Honest and reliable!
I sent enquiries to 3 tour operators who offered the package i wanted and had good ratings on safaribookings.com, Zuria at Safari Soles took the lead in replying and follow up and i was finalized with her before the other quotes came in as i was making a last minute booking and liked her honest and matter of fact approach with no hard selling!
I customized our tour and extended it to 7 days, upgraded 4 of the 6 nights to luxury category with domestic airtickets both ways Ex- Zanzibar and included the optional Hot Air Baloon and Night Safari and all of the additions cost me about $2125/- extra per person which i feel was very reasonable!
We had a good condition Landcruiser for the two of us and our tour guide and driver was Estomih, Estomih turned out a great companion and Safari Guide, he is a very likeable person who is very networked within the guide community hence if there was a good sighting happening anywhere in the park Estomih would be amongst the first people to hear of it and get us there to be amongst the earliest arrivals be it a pride of lions feeding or a Cheetah settling down in a large tree or a Rhino in the Ngorongoro, he is a cautious and does not take unnecessary risks while driving.
We saw all of the Big 5 to our hearts content. On the accomodation The Serengeti Serena Lodge was great but fell short on the food and need to sort it out, Lake Ndutu Luxury tented accomodation and Lake Masek Tented Lodge were extraordinary on all counts especially the latter! Ang'ata Ngorogoro was great on account of location as was the food however the lack of running hot water was a problem, Suricata Boma does not give you a Safari vibe it is more of a good resort in an inhabitated area which could do with better airconditiong and water pressure.
Our game viewing was incredible being the Migration season the herds we saw of Zebra and Wildebeast were huge and in the 10's of thousands, we had to search for Lions harder for Cheetah's and hardest for Leopords, Rhino's but we saw them all.
What could have been done better, well we felt the ideal place to do the Ballon Safari was in the Ndutu area instead of Central Serengeti in February i.e Migration time which should have been suggested to us, the night safari was avoidable.

Lucas was amazing, funny and extremely knowledgeable about the animals and locations we visited.
We had the pleasure of being guided by Lucas on our 3 day safari back in June 2023. The 1st day we were taken to Tarangire national park where we got a chance to see elephants, zebras and lions up close.
The 2nd day Lucas took us to the ngorongoro creator where we got to see the most amazing and beautiful landscapes . Lucas always got us into the best positions to grab unbelievable pictures of the animals (especially the lions and hyenas).
On the 3rd day Lucas took us to Lake manyara national park where he gave us the history of the lake. We got to see rhinos, giraffes, hippos, water buffalo's, monkeys, elephants and vultures.
Lucas arranged lunch for us every day and was a joy to be on the tour with.
Outside of the safrai tour Lucas took us to local museums like the Tanzanite experience and a local art / market museum. There we got to speak to the locals and hear about their experiences. We also got a chance to pick up some amazing souvenirs to take back to the UK. Lucas also arranged for us to visit a local maasai tribe and have a tour of their village.
This trip was a truly amazing and unforgettable experience and the best way to spend my birthday. Lucas african adventures is definitely recommended if you wish to go on an unforgettable safari.

Moses is an excellent guide, fun, capable, and knowledgeable about everything: best guide ever!
Axis Africa is extremely communicative. They always responded promptly to my WhatsApp messages.
They have a seamless pickup and drop off method. All participants are in the right place at the right time, and well taken care of.
We saw every animal at massai reserve!! We saw rhinos at lake nakaru!!
Lenchada eco-lodge is just okay….we lost one hour of the promised electricity, bathrooms are just clean enough but really need a deep clean.

Amazing safari, great travel company
I used Easy Travel to setup a Kilimanjaro climb and safari with my daughter and then a trip to Zanzibar and another safari with my wife. This review is the safari with my daughter.
We did a 7 day Wildebeest Migration Safari. The first night was in Arusha getting settled we then left on safari and visited Ndutu, the Central Serengeti, and Ngorogoro Crater.
We had a private safari jeep with a guide/driver for the entire safari. The jeep had a pop top and we could stand up in it and a clear 360 view around the jeep. They provided binoculars as well in the jeep and wifi also. The jeep was ideal for the safari and very comfortable especially since there were only two of us and the guide.
Our guide’s name was Omari. He was fantastic. I don’t know how he did it but he was able to spot all different kinds of difficult to see animals while driving the jeep on rough dirt roads. We saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, many types of antelopes and gazelles, wart hogs, jackals, hyenas, mongooses, a black rhino, hipos, crocodiles, baboons, monkeys, an amazing number of birds and many other animals. A couple of the special moments were watching a group of lion cubs playing together; on another day seeing a less than 1 month old lion cubs (eyes still closed) nursing on their mother; and another was while watching to lions they came over and laid down under the back of the jeep for shade with only their tails sticking out. Omari was key to seeing all of these animals and having these experiences.
The Wildebeest migration was in Ndutu in January and February with February being the wildebeest birthing season. The zebras are earlier but we saw many baby zebras as well. My recommendation to anyone going on safari in Tanzania is to make sure you go where the wildebeest migration is. Not only are there a million wildebeest migrating but also zebras, antelopes, and the predators that prey on them. The sheer number of animals is amazing.
One other thing nice about Ndutu is that the jeeps were allowed to go off road unlike the Central Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater. This let our guide find the best angles for views and to get close to the animals. Try to make sure that you include in your safari somewhere that allows off road driving. It definitely adds to the experience.
Ngorogoro Crater is another must see. It is an absolute gem. There are a large number and variety of animals in the crater including black rhinos. You won’t be disappointed. Access is very tightly controlled to protect the black rhinos and permits are for single day.
Easy Travel had different levels of lodging available from basic (camping) to full luxury. My daughter and I did a mixture of basic and comfort. We stayed a Nyikani Migration Camp in Ndutu. This camp felt like glamping. We had a large tent with beds and then in the back of the tent a very nice bathroom including toilet and a hot shower. The food was great and the camp was very comfortable. We even had grant gazelles running through the camp in the morning.
In the Serengeti and on the Ngorongoro Crater Rim, we stayed in public campgrounds. This is the basic level of lodging. Easy Travel provided large tents for us to sleep in. We had a private chef (Shadrak) who prepared our meals. One fun thing was in the Simba Campground we had water buffalo around our tent sleeping and eating during the night and in fact one or more rubbed up against the guy lines for the tent’s awning while we were in the tent. It was great hearing them and seeing them.
Overall, I highly recommend Easy Travel and our guide Omari. They provided a wonderful experience. Booking and planning the trip was simple. It was surprisingly low cost for what we got. I’d like to come back in the future in late August/September and go see the wildebeest river crossings in the Northern Serengeti. I will use Easy Travel agin for that trip and will try to get Omari again as my guide. I’m really happy with both and they exceeded all of my expectations.

Nice, knowledgeable, and flexible guide.
Trav-interactive was the best choice for my one day off-work tour in Nairobi. Communication was really easy through whatsapp and the service included the rented car, all tickets for the day, and a ride to the airport at the end. David the tour guide was really nice and helped me figure out my flight after the original one was canceled. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Trav-interactive.

Tanzania
This was a trip I looked forward to for months. Swimming with dolphins, swimming with turtles, visiting a park to see special monkeys and lunch at The Rock. Sadly, it took us over 2 hours to leave and head to the dolphins. After over an hour ride we had 10 minutes at the beach and no trip to see dolphins. We got to the Rock late but had a super lobster 🦞 lunch. We spent 2 hours there and now we were getting closer to needing to get back to the ship. I wanted to swim with the turtles so changed busses to join a bus going there. I loved the turtles and will always remember it. No time to see the monkeys as we needed to head to ship. Ruben is an excellent communicator but I think this trip was way too much for 1 day and we had no option to see what we paid for. If I had not changed busses I would have only seen the beach and had lunch. I think if there had been more organization and explaining the distance needed to travel there we could have chosen the meal and what options we had. I cannot recommend this company as I missed 2 of the 4 highlighted pieces of the tour.
