Could not be better! Friendly, Professional, safe, Interesting, Enjoyable ...
5/5

We did 4 days 3 nights at Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. From the first contact and the booking, from pickup at the airport to even support after our departure everything was not only professional, but also very polite, friendly and considerately. WIth Fredrick we had prosumably the best driver, guide and spotter in this business. Can't remember one road hole he did not see in time (and there were millions) and we always felt save. He showed us beautiful places, spottet all the animals others assumably are still looking for, explained each and every detail and answered any question - and there were many, because we are a family of 5. Dionys, our Chef and Master of stomach managed it to serve us wonderful varying menues every day. Always at least 3 delicious courses - no idea how he managed this with his camping kitchen ... The suricata management is very friendly and certain and 100% available. We expected to have some really exciting days in a wonderful nature. What we got was much more, breathtaking, unforgettable ... Thanks to Suricata

Trekkr Africa provided a lifetime safari experience as I toured the Pearl of Africa, it was the best
5/5

I would recommend anyone traveling to East Africa to try Trekkr Africa for the best safari experience. As we sailed down Africa's longest river the Jinja, I just reflected on how this safari company provided the best services from the time we started planning for the adventure. They are professionals and they stick to their word and that's what impressed me the most. We sailed down the Jinja river, Source of The Nile and it was very exciting. Trekkr Africa organised our trip in such a way that we wished we had opted for a longer holiday. We visited several places in Entebbe including the Zoo where me and my daughter we got to see a variety of animals and we also had fun riding camel for the first time ever in our lives. It was such a memorable experience and the safari team from Trekkr Africa made sure that we enjoyed every single moment. They communicate schedules on time and they keep time and also know the places to take people for an enjoyable safari experience. The accommodation as well as the food was great and we felt so welcome. I recommend this safari company for anyone wishing to experience a memorable safari adventure.

Amazing, marvellous
5/5

We had a three days Trip to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Taragire Nationalpark organized by Daniel Shamba from Epic Africa Adventure. I contacted him from Germany as I knew him before from trips in 2015. In a quick and efficient way he asked what we wanted and with that he arranged a really wonderful Safari for us. Everything was in time, we had a very friendly driver, Daniel booked a nice lodge for us and we always felt very good cared for. He regarded our special wishes and if I ever return to Tanzania for Safari I will of course contact him again. I can recommend Epic Africa Adventure with all of my heart.

Everything perfect!
5/5

We were stressed out to book our low budget safari after reading a lot of scams occuring on different company riviews, but our 3 nights 4 days safari booked with James Dilunga of Big 5 voyage was amasing! We find him with Arusha backpackers hostel. He explained really well the tour, the fees and the schedul, he answered well all of our numerous questions and everything was has he said. Not everybody in the truck had book with him, but our driver\guide Reggie and our chef Mr. D were great with everyone. They were professional and took really good care of us. Food was so good and guys were so nice. We saw the big 5 and so many animals, it was really an unforgetting adventure! Assante sana!

Amazing Safari
5/5

I and my wife experienced a memorable and amazing 5 days safari in Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha and 2 days beach relaxation in Diani with Tekko Tour and Travel. I wrote to a few Kenyan safari tour operators for finding the best itinerary to fit our needs with reasonable price. We received some options from Maggie in Tekko Tour immediately after sending the first email. Maggie helped us to find the best itinerary and the best places for accommodation with replying to our many emails and questions. Always, her answers to our emails and questions were professional, comprehensive and prompt.
She welcomed us in the airport and helped us for changing money and buying sim card after talking about details of our itinerary in their office. At the end of our tour, she dropped off us to airport too. Thank you Maggie for every thing.
Our guide/driver during our safari was Steven. He is a polite, friendly and professional guide with good knowledge of animals and National Reserves. He drives very well and he did his best for a comfortable safari for us. We could see all Big Five and many other animals. Thank you Steven.
I hope, we could use services of Tekko Tour and Travel in our next safari in Kenya and Tanzania.

8 days Samburu - Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha
5/5

We are a family of four including two children of 12 and 15 years. Planning the trip took a while as many companies offer safari tours. We decided to travel with KWSS due to excellent reviews here and on Tripadvisor and due to very fast and good communication with Mr. Otieno. KWSS also ended up with the best offer in the end, so it can be worth negotiating the price and accommodation styles. We ended up staying at Samburu game lodge, Lake Nakuru sopa lodge, Oserolodge and Naivasha kongoni lodge – all very excellent places to stay!
Our driver David picked us up in the airport and drove us to our good hotel in Nairobi (Mimosa court apartments). The next 4 days we had long drives in the van as the distance to Samburu and further to lake Nakuru and Masai Mara took longer than stated in the programme due to bad roads (plan 8 hours each way, not 5). However, you see a lot of Kenya on the way. We had great game drives in Samburu – a park very different from Masai Mara. Also good game around lake Nakuru (no flamingoes anymore though) and excellent game in Masai Mara. David was a very experienced and friendly guide, who could answer all questions we had.
We visited the Masai village and it was actually a great experience for us as a family. Yes – the sell stuff, but we don’t mind bringing home a souvenier and the money goes to the village. We payed entrance fee 20 $ per adult and 10 $ per child (after some negotiation). The walk in Hells gate was great also.
All in all 5 stars to KWSS! If you bring children younger than 12 I would consider doing less driving/fewer places to visit.

Cheated out of $3300
1/5

They took our money but never returned our phone calls or emails, and never picked us up or tried to contact us while we were in Tanzania.

We heard rumors of financial insolvency and bankruptcy, but were never able to verify that. Nonetheless, we know we never got to go on our tour...

That said, we ended up finding a great company and having a great time, so at least that worked out.
