A great company that helped me plan a great holiday!
Flight Safaris surpassed my expectations. I am from the States and was very unfamiliar with Kenya and didn't know where to start in planning my vacation. I contacted Flight Safaris early and I'm so lucky that I did. They listened carefully to my wishes for what I would like to do, and they made excellent suggestions on where I should go and how I should get it done. Throughout the planning process they made further suggestions to help me fine tune the safari and each of those suggestions turned out to be highly valuable and made my holiday significantly better. My driver/guide was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, dependable, always on time, very kind, and made for a great companion while we traveled together. It was amazing how much he knew about Kenya, the wildlife, and he was VERY good at spotting animals while on safari. I would not have seen most of the cool things we saw without his good eye.
Thanks to Flight Safaris for a wonderful holiday! I will certainly be calling if I find myself planning another trip to Kenya!
Travelling to Africa in Style
We had a fantastic time during our travels in Kenya, highlighted by the visit to the Maasai Mara, which was well organised by Seven Wonders Safaris. We were picked up on time from our residential address. The driver was a well informed tour guide himself and knew where to spot to show us the sites, ensuring we did not miss anything. The choice of accommodation in the Maasai Mara was unique and memorable because I felt as if I was in a 5* hotel in the midst of the Mara. There was entertainment every night followed by a camp fire. We were also very fortunate to see the Big 5 in one day. All in all we were very impressed with the good organization of the holiday, the scheduling of all events and not least the personalized treatment we received from all involved.

Jambo... from Africa
Jambo from Africa.... After a luxurious transfer (1 driver and 1 guide!!!!!) we arrived satiesfied on Zanzibar. The Blue Oyster is a little paradise, and we really felt well here. The clocks go quite slow, but we already noticed that during our 10 days of safari.
We had an amazing safari with a wonderful guide, which guided us through 1600 km of phenomenal landscape and animals kingdom. We saw all the Big 5 even though the last missing one was spotted from quite far away at Ngorongoro Crater... the Rhino - but it was there! The accommodations were wonderful in all their difference, best of them the Kati Kati and the Tingitana Tented Camp in "splendid isolation" - only the two of us allone in the second night. On our first morning, the giraffes welcomed us in near distance, on the second morning the zebras. Really impressing!
Even though the routes weren't comfortable all the time, the higher north of Serengeti with its complete different landscapes really impressed us. We even were lucky enough to experience two crossings over the Mara River, and the guide told us that you'lll never know where and when the crossings will take place.

They are surprisingly flexible for a small travel company! Also, quite knowledgeable of their trade, particularly on Kenyan culture, nature and leisure activities. Very resourceful and friendly staff who make you feel like family whilst on tour with them.

Absolutely amazing
We now back home and we would like to say that our trip with you was absolutely amazing! It was a great experience to visit Kenya and Maasai mara, to meet its nice and open people and to enjoy the great landscape, wildlife and scenery. It was the best holiday we ever had and we will never forget it.

Unfortunately back from Kenya!
I'm (unfortunately) back from Kenya. It was wonderful, and all our expectations were even exceeded!
We fell very well at Severin Sea Lodge! Yes, and we're still speechless when thinking about Severin Safari Camp!
The surcharge for the Junior Suite was really worth it! We had Suite No. 41 and woke up in the morning with direct view to the waterhole with drinking zebras, giraffes etc.!

Vayeni are without doubt the best travel agent/ operator I have dealt with even compared to services in Europe. I had to change my booking at least 4 times and they were great in dealing with all the issues. We have no hesitation in recommending Terminal Tours for a 1st Class Safari experience.
Thanks to Terminal Tours Nairobi and Nelson, who organised our 2 day trip. Tony, our driver, was fantastic. He knew we were on a tight schedule, but his superb knowledge of the Mara, coupled with fantastic off road skills, ensured we saw and learned a great deal about the wild life, flora and fauna. He changed our breakfast at the Mara Sopa Lodge ( a lovely place to over night) into a packed brunch, in order that we could spend more time hunting those elusive lions, who just weren't out to play on the days we were there. Eventually, due to his tracking skills and use of CB radio, we located 2, skulking in the long grass :) I know someone else left a negative review about this company, but we found them to be super efficient, very friendly and extremely reliable. The vehicle was comfortable....but be warned.....it's a long and bumpy road to the Mara and douse yourself in Deet!!

Professional, informative, helpful
Land and Lake Safaris did an excellent job of finding a safari to fit our family and our budget. We went to Mvuu Camp for 2 nights. We saw all the animals they offered with the exception of the rhino being preserved in the sanctuary (closed during rainy season). On our return, one of us became very ill with a bacterial infection. It has taken 2 hospital visits and more than 2 weeks to cover from the illness. I would strongly recommend that Land & Lakes encourage internationals to not drink the water deemed as filtered and safe by Mvuu Camp. They can bring their own water or buy bottled water instead.
