Amazing tour guides, complete package
Our decision to do a 5 day Safari with Meru Slopes was the BEST idea!
From the first day on we felt like we were part of their family. Their service was exceptional.
Service: free pickup from airport, two free nights in hotel, Emanuel even joined us for dinner in Arusha and led us to a cheap local place.
Safari: great tour guide (Ezekiel), super good food - good tents and even extra acitvities in spare time.
Overall, it was a great experience to do a Safari with Meru Slopes. I would definitely do it again. Price & Value were amazing.

What a trip!
We have been on a Safari in Kenya organized with the amazing help of Patricia. She promptly answered all of our questions and really helped in deciding what choices were best for our trip.
We have chosen the Semi Luxury package and all of the lodges/camps we stayed at were exceptional and in amazing locations.
Do ask for Patrick! He was our fantastic guide during this trip, in addition to being a very enjoyable person to travel with. He really made sure we were able to see the big5 and so much more in excellent conditions. We really had good time and will probably come back some time.
Thank you Patricia and Patrick and all the travelforchangeafrica team for the excellent tour organization. We already recommended you to our friends when they would be travelling to Kenya.

MANY THANKS to Travel for Change Africa for an unforgettable experience in TZ! We'll be back!!
We just returned from a fantastic experience in Tanzania - thanks to Travel For Change Africa (TFCA). This was our first trip to Africa, and our first safari. We did a lot of homework and spent quite some time vetting potential tour operators before deciding to work with TFCA. Below are a few reasons why. They:
- made us feel like we were in very safe hands from the start
- are extremely friendly and professional in their approach
- provided us with clear, prompt, and detailed communications from the very beginning
- promptly answered all of our questions - and we had LOTS!
- gave us lots of insights into what to see & do - including what made sense, based on the time we had available
- worked together seamlessly as a team
A bit more about our experience:
We had 10 days in Tanzania and TFCA helped us put together a great itinerary that allowed us to see and do lots, at the right pace. We visited National Parks/Conservation areas, but also less touristy sights such as local markets and shops. TFCA understood that we wanted to see the spectacular scenery & wildlife, but also get a good idea of the local culture and traditions. And they also were great about putting together a journey that combined game drives with activities such as walking/hiking. In terms of accommodations, we chose mid-range lodgings and were very pleased with the selection that TFCA made for us. They were clean, comfortable, well-maintained and offered a nice variety of food. We requested one place ourself (because of their permaculture activities) and TFCA was very good about including that on our list of accommodations.
There are no guarantees about which animals one will see on a game drive, and that's something everyone needs to understand before going on safari. That said, our guide/driver Joshua was fantastic at driving at the right pace to allow us to soak up the scenery and listen to his stories about the vegetation, animals and surroundings. He was always kind, patient, easy-going, and open to share so much with us. Moreover, we loved that he was so respectful of the environment and animals. We noticed that there were several drivers/guides who would really drive up too quickly/closely to the animals, but Joshua was always very conscious of our approach. Throughout our journey, he took care of everything we needed - hakuna matata! We're still amazed at how he could drive AND spot animals at the same time - some at a huge distance. He tells us that we were lucky to see all of the so-called Big 5, but we feel much of that was thanks to his lucky star and "expert eyes/nose/ears"! We're very conscious that spending 9 days with a "stranger" could be challenging, but in our case, we really had a lot of fun & laughs with Joshua and felt he was a joy to have around. A real "people person".
Throughout our journey, the "home team" checked in with us to make sure we were happy and had all we needed. Patricia and Silvia were keen to make sure our needs were being met. They had no reason to worry - TFCA delivered beyond our expectations and we couldn't have asked for more. They were so easy to communicate with - such a pleasure! And we loved their personal approach.
We really had a fantastic first "taste" of Tanzania and are grateful to TFCA for providing us with this unforgettable journey. We feel we have made new friends. And we are already looking forward to returning!!
MANY MANY THANKS to Travel For Change Africa for such a memorable experience!!! "Asante sana" and "tuta ona baadaye"!

A Beyond Magical Experience
Exploring the beautiful country of Tanzania with "Tanzania Choice Safaris" was the best experience of my life. It really did exceed my expectations - I still cannot believe how spectacular the trip was. From every lodge we stayed at to camping in the Serengeti to a Hot Air Balloon ride over a hippo pond, I could not have asked for a better experience. For a long time I dreamed of seeing the Big Five and others on a Safari, and I still look back and think, "Did that really happen?" The coordination and support leading up to the trip was outstanding. Brenda went above and beyond to help us with everything, even travel coordination outside the actual safari. Our tour guide was Kakasii, and we spent seven wonderful days exploring Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Mto wa Mbu (Mosquito River) with him. He even took us out dancing on our last night! Kakasii is someone that just brightens every minute of your day, and he knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to spotting game. He would always say, "Pole pole," and he was always right - we even saw a Black Rhino in the Serengeti. I honestly could not dream-up a better trip...I could go on-and-on talking about how wonderful it was. When I return to Tanzania, I will 110% use Tanzania Choice Safaris again. Not only was it a trip of a lifetime - I made friends for a lifetime.

Everything in Tanzania was great, down from the people to the wildlife.
The wife and I went on our honeymoon and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was great. We had so much fun and got lots of crazy stories and experiences from it. The safari is a must for any nature lover or photographer. The country is very beautiful. The people were my favorite part however as they were really friendly and treated us like royalty. We went with Shadows of Africa and they delivered on everything they said they would. Only complaint was guide could have told us more stories and the company didn't inform us it was the dry season. There's so much to see in Tanzania.

Great value
I travelled to Uganda end of November 2017 with my mom and we met a friend who was doing charity work in Kampala.
Tim was very professional when I contacted him for a quote. He redid the quote several times to meet my criterias (budget and activity wise).
The trip was awesome. He managed to fit all I wanted to do in an 8 day trip (Bwindi/gorillas, chimps, Queen Elizabeth and Murchinson). It was intense but completely worth it and amazing. Uganda is a very pretty country - but do NOT expect good roads ^^ - and we saw amazing things all along the trip. It was our first time in Africa, and we were definitely wooed! Our driver, Emmanuel, was both super nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very nice trip. Definitely recommend the company.

They understand your needs!
A friend recommended Mega Adventures and we weren’t disappointed with services. Mohammed replied to each email and I think we got our moneys worth. We couldn’t have had a better guide and driver. Emanuel was well informed about the whereabouts of the animals and we even had the pleasure of seeing rhinos. Being enthusiastic bird watchers We were quite pleased that he knew his birds and referred to the same popular book that we were carrying.
He patiently stopped and reversed are very frequently without getting annoyed which was a real blessing.
To our misfortune the car broke down and the air-conditioning couldn’t be fixed, we had a very dusty and hot drive back to Arusha from Kati Kati Camp.
Hoping to go again with Mega Adventures!

Helpful and reliable
Ben was extremely helpful and patient trying to accommodate all our requests during the preparation of the trip. Our guide, David, was excellent: good driver, wise guide, and enjoyable company.
The car was in good condition, although we had a small problem with one of the tires.
The lodges and tented camps were correct and very convenient, in good locations. The Researchers' Rest in particular is an unpretentious B&B which had everything we needed for our first night in the country, comfortable and very good value.
The safari was short and well optimized. David planned every day carefully and helped us to identify the animals and birds we found. He really enjoys his job and makes it enjoyable for the customers!
When we returned to Arusha at the end of the safari Ben took us to the rental company where we had booked a car, and made sure everything was in order before leaving us.
We find it very important to find someone reliable in a country like Tanzania, which is not easy for independent travelers. And the staff of E-Trip Africa are reliable people.
The only reason to give 4 stars instead of 5 is that we found the package a little overpriced, and we didn't liked too much the tented camp in Serengeti (Nieleze), although this is not E-Trip fault! Apart from that everything was really good.

A well organized safari in an amazing country!
We booked our safari immediately upon arrival when we met James in the hostel. He promised us a great 5-day safari in the Serengeti & Ngorongoro for a fair price. Well, it has been amazing and lived up to all the expectations:
- A comfy 4x4 safari jeep with a helpful and funny guide (Lazero)
- Accomodation during the trip was good with great food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) prepared by marquaia
-Plenty of time in wonderful national parks (serengeti, ngorongoro & taranguire)
Long story short, amazing safari and good value for money!
Regards,
Amedee & Branko
