I talk about this vacation more than any other of my 48 years.

I went on tour with Francesco to Kidepo National Park. Communication and making arrangements was easy, everything was on time, and he was really easy to be around - which was great because we had a lot of time together! :-) We drove from Kampala to Kidepo, stopping for one night. I enjoyed this portion of the trip because I was able to see parts of Uganda I otherwise would not have been able to see. Francesco is very knowledgeable about Uganda, and a Ugandan cook was along as well, so I was able to learn things here and there along the way as well. Once we got to the safari site, I was paired with a Ugandan guide. We were able to go off exploring and it was seriously a dream come true. No big groups, just me and a guide and my camera. The accommodations were perfect. I had a yurt type accommodation, with a bathroom a short distance away. On the way to the safari, Francesco, not knowing my room would not be equipped with a toilet, told me a story about a guide who went out at night to pee and was mauled by a lion. When there was no toilet, I insisted on a bucket, as I had no intention of walking in the night to the toilets. LOL Food was wonderful, tours were perfect, Francesco was a gracious guide and host. I often find myself hoping another tour will be possible!

I can't imagine how it could have been any better !

We were 2 couples traveling together in Uganda for the first time. We added a 3 day safari to Murchison Falls. We had an amazing adventure with our guide Twah! We enjoyed him so much and he kept us going morning to night. I won't tell you we saw 4 leopards, because there is no way you will, but we did! Awesome! Molly, who is new to the company, came along and we all fell in love with her! A million dollar smile! Great company!

We went on a 3-day safari in peak tourist season. Communication was easy as most was able to be arranged my email and in person at Arusha. The service was great - excellent value for money. As students, we decided to look for cheap safari options. Magufwa Safarirs provided a competitive price with outstanding services, definitely beyond our expectations. Our 3 day experience included Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara National Parks, all of which are unique in their landscape and animal variety. The overnight accomodations was great! We stayed st Lilac Campsite near Lake Manyara both nights. Our shared rooms were a mix between tent and a bungalow. Food provided by the chef was fabulous, we all particularly enjoyed the dinner time feasts sfter a long day on safari.
The safari itself was incredible, game drives enabled us to see a vast range of animals both up close and from a distance. The company car was large, spacious and well kept. There were never any issues related to the functioning of the car which was perfect!
I have already recommended Magufwa Safaris to a number of family friends ! Definitely worth supporting this local business

Shadrick, Maxwell and their crew could not have been better! He was an amazing guide and taught us so much about Zambia. He put up with a lot from our group and was always professional yet fun! Can't wait to go back and work with Shadrick again. Highly recommend Luciano Tours for anyone traveling to Zambia or Southern Africa!

2/5

We hd a 6 day tour with very good driver and guide Horase and the chef Gadi. We got a car in a poor condition with starter problems and brake problems. We were promissed oraly and written to get to see the big migration in the Serengeti. The company tryed to hide from us that it's possible to get there and see it and when we asked for in the middle of the trip Richard shouted at us and asked for more money. unfortunately we didn't get there.
This company is unreliebel, be careful.
