Great company with the best guide
Firstly I have to give 5 stars for our guide (Andrew) and chef (Moshi). I can say with confidence that they made the tour amazing. Moshi was so friendly, fun and most importantly made the best food for us. Andrew was well organised, provided so much info, was always smiling and engaging with the group and most importantly lead us to the animals and had some inhuman ability to spot so many animals while also driving that the rest of us often couldn’t even see with our eyes. We met other guides and spoke to other travelers about their guides and we got the feeling all were not equal so if you get the chance to go with Andrew, take it.
The company itself were good and easy to deal with, had decent vehicles and equipment so no complaints at all.
With the tour schedule, we did 4 days 3 nights. First day was about 7 hours driving to Serengeti however half of that was in various wildlife areas so you do see animals on the way. The afternoon was in the Serengeti although it is via a common route mainly for the benefit of getting to the camp. The camp was very basic, which we knew going into it, but was a great experience as animals roam the campsite at night as there are no fences. The next day was half day drive in Serengeti before heading off to Ngorongoro campsite which was about 5 hours (still seeing animals during the drive). Overall the Serengeti was okay but it’s so large and already out that we didn’t see that any animals and o would recommend having a full day there instead of what we did as you then go further and should see more. Also wet season should be avoided if possible as you see so many less animals- grass is too high and animals don’t congregate at watering holes. Day 3 at Ngorongoro was by far the best and the highlight for everyone. The crater itself is a view to behold but more importantly the quantity / density of animals, the fact they cant / don’t generally leave due to the crater walls, the flatness (easier to see animals) and the small size so easy to get around makes it perfect for wildlife spotting. It is relatively small though so 1 full day or a half day is all that is required. We then stayed in a decent lodge on our last night before visiting Tarangire NP for half day on day 4. I would say animal spotting was similar to Serengeti (probably not great for us due to it being wet season) but it’s still nice and has a great landscape which includes the large baobaba trees.
We were super lucky to see the big 5 during this trip with the most elusive, leopard, spotted once on our last day in Tarangire literally in the last 15 minutes as we were driving out.

Great time on the safari, wish office was communicative.
Had a great time on the 5 day budget safari to the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha, and Hell's Gate. Raheem, our driver, was a great guide that tried hard to find animals and get us close.
I wish the office was a little more communicative after booking the safari through the phone, received little to no information or communication until the morning of and that was only what time the driver was supposed to should up.

Decent company and good safari (for budget)
We did the 4 day budget safari to Maasai Mara, and Nakuru and had David as our guide. It was our first safari and an amazing experience. David was a great driver / guide who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say that could be improved is communication- what the plan is for the day, when we will be eating etc.
The parks had an abundance of wildlife (saw all the big 5 apart from a leopard). The vehicle was in good condition (Land Cruiser) and the accommodation was really comfortable- we were expecting a lot worse considering we opted for the budget option. One thing to remember is the driving required to get to the places as we had a 4 day safari but in reality only did 1 full day and 2 half days of animal viewing.
Something to note is the vehicles essentially fill up with people from many different companies so if you’re booking a group tour, I would recommend just trying to get the best deal. We had done the research and chose this company due to good reviews however in our car of 7 people, there were people from 3 different companies. This was a bit disappointing. Also the communication with the owner wasn't great (we only got sent the pre safari info the night before (after having to ask for it to be sent) which didn't leave time to get any items we were missing.
Our guide David was nice and friendly. Once area for improvement would be communicating the plans a bit more (we would often drive for a few hours in the morning before being told what we were doing / when we would stop that day).
Also, I would recommend going in dry season as it is a lot easier to see animals (we struggled at times as it had rained a lot).

The perfect balance of knowledge and personality
Kenya Bush Expeditions as a company were great to deal with. They were easy to contact and responded quickly and clearly. It was a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the other communications we had with companies in Kenya.
Tony, our guide, was the highlight of the trip. My girlfriend and I instantly connected with him and he made the safari a hundred times better with his enthusiasm and understanding of the area and wildlife. He made sure we saw what we could of the big 5 but more than that he clocked that we were enthusiastic about seeing all the animals big and small. So we got incredible shots of a huge number of birds and small animals. He found us great places for sunrises and sunsets. I cannot recommend this adventure enough.

Fantastic
'When I had to plan an African safari for my husband, six friends, and myself, I wanted a company that gave us a great experience without costing too much. A friend suggested Safari Addict, and choosing them turned out to be a really good decision. Our trip in Tanzania was amazing, with everything – the guides who knew a lot, the well-planned schedule, tasty food, and fancy camping – being better than we expected.'
Safari Addict was just awesome. They paid a lot of attention to details and made our safari adventure go smoothly, and it was better than anything else. I happily tell everyone about Safari Addict because they truly give the best safari experience. If you want the best, go with Safari Addict – they are really great.

Simply the best!
It will be a long review from me :) I love to write honest review in detail!
About Jocky tour, at the beginning I don’t really like them, they sent me “copy and paste” quotation in a sentence form not in pdf and without photo of the accommodation. I don’t like the way they replied me, I wrote 3 questions and the answered me just one or two of them in a very short sentence.
So I decided to go for another agency which I feel that they are more treasure to their customer or at least I want to feel they want to do business with us.
Somehow they got mistake of the start day and they have no tour on the day we want to go. So I decided to pick jocky because they have thousand of positive reviews.
We started our 7-day-Safari with a guide who is called Jeff (there are three Jeff’s at jocky, so ours is spy girl Jeff). He looks very kind to me. We have 7 people in the jeep. The jeep is in good condition and clean but we got twice flat tire, it’s an adventure lol. You can charge electric devices but not in every seat. There is also free WiFi provided by Jeff. We get small bottle of water every day, all you can drink. 6 nights accommodation, we stayed 4 nights in 2 different tent camps, 2 hotels which surprised us because they are all good, well equipped and clean. About the camp, we loved and could gain experience sleeping in the nature. The last camp in Amboseli was a highlight, we arrived at night in dark. The manager of the camp greeted us from heart. Next day morning we woke up and kilimanjaro appeared clearly in front of us. All staff of all accommodation are amazingly nice and helpful. We thought our tour is in low budget, we will get towels, toilet paper in tents. So that we brought everything with us. In fact, there are private bathroom, toilet, toilet paper and towel provided. In case you are planning to bring these stuff with you, you can just leave it. In the first tent in Masai Mara was very nice but they provide electricity not 24 hours. Which was okay for us. In general, all meals are delicious.
Regarding the itinerary, some people said it’s hard for a 7 day tour because you will be spending so much time in the car, almost 2 days without game drive. My personal experience is, worth it and I don’t feel uncomfortable, we can see the view of kenya, Jeff is a funny guy who you can joke with. During the game drives, he stopped when we ask to, he works 14 years as safari guide, he is experienced who tells you lot of information about different animals, birds and even though plants and trees. He dreamed to be tourist guide when he was kid, so he helps us all the time from his heart. He shows so much his passion and patience. On the last day on the way back to Nairobi, we got flat tire again but it was not easy for him to repair on his own. He wanted to make sure we have no problem of our oncoming journey, he arranged another driver to bring us back to Nairobi, that driver called him right after we go into the car and that driver told me that Jeff was worried about us. Once he knows we are safe and on the way to our destination, he felt relieved. I felt touched and he was really caring about his clients. Thank you very much Jeff, your sweat on the road on the last day hasn’t be vain. You are simply the best and a wonderful tour guide!
Dear all, I highly recommend Jocky tour and if you can request to book a specific guide, try to book Jeff, he will make your memory in Kenya even more special and unforgettable.
Hi Jeff, greetings from Tanzania and we miss you already!

Reliable and customer oriented service.
Our tour started in Sipi and went to Kidepo NP, Murchison Falls NP, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and ended in Entebbe. As my wife and I came on our own from Kitale to Sipi the tour had to be planned according to our ideas. Emmanuel was our tour guide and driver. He is very resourceful and flexible and showed us many highlights especially in Kidepo NP. He knows the place very well. We had an extended stay in Kidepo and Murchison. It's worth to be there a bit longer as a "normal" tour suggests. The tour was well organized, the lodges were nice and convenient. Communication with Peter from Buyaga for planning and fixing the tour was easy and fast. We really enjoyed our stay in Uganda.
