Wildlife and scenary leave speachless, amazing! The weather is perfect when i was there last october 2016, accomodations are okay according to the price i paid, i think food was not as amazing as i imagined, perhaps it was just tourists food and not local and authentic kenyan food. The transport of the safari i booked, they picked me up at my residence more than 1 hour later, and in the way out of Nairobi the vehicole that transported us stoped working 3 times, and 3 times the driver called for a nother vehicole and we had to changed the 3 times to another van, all this lost time made us arrived to the camp very late and we entered the Maasai Mara Park just for one hour and could not enjoy it because we were driving too fast. We haven't given any reasonable solution from the driver to compensate the lost time, so we prscticaly paid 3 days of entry to the Park and used only one, because the last day driver told us we need to leave early. In the way back, entering to Nairobi, the car stoped working again and we were about another 45 minutes waiting in the middle of the road to get the car fixed. It was evident that the vehicles that we used were not in good conditions for a safari tour.

We spent only few days for a safari and one day in Jo'burg. The safari experience was amazing under all standpoints: wildlife, food, accomodations and, above all, the warm ospitality of South Africans.
This is our second trip in your country (1st one dedicated to the Cape region and whale watching) and it confirmed the wonderful memories we had.
We love this country and look forward to coming back in the future for exploring other areas
P.S.: the agency (Safari.com) provided a 5star service

Experience went far above our expections. We are glad we chose Mianzini Tours & Safaris!
5/5

My name is Steven. After several months working our heads off at the the UK, my wife and I decided to go on a 02-week vacation to Africa in mid this year to unwind and to relax. The main headache that we faced at the onset was deciding on the best tour company that we could trust with our money and with so many touring companies popping up whenever one wrote the word Safari or Tour, it is understandable why the decision on the best tour company proved such an difficult task. We wanted to visit historical places in both Kenya and Tanzania, while also enjoying the comforts of 5-star accommodation at all places that we visited. After several days reviewing the merits / demerits of the myriad of tour companies that we thought would be good value for money, we finally settled on Mianzini Tours and Safaris, owing to the sterling reviews made by clients who had used the tour company not long before us. We wanted a tour company that would guarantee that we will be met at the local international airport upon arrival, undertake all transfers to and from the airport, book the best value for money hotels in Kenya and Tanzania, as well as the best lodges and camps whilst guaranteeing our safety. We had heard not so pleasant stories of foreigners being mugged in the streets of Nairobi but we knew little about Tanzania. Also, we came to learn that our vacation came when the political campaigns in Kenya had heated up and their elections were around the corner, so we were quite (and rightly so) apprehensive.

After making the initial email contact to Justus, he replied almost immediately assuring us of our safety and that all monies paid to the company are receipted and accounted for whenever the guest(s) wanted. After exchanging several emails, we were more than convinced we had made the right choice of a tour company (my wife decided to try other tour companies but I stuck to Mianzini Tours and Safaris). Upon getting a few quotations and deciding on the one that best suited our likes and aspirations, we were required to pay a 30% deposit so Justus could confirm the safari and start the process of issuing and sending out vouchers to the respective service suppliers. Obviously, we paid the said deposit through a credit card and it is not possible for the funds to be wired from the UK and reflect on the tour company's account immediately, so this process took about 02 days. Then we got that all-important email, confirming all was okay. And to ease our doubts, Justus was even ready to email all accommodation vouchers to us, just in case we doubted he had done the needful.

Long story - But the day of departure to Africa finally came. We landed in Nairobi as our starting point / city and to our pleasant surprise, we were met at the Airport by a representative from Mianzini Tours and Safaris, clad in the company uniform and safari boots (remember the famous boots that say you know Africa?). Alongside the representative was a safari driver holding a tray with warm towels for our use after the long flight! Then came the freshly made and cold welcome juice to refresh ourselves, before being ushered to our waiting limousine for the seamless transfer to our city hotel. All our questions were gladly answered en route to the hotel to our satisfaction. All accommodation was well organized and reserved according to our requirements and the desired standards. Their drivers are rarely late for any pick up / drop off and their vehicles are always clean. They always have refreshments (soft drinks, local beers and wine) in all their safari / transfer vehicles. All their driver-guides are holders of at least a Silver badge awarded after undergoing an intriguing local examination at a tourism college (Utalii college or something like that).

In all, we can confidently and without reservations say, that from our arrival till departure back to UK, Mianzini Tours & Safaris are the 'in' people to go 'out' with.

Great choice for a first-time trip to Africa
4/5

Takims Holidays is an extremely reliable tour operator. Despite us planning the trip very last-minute, they were able to organise a 2-weeks trip (one of safaris, one on the sandy beaches of Zanzibar) which went very smoothly.
They know the touristic offer very well, so once you make up your mind in terms of budget and accomodation they will offer you options that won't disappoint you. In our case, we should have done a little more digging in terms of the available options (sometimes we underestimated how popular some destinations could be), but this small hiccup was definitely on our side.
The car was very well maintained and Nelson was a very professional and pleasant company.

Good experiences!
5/5

Some people recommend this tour agent and via email I got in contact with Barack, the owner of Congo Discovery Safaris. I had so much questions and I every time got response very quickly. Thank you for this contact!
Before my trip I kept contact via WhatsApp and Barack picked me up at the busstation of Gisenyi. Together we crossed the border to Goma. There where a few mistakes in my application request for the visa of Congo. But Barack helped me to cross the border without any questions an problems. It only took 20 minutes!

The budget choice for accommodation in Goma was the right choice. Safe place to stay and nice accommodation with good food.

Although I thought Barack would be driving me to the gorilla tour and volcano tour, he arranged a safe driver called Richard. Later on the 3 day trip I have seen Barack briefly and I met him at the border to cross to Rwanda. Richard was a safe and good driver!

A well organized trip, safe, good choice of accommodation and as well Barack and his brother Kennedy kept in contact all times to make sure I was happy and safe during my stay.

Keep up the good work guys!

The best of both Worlds!
5/5

The best two week trip I've ever taken. Wild Mind Travel exceeded all expectations, went above and beyond. Justin was great to deal with from start to finish. From airport pickup to drop off everything was organized and detailed. It was nice to not have to worry about an itinerary and just enjoy the experiences. Wild Mind had a state of the art Safari Jeep along with high end camping gear. Cant forget to mention our knowledgeable tour guide Amos who made the whole experience that much better.
The unforgettable safari experiences started in the Tarangire National Park then onto the Serengeti and ended in the Ngorongoro Crater. Breath taking sights and views followed one after another. The amount of wild life we saw was almost unimaginable.
Following the Safari it was off to Zanzibar where we spent two amazing nights in Stone Town taking in all of its history and local cuisine.
Following Stone Town it was time to hit the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar where we put our feet in the sand and enjoyed luxury villa resort life for four nights.
It was definitely a trip of a lifetime and a trip that should be on everyone's bucket list.
I cant wait to go back!

Amazing trip thanks to TailorMade africa
5/5

I went to tanzania/zanzibar for 3 weeks. The whole trop was organised by TailorMade Africa. When I contacted tailormade africa for the first time, they took the time to speak to me in order to understand the type of holiday i wanted. Thanks to their perfect knowledge of tanzania, we planned an amazing 2 week safari in the north of tanzania and a beach holiday in Zanzibar. They have always been in touch with me to answer all my questions and they were also available during the trip to make sure eveytjing was ok. Having travelled with many agents before, i can confirm that i have never received such a good service. Tailormade africa is definitely looking after their clients to give them the best. My trip was wonderful. The wildlife was amazing and everything was perfectly organised.. I cant wait for my next safari with tailormade africa of course !

Incredible Safari Experience with Bright African Safari in Tanzania
5/5

I can't say enough good things about Bright African Safaris. My entire experience with them, start to finish, was top notch. I was referred to them by a friend who did a trip with them prior, who also had a great experience. Doing safari in Africa was one of my bucket list trips and so I spent a LOT of time planning and investing in the trip as a whole. Msangi, the owner, worked with me from the start to build out a custom trip based on what I was looking for. We did a range of parks, blends of accommodation types, and overall I was very happy with our selections. The only thing I would change is cutting out one of the parks, as the wildlife I was most interested in seeing were the cats and larger animals and on our last day the one we did one that was known for it's birds so it didn't do it for me like the others did. So that is my only suggestion, make sure to be vocal about the types of parks and animals you want to see. But from start to finish, Msangi and his team were VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip and experience fun, easy, exciting - basically how you want it to be. I would put all my trust in them to do it all over again. All the tour guides were great, and we had a wonderful experience with ours - Mirandko, who we nicknamed Tanzania's Dale Earnhardt, was fantastic. :) He was great and a real pleasure to be with throughout our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend doing a safari in Tanzania - it's a beautiful country with incredible park....Serengeti being my absolute favorite. And the people are so nice. If you chose Tanzania for your safari, you can't go wrong with Bright!
