A Challenge..worth taking!
4/5

Lional. at Matoke, Uganda was a great agent and organized my 8-day tour very well. Andrew, my tour guide was an ornithologist extraordinaire, a good safari guide and knew the roadways very well. He made an effort to ensure I saw what I wanted to see. However, the terrain when tracking chimpanzees and more so, Gorillas, was a challenge. It was a marvelous experience I would not have missed but I believe Matoke Tours should ensure that their clients are aware that a certain level of fitness is required for those searching for primates in the dense forests, the walkways erected some years back are in serious decline and crossing streams is achieved by taking your socks and shoes off. All this adds up to a level of 'risk' so I believe health insurance is more of a 'must do' and should be suggested at the time of booking. Due diligence! The Ugandans are very friendly, helpful and pleasant and at the lodges more so. Had a great time I shall always remember.

A great 3-day safari and nature experience
5/5

From the beginning, communication with Hello Tanzania was quick and easy. The service was friendly and on-time at every part of our trip. The safari and hiking day lived up to expectations, we had a great time, saw all the animals we had wanted to see. We loved Camp Bastian, the location we stayed at overnight. Hello Tanzania kindly organized our trips to and from the airport as well, which made the rest of our trip easy. Thanks Hello Tanzania!

We had such a great time in Namibia, thanks to Unique Tours & Safaris!
5/5

We had such a great time in Namibia, many thanks to Unique Tours & Safaris for the very well organized trip and the perfect selected accommodations.
We spend 3 weeks in Namibia with a rental car and a tent. Unique Tours & Safaris organized for us the travel route and all accommodations. We told them our general preferences and they picked a nice combination of campsites and lodges. So we saved a lot of time during preparation of our vacation. Due to the traveling experience of Unique Tours & Safaris the recommended traveling route couldn´t be any better. They also prepared a very detailed individual traveling book with all necessary information for the driving directions and a lot of information about the places of interest. We will always remember our mice vacation in Namibia. Thank you Unique Tours & Safaris!

Amazing Safari experience with Jobovic Safaris
5/5

On our first trip to Africa, we experienced real adventure and amazing scenery. The 13 day "Southern Explorer" Tour gave us the opportunity to visit South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe. This well rounded itinerary offered us a wide variety of excursions and activities. The scenery was beautiful and we were able to see lots of wildlife and many birds on the various jeep drives and river cruises. Our tour guides, Piet and Bryce, were knowledgable and provided great meals at the campsite. They ensured we were well taken care of. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who enjoys real adventure and authentic experiences. Join Jovobic Safaris for a
memorable and exciting tour!

5/5

On January 2014 we made a beautiful trip through Uganda. It was complete oganized by Grassrootz Adventures. In the beginning we didn't know what to expect. But the journey through Uganda was amazing. We went to several Nationale parcs, rafting, fishing. We saw the all the wild animals. Also the accomodations were clean and good to sleep. The hospitality of the people in Uganda is amazing. Grassrootz Adventure organized these trips from A til Z. Fantastis. On January 2017 we make a new trip trough Uganda with Grassrootz. I.am looking forward to. Sander we are ready for it.

Fantastic safari experience!!
5/5

We did a 5 day safari organised by Shemeji Safari & Tours and it was really a wonderful experience! We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro; all beautiful parks with different animals and nature. The tour was well organised with good accommodation (especially the luxury tents) and great food. We had a fantastic time with our guide Freddy who is easy going and very punctual and who showed us the big five. It was all so spectacular!! It's an experience we won't forget and which we can only recommend.

Great safari - excellent service
5/5

We had a 6 day tour with Classic Journeys in June 2016. We visited Naivasha and Masai Mara. Classic Journeys were great in organizing the trip, our expectations were met 100%, everything worked fine, time schedule was kept without delays and we didn't have any problems. We had a Toyota 4WD Minivan. It didn't look very impressive, and was quite old, but it was very effective and reliable, and tuned out to be a very good car for us. Our guide at the safari, Geoffrey, was a fantastic guide! We couldn't have got any better. He is knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy. His English is excellent, and he is very service minded. He is also a very nice and kind person that is easy to get along with. In Nairobi Mathew was our guide, the same things can be said about him. He is a great manager, organizer and guide. Hotels/places on safari: Sopa Lodge in Naivasha was good. Great location, nice huts, good food and service. Base camp in Talek was excellent. Very nice tents, very good location and very good food and service. The best place we stayed during our whole stay in Kenya. We also saw lots of game there. Wilderness camp in Naboisho was also excellent when it comes to tents, location and food, but we were a bit disappointed about our guide there. We had a local guide, not from Classic Journeys. We didn't see as much game there as we had expected, and felt that our guide didn't work as hard as Geoffrey to make the most out of our stay. Still good though.
In Nairobi we stayed at The Nairobi Safari Club Hotel. It was also good, comfortable with great service and excellent breakfast. Traffic in Nairobi was much worse than we had expected, and obviously limits the possibilities. Fortunately we had a good guide (Mathew) who handled this very well. You should not try to do sightseeing in Nairobi on your own.
Classical Journeys in general: Very well organized and trustworthy. I will highly recommend them to others!
