle, beading with Maasai women, storytelling around a campfire, visiting a Maasai well, and going on nature walks with Maasai warriors. These cultural interactions are not the contrived experiences of the “tourist bomas” that other safari companies use. If you book your safari with Warrior Trails (and you should!) make sure to include a visit to a Maasai boma in your itinerary.

Camps and lodges used this year: Mt Meru Hotel in Arusha, overnight at Makuyuni Maasai boma, Maramboi Tented Camp, Lake Masek Tented Camp, Ang’ata Serengeti, Ang’ata Ngorongoro, Ngorongoro Farmhouse. Of these, we had the boma, Lake Masek, and the 2 Ang’ata camps to ourselves! Incredible.

Our wildlife and bird viewing were exceptional; as always, I saw and experienced everything I had hoped to see, and more! I highly recommend a safari with Warrior Trails.

100 % professional planning and empathic guidance throughout the journey
5/5

We were really absolutely satisfied with the whole organisation and execution of the trip. Very good planned and prepared, we never had to wait and both of our guides (Robert for 8 days and Grace for 7 days) were very empathic and they always knew and recognized what we want and what we prefer. The 4WD car was always clean and comfortable. The lodges were all very nice and well selected.
All in all we can recommend Speke without any deductions.

Awesome Nairobi Park Safari
5/5

I would like to thank Kibera Holidays for accommodating my last minute request for arranging Nairobi Park Safari. Guide Kimani was very helpful in spotting all the important animals including lions. He took keen interest in ensuring that I did not miss any important excursion.
I would recommend Kibera Tours to anyone who wishes to do safari with very trustworthy and professional company.

Excellent Safari + Kilimanajaro Climb
5/5

We recently returned from an 8-day safari + 6-day climb (Machame route) with Open Africa Safaris. They made our trip truly wonderful.
From the very beginning John (who is based in the US) was very responsive and provided detailed and useful information as we were planning and customizing our trip. We were a large group of 12 including a baby and they ensured and every one of us was well taken care of. All the suggestions provided and the final trip turned out to be perfect. Our guides/drivers for the safari were Tony (actual name Anthony) and Nico. Both were extremely fun and knowledgeable and ensured that we saw all the animals from up-close at times taking us to parts of the park where we were the only ones so that we did not have to compete with 50+ other vehicles to see animals.
After the safari a few of us climbed Kilimanjaro and this was organized by Open Africa Safaris as well. The guides (Omben, David and Justin), chef and porters were all very helpful and entertaining. We had a fantastic climb where they encouraged and assisted us in every way possible. Ultimately most of us made it to the top.
Outside of the safari and climb, John (who was visiting Tanzania) and Anthony took personal care of us. Picking us up from the airport, arranging for activities on other days, showing us around the city etc. They truly became good friends and we look forward to doing more trips with them in the future.

Review of trip arranged by Paul Justine, Peace Hotel Arusha, Tanzania - roadsidetanzania.com
5/5

1 Stay at Peace Hotel was really good.

2 First day trip to Arusha National Park was exceptional. Viewing of wild life in Tanzania was great. Elephants, Giraffe, Baboons, Gazelle, Impala, Lions and many other were seen. The guides were very qualified and helpful in explaining the animals habits, the countries different tribe and their development.

3 The second day trip to Kilimanjaro National Park was also very enjoyable. The guides explained and showed how the different tribes like Chaga and Maasai lived. Wild life viewing was also good.

I could be willing to recommend travel through this group

Unforgettable moment :) thank you
5/5

I was in Tanzania to do a sponsored climb of Kilimanjaro on behalf of the Nasio trust who supports orphaned children in Kenya.

The professionalism of the climbing team and especially of the chief guide Nicholaus Mathias was exceptional. Nicholaus has an in-depth knowledge of Kilimanjaro and the wildlife that resides there, information you won’t find in books. We were supported by great team of porters and cook, people I am still in regular contact with a year on, even listen to guns n roses and rob zombie with the crew on the climb, unforgettable moments ‘pole pole’.

Asanta sana Tanzania
