Excellent value for money, great experience
4/5

We booked a 6-day safari with Karibu Safaris in Kenya and had a wonderful time. Given that this is really a budget tour, the accomodation we had was really good, and Always very close to the gate. Food was OK too. The van we were in was standard- I think that 80% of the safari vehicles driving around the Maasai Mara looked exactly like ours. If you have the time, I would greatly recommend going for the 6-day option since the variety between the parks was astonishing and each park has a certain 'specialty' of wildlife.

Robert was a great organiser, whenever we had a question or issue he would respond right away and help us to the best of his ability.

All in all, highly recommended!

Good to Excellent
4/5

We booked a tour through Kenya and Uganda with Seven by Far. The service was excellent, that accounts for the tour in Kenya (Rafting on Tana River, Aberdare national reserve, Sweetwater, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha) as well as for the partner company in Uganda (Kibale, Bwindi). E-Mail communication with Sylvester was fast and reliable. They could provide some additional tips regarding trip planning, however they were very flexible in changes in the program. Also enough flexibility to adapt short term. However, we didn’t want too much driving in one day. As it turned out, Uganda was a lot of driving involved (especially the border crossing via car just took a very long time). We probably would change that for next time and book a flight for the transfer. Approx. driving hours in the program would have helped to change that in advance (flights should be booked in advance as the prices tend to increase for last minute tickets). The pre-payment of the full tour in advance via bank transfer with a tour operator in Africa made us suspicious at the beginning, however, no reason to worry, all promised included services were booked and the value for the tour was in our opinion very good. Also choice of accomodation was very good. The safaris were also great and the minivan with pop roof in Kenya absolutely perfect (car in good conditions and very good new tyres as well). Nicholas was our guide, he had wide knowledge of wildlife, spotted the animals very fast and also was patient when we wanted to stay a little longer at a certain spot. As I already mentioned our guide also was very flexible in program changes. We for example visited spontaneously a cheese factory company and Nicholas made it happen that we had a private tour.

Beyond all expectations
5/5

We are a retired couple living in Scotland and wanted a rather last minute, first ever safari trip in Kenya. We approached several large UK based companies and then found Adventure 360 on the safaribookings website. Nothing was too much trouble for Adventure 360 – they helped us plan a customised itinerary within our budget and constantly tweaked details until it was exactly what we wanted. Communications were swift and so helpful and despite initial doubts about dealing with a small company we knew nothing about – we are so glad we chose them. We visited Samburu and Ol Pejeta in October – both ideal for avoiding crowds of people and seeing more wildlife and beautiful country than we had dreamed possible .Our driver and guide, James, was capable , knowledgeable and good company and he worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our experience. If he is an example of Adventure 360’s staff – what a great group of people. The whole trip was smooth running and beyond our expectations – can’t wait to start planning the next one with them. Thank you Adventure 360!

“A Destination for the New Millennium Lake Mburo National Park” One day safari.
5/5

I personally love this park, its tiny yet very rich, our tour guide made it more enjoyable and certainly memorable. We set off to visit this little park with my companion, very close to Kampala city, Uganda.

At Lake Mburo National Park is a compact, yet with foot print activities; we were able to see the thorny savannah with acacia wooded trees with biggest herd of zebra, impala, eland, the majestic Giraffe and other animals. Our guide Emma with the help of the game ranger took us all around the park. The evening boat ride rewarded us with school of Hippos and numerous birds- the rare Shoebill stork. The nature trail led us to meet the pastoralist where we listened to their traditional music, with the gentle and appealing dance.

Late evening we returned to our Hotel in Kampala through the equator – we definitely wanted to carry not only the physical Uganda but also the beautiful artistic Uganda with us to America. Our vehicle was in a sound mechanical condition and the drive was the best.

Many thanks to Gloria who organized our tour from scratch, tirelessly communicated to us; the information was very helpful. I recommend Charis Uganda safaris, these people will give you value for your money.

A good experience
5/5

It is a great experience going safari with Adventure backpackers Tanzania. Celestine is very helpful to give me suggestions about the itineraries. Our driver/guide is very knowledgeable and he works hard to find the animals in Masai Mara. We met some interesting travellers from Germany and Denmark. Overall, it was a remarkable trip. Special thanks to the driver Joshua, Benard and Nelson!

Fabulous !
5/5

We lived an extraordinary experience, thanks to " It start in Africa " and our great guide Martin!
Everything was completed, the choice of lodges, the complicity, the driving, the eyes of Martin's like lynx which managed to locate animals better than whoever! An expert! There would be so many positive things to be said...
We were taken care of A in Z and we cared of strictly nothing.
It is sure that the next time we shall go back by them, I did not imagine really better!

Fantastic trip - brilliantly organised by Matoke
5/5

We had an absolutely great trip to Uganda with Matoke. Edwin was a fantastic guide and driver. Both the gorillas and Lake Bunyonyi were absolute highlights of our visit to Uganda and we’re already looking for an excuse for our next visit!

Many thanks for your assistance with planning and organising the various aspects.

safari with homestay
4/5

On our safari we also did a homestay, which was a great culturale experience. We saw the beautiful country, learned so much about the Kenyan Culture. We had three homecooked meals a day, by our great cook Sammy. The best thing to do on a visit in a country is a homestay, to learn about the people, the culture and the food. Kikwetu makes that possible. I would advise anybody to book with Kikwetu.

Our experience is nothing but totally satisfied with everything. An extremely caretaking touroperator
5/5

We were 4 adults and 2 children going to Zanzibar for the first time. Hello Tanzania (HT) took care of all that we needed including ferrybooking, taxi to the hotel at Zanzibar, accomodation at a perfect hotel etc.
HT is an extremely caretaking tour operator, all the time following up that eveything is in order. For everyone who is looking for a trustful operator, giving the best of service I can highly recommend Hello Tanzania and its charming representative Mrs Mwajabu.
