The MOST Amazing Adventure
5/5

I cannot say enough about how amazing this adventure in Kenya was- or how special it will always be to me. And all of it was possible thanks to the superb planning of Sylvester and the friendly and informative guiding by Nick. We traveled through Nakuru, Maasai Mara and Amboseli National Parks and Game Preserves. The beauty and the animals alone are memorable and amazing-- but wouldn't have been nearly so enjoyable without the incredibly detailed and wonderful planning & execution of Seven by Far. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

SCAM!!

Do NOT book with this company!!! It is a SCAM!!! They take your money then vanish. Buyers be warned, do not give these corrupt people your money. Can't wait to get a lawyer involved.

So disappointed for this special trip, very bad organisation of 7 wonders
1/5

Hello, we did a 1 day safari to the ngorongoro crater. Everything went wrong (excepting that the car was ok)...we were supposted to be 4 and leave at 6am but the night before, we learnt we were 6, ok why not. And then a few ours later, before going to bed, we learnt we would have breakfast at 8:30 because we had to wait for another 2. I was upset because everyone knows you have to leave early so you see the animals active while it is not too hot. And by the way, all the other groups left at 6...Impossible to discuss...we would leave the Park at 5pm to 'earn those ours back'. The next day, we were still waiting for breakfast at 8:30 so the whole group was complaining! In the end we left at 9:30, arrived at the gate at 10. We were into the crater at 10:30 and went out at 15:30 because the driver did not want to arrive too late in Arusha. I was really trying to stay calm, we spent so much money on this day we dreamt about for so long...about that, in discussion with the others, we learnt that some of us paid 150$ each, others 350$ (we were in between)...they also forgot the water so we had no water and I got very sick that night (was it the food?). And to finish with, the driver only stopped when we asked him to... Please read these reviews before going with them, I wish I had done it...

Fantastic experience with unforgettable moments, totally super !!!! Thanks!
5/5

For us a memorable 23 day fully guided trip.
The booking process immediately gave us the feeling to be treated fairly (Angela thanks!). We didn't want to be riding too much, but especially enjoy.
Combination of safari, beach and culture. No mass tourism, but rather be in those places where you could really experience South Africa.

The alternation of safari, beach and culture was fantastic and in excellent balance.

We encourage everyone to take a guided tour, instead of driving and worrying, we enjoyed 23 days:
- no worries about food and drink, but enjoying a table in the middle of nature with your guide as waiter / cook. Surrounded by Hyena, Impala, Injala, warthog, monkeys, etc. A great sense of freedom.
- no worries about driving, but really enjoying the scenery
- no asphalt roads, only dirt roads (without a guide you just won't get there)
- no hassle with checking in and out, but enjoying the next moment
- you get to places where you would normally not come
- always in search of the big five instead of hearing the same thing in every park during the game drive
- picked up and be dropped off at the airport
- the guide is a true South African and speaks Dutch language (great for our 11 year old daughter).
- in-depth information about the country, culture, nature, etc. This will take you to understand and experience everything more intensely
- etc. etc. (Nick Thanks a lot!).

Big 5, swimming with dolphins and rays, eating with the locals, snorkeling in the coral, visiting a contemporary Zulu village (unforgettable), alternating Lodge and tent, change of scenery, etc. Every day another great experience!

Overall a top holiday !!

Do you want an unforgettable holiday for a fair price then Tailor Made Safaris is a great organization.

Pembury creates an exquisite South African experience
5/5

Susan Pattison-Wait at Pembury booked our 3 week tour of South Africa from Cape Town, through the wine country, to Johannesburg, and at Sabi Sand and Timbavati for Safari! She made all arrangements including the internal flights within South Africa. Her communications with us were exceptional, she accommodate all of our requests and hired local guides to show us Cape Town (and Cape of Good Hope and take us up to the Wine Country for a couple of nights. The best however, was the time on safari. It was exquisite, better than anything we had imagined!

Day Spent Well
5/5

At first i was skeptical about the whole trip.
wasn't too sure it would be a nice day.
But everything changed as Peter kept his time while picking us from our residence.
He did not let us at any point seem out of place or isolated.
He shared with us his experiences with animals which is a very interesting adventure on its own.
During the game drive we did not just zoom through the park, Peter made sure we saw animals and did not hurry us up. He also gave us descriptions of the animals and answered to our wildlife related questions sufficiently.
Despite the day being very cold, we still managed to see a Pride of Lions, The Rhinos, Zebras, Antelopes, Deer, Jackals, Warthogs, Giraffes and a number of pretty birds.
All in all it was a peaceful and amazing experience with Peter and the animals.

Keep up the great job Peter. Hats off to you and Kibera Holiday Safaris.

Fantastic Southern African Tour with Patrick and Craig exceeded my expectations
5/5

Our tour (which included Johannesburg, Soweto, Pretoria, Cape Town, Swaziland, Kruger National Park and Zimbabwe, and finally Egypt) was the tops, with thoughtful, caring guides, comfortable places to stay, exciting views of wildlife and in-depth information about what we were seeing. Throughout the tour I felt well-cared for by attentive yet not over-bearing guides, who enjoyed sharing their knowledge and pride in their country with us. The accommodations were thoughtfully chosen to give us a range of settings and styles, and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay in guest houses as well as interesting hotels. The actual safari itself, viewing animals in Kruger National Park, was the least anticipated part of the trip to me, but I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the guides were and how conscientious they were about helping us view and appreciate the animals. It was definitely better than just visiting a zoo! The real star of the tour was actually the country itself. South Africa seems filled with variety and vitality, with the different peoples who live there appreciative of the uniqueness of their lives and their history. In short, the tour with Craig and Patrick from Southern Africa Tours whetted my appetite and curiosity about South Africa and I look forward to another visit sometime to see more interesting people and places.

Excellent location, great staff and very comfortable guesthouse
5/5

I have stayed in a few different accommodations in the Karen area of Nairobi (which I think is the best part of the city for tourists). Milimani looked comfortable and reasonably priced but I was also greeted very warmly and with the neighborhood being fenced off by a guarded gate, very secure.

Clean place, nice food, green surroundings and helpful staff - I even wrote a review on my website for the stay, it was that good - http://www.nohangingaround.com/is-milimani-the-best-guesthouse-in-nairobi/
