The staff was professional, our trip was personalized and the guide was passionate about his work.
We were in a Arusha for a meeting and had a wonderful experience with Tanzania Choice Safaris. They responded quickly to our queries, built a personalized 1-day program to meet our interests and needs in Tarangire National Park. The vehicle was comfortable, had a charging station, ample beverages and a varied, simple but elegant picnic spread. Our guide for the day began providing us with information and inquired about our expectations as soon as we left the hotel in Arusha. He catered the day to the animals that we wanted to prioritize, made sure that we were comfortable, had necessary comfort breaks, kept us safe and informed. He used a book to also share more detailed information on bird species that he spotted along the way. There was a lot of excitement in reaching points to see cheetah, and several lions with their cubs. We also went off the standard route to see a former poacher hideaway. We could see from the other tour vehicles and groups that we were getting a superior experience with lots of laughs along the way. Can't wait to return with my family!

Highly recommend!
We had an excellent 7-day private safari arranged by our tour operator Jessica from the Sunny Safaris. We chose the company purely based on the communication with Jessica via emails. She's a real professional. And so were our driver and cook. Very friendly, very knowledgeable people. The food variety and quality exceeded our expectations by far. Also, the car, the tent and all equipment were in a very good condition. Needless to say, we saw plenty of animals (again, the numbers exceeded our expectations) - Serengeti and Tarangiri were our favorite places. We do recommend Sunny Safaris as a reliable and professional tour operator.

A flawless experience - top notch service, accommodation and food at a fair price
My fiancée and I had a great safari to Hell's Gate, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru with Natural World in January 2018. The service was superb from start to finish. Our communication with Humphrey prior to the tour was great and they catered to all of our requests (including an airport pickup) for a very reasonable price. Our driver, Bonnie, was brilliant: he was knowledgable, great at spotting things and friendly without ever being intrusive (the excellent English goes without saying, as everyone at this company speaks English very fluently). Despite a tight schedule, we managed to fit everything in without ever really feeling rushed.
The trip was so great that we then booked again with Natural World for our day trip around Nairobi to the National Park, Giraffe Centre and Elephant Santuary. George, who took us on this trip, was excellent as well.
The first trip was in a safari minivan, which was much more comfortable and well equipped than we were expecting. They had just fitted new tyres to the van, which is a good sign as you do see some safari vehicles with ancient, worn out tyres, but Natural World clearly take this seriously. Our day trip was in a one year old 4x4, complete with wifi, charging points and pop-up roof which was amazing!
Natural World also has a good partnership with Sopa Lodges, where we stayed in Nakuru and ate in Naivasha - the food and the accommodation was excellent in both.
We're already thinking about bringing our parents back to Kenya for a safari, and if we do we won't hesitate to book with Natural World again.

Everything was taken care of including airport transfers and hotel accommodation before and after our safari
Our driver/ guide Adam was great company on the tour with a great knowledge of all the animals and places we visited
The accommodation during the safari was great with lovely friendly staff who made our stay very enjoyable

We went to tanzania for a safari trip to Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire NP. Our experience was incredible, beyond our expectations. The Guide, Omben Moses, is probably the best guide we have ever had, young but experienced, very talented, great guy and super friendly.
I would absolutely recommend Safarihub to anyone going to Tanzania for a safari, and specially Omben Moses as a guide to complete the experience.

KENYA AGAIN !!
I've been so lucky, in selecting the tour agent "Kenya Walking", because they have proposed a well scheduled overall program, acceptable prices, good lodges and by chance, I got a very well experienced driver/guide, Mr. Paulo, who has made my trip to Kenya, really great !!
After this first visit to Kenya, I have now the intention to organize a future trip to Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda and spend all the time in visiting the national parks, because the scenery and wildlife, are so thrilling.
I only have an advice to the future tourists : if you will be going to visit the National Museum in Nairobi (very interesting), please do not leave ANY money or valuables in your bag, once you will be requested to leave it under the Museum custody, at the entrance !! Unfortunately I've experienced a bitter surprise.....

Couldn't be faulted.
We booked Maasai Wanderings through African Encounter who arranged our entire African experience. Maasai Wanderings looked after us on the ground in Tanzania and we could not have asked for more. Our driver was Godwin, whose knowledge, concern (for us and the animals) and humour made our trip one to remember for a lifetime. There were four of us in the party, each with their own 'bucket list' of things we wanted to see. Each of us was able to tick all the boxes. It was amazing how Godwin could deliver us to an exact spot to witness the incredible wildlife. We were able to enjoy so many experiences with no-one else around - it was magical! Maasai Wanderings delivered everything as promised, we were not let down in any aspect. Donna and her team were able to smoothly and professionally handle last minute changes in plan, although I am sure we really put her out in that regard. Our gratitude is immense. Maasai Wanderings are recommended without hesitation.

I and my wife had a wonderful and excellent holiday in Uganda with Gorilla Bookings company. unbelievably Justus was answering all our emails in a minute and this was best way to plan our holiday. our field driver Moses was professional and answered all our questions plus much more we didn't know about Uganda, wildlife, culture and took us to meet locals. the gorilla trek was a long waited activity that we had dreamt about for many years.
I can only recognize and recommend all travelers to contact gorilla bookings for Uganda / Rwanda holiday trip.
we hope to go again with these guys in future.
