Fast, friendly efficient service from the beginning. Managed to get us booked onto the 4 day budget safari to Kruger National Park. Very competitive price and such great value for money. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. From the transportation from the airport through to check in at the lodge and organised safari and panoramic tour, everything was reliable and high quality. The lodge itself was very comfortable, great food, a 3 course dinner and breakfasts included as part of the price was fantastic. We saw the big 5 and loved the safari experience. Hospitality and all staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay even more! In total it was really good. We see a lot, also the Big Five. But I was wondered and surprised what was not included, like the Boatstour or the Walk with the animals. I took again a look of the Safari-Description but I didn't find these advices.
And also to see the animals very close was really nice, sure. But I don't think that it is good for the animals. And to breake rules by leaving roads was terrible. There is a reason why this is not allowed.
