The Bigfoot Team embodies the beauty and spirit of hospitality of Kenya
I recently visited Kenya for the second time. Since I had such a fabulous experience with Bigfoot Adventures on a safari to the Masai Mara in June, I reached out to their team and asked them to book a ten day itinerary of some of the other highlights in Kenya. I left the entire itinerary up to them and WOW! They totally blew my mind!
From the time I was picked up from the airport by my guide Obadiah, I was treated like royalty. I stayed one night in Nairobi and was picked up for an early departure the next morning for two nights in Samburu. From there, we had one night at Mt Kenya, two nights at Lake Nakuru, one night at Lake Naivasha, followed by three nights in Amboselli at the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro. Every property I was booked at was a luxury experience with top notch service.
Obediah’s knowledge of the different varieties of wildlife and vegetation in each uniquely distinct part of the country was impressive. He also looked after all of my needs and preferences at each property we stayed at. He made sure I had everything I needed and ensured I didn’t miss out on any of the area’s highlights.
It was truly an incredible experience from beginning to end. I’m looking forward to my next excursion with Bigfoot Adventures!

This was a dream come true! Never thought I could afford to go on safari. But with World tours I did
I never thought that I could go on a safari, which had been a dream since I was a kid reading National Geographic. I took my son-in-law and we both were in awe the entire time were on the safari.....You MUST insist on the driver and guide, Charles.... He was the best guide one could ever ask for. He stopped along the way to point out things we never would have seen without his keen eye. With his guidance, we saw the BIG 5!!!! Amazing trip. Charles was determined that we would see all BIG 5 and he delivered. He stopped along the way to chat with other guides to find the best spot to locate the animals. He explained about the migration, the animals and many interesting things about the Serengeti.
We did the budget tour, 5 days four nights and went with the camping experience. I checked with many outfitters but Richard, owner of World Tours was the easiest to work with and is honest. He worked with me to visit a poor school, off the beaten path to deliver 300 lbs of school supplies i bought. He worked with a park ranger to have us transported a few hours out of the way to visit the school and meet the chief and the students. He also interceded with the customs folks at Kilimanjaro airport when they wanted to charge me $300.00 for importing the supplies for the school. He bargained the $300 down to $80 on my behalf even before we left the airport.
I would highly encourage you to travel with World Tours, as they are great. the equipment [tents and sleeping bags] are good. the food is very good and plenty of it. Bring some warm jackets though as it does get cold at night......
Please......also consider bringing some much needed school supplies that the children desperately need, the best things would be 9"x12" reusable green chalkboards, a pack of 10 is about $12.00 US, along with a case of Chalk [$22.00 US]. pencils and paper is non-existent. You can drop them off when you arrive, and Richard will keep them and have them delivered through a park ranger to the village. Imagine a school where your children attend with nothing in it except some desks and one blackboard on the wall...no books, no pencils, no paper, no maps, no anything. In addition to the 110 chalkboards and two cases chalk I brought pens, pencils, paper, crayons, color pencils etc, but realized these are "one and done". the best thing to bring is re-usable chalkboard and chalk. This will help the kids have the ability to move onto secondary school, which they can't attend unless they pass entrance exams. Its hard to do without any school supplies..
thanks Richard and Charles for a fantastic trip.... Sorry its taken so long to write this review!!!

Every aspect of my Safari Experience was perfect!!
We had a larger group that required two drivers/guides, and both of them were outstanding. We didn't miss out on seeing any animals, and actually saw 2 different leopards on the trip. Throughout the safari, both guides gave us fascinating facts about the animals, and seemed to have a much better eye for spotting them than other Safari tours we saw on the road. Safari also involves lots of bumpy and dusty roads, and they took extra care and attention to their path to make sure the ride was as smooth as possible.

Cannot fault John Peter or Our guide Jackson
From start to finish the correspondence with John peter was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating.
My wife was meant to be taking her father for a week trip for his 60th.
It turned out She wasn’t able go so John peter had to change all details to mine and nothing was too much trouble.
On arrival we were met by a very nice lad who took us to our hotel where John peter met us!!
He had had some personal problems but went out of his way to meet us to explain and introduce our guide Jackson!!
The next morning Jackson picked us up to start our safari, starting at the Maasai Mara then Lake Nakuru and finishing off in Amboseli!!
Jackson did not disappoint in the slightest, his knowledge of the animals and the reserves was amazing and he got us right where we needed to be, so much so we all started calling him the Jackson big 5!!!
All the travelling from different areas we well planned with plenty of stops for good food and to stretch our legs.
Due to us booking our flights we were looking at a long stay at the airport before our flight, so Jackson organised A place so we could shower, rest and chill instead of sitting in an airport
I can’t fault these guys and will definitely be using John Peter, Jackson Big 5 and African Paradise Safaris again.

Wonderful family trip to Amboseli.
The 3 day trip to Amboseli was excellent and more than we expected. The booking process was easy and we found A F Mc Tours to be very helpful and not at all pushy. The safari was exactly as described and our driver (John) was friendly and very professional. Good value trip. Kibo was great and our children loved it. Great atmosphere, lovely pool and genuinely friendly staff. Good value lodge. Highly recommended.

Dishonest,Disorganized,Ripoff,Old Worn Out Tour Van .
Avoid SILVESTER at all costs . He is supposedly the SENIOR TOUR CONSULTANT at one of their Nairobi branches .He does not reply emails ,texts and when i confronted him he said he didn't receive any emails . Luckily we got a different Consultant Terry who booked us our safari to MasaiMara and Mombasa .Bonfire didn't honor the price quotes they had stated earlier and their reason was the prices have changed .The price quotes on their website are wrong . Hotel transfers from train station in Mombasa was a disaster .Anyway Terry did her best and she was warm and welcoming . Martin was our driver and tour guide . He was excellent in everyway . Its sad he works for such a disorganized company.Avoid this tour company if you want to enjoy your vacation .May be pay a little more elsewhere for your own comfort and peace of mind. SHAME ON YOU BONFIRE!

Excellent Holiday with ACZ safaris team
I happened to be on a leave this January and as I was browsing, I saw a 9days safari that I could took with my family. From the first email this team was outstanding and they never failed me.
They advised the best lodges and camps for the budget that I had planned. The booking process was so smooth that it felt unrealistic but at the end everything went well.
All meals were excellent for my family including my son of 3yrs. We decided to take a land cruiser jeep which had a higher rate but gave us the best exposure. We had a chance to view all big 5 including the ugly 5. There is so much to enjoy in this country and I recommend such a great team to fulfill your desire.
All in all this safari exceeded our expectations and team ACZ safaris is the best at what they do.

Amazing Safari with a great guide and very nice lodge accommodations.
The booking process was easy but payment was a little more difficult however Duncan at Natural World Safaris walked me through it. Julian our safari guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer every question we had throughout the entire safari on all topics including the local culture, the Geographic region and the animals. Thanks to Julian our safari experience was unforgetable and one we will remember for the rest of our life!
