Wonderful Safari at a reasonable price
4/5

Overall, we were quite pleased with our safari experience and with Swift Travel and Tour Management. Peter was very responsive to all of our questions prior to our trip, and we enjoyed our guide and driver, Bedan. The Safari camps where we stayed were lovely, and the flow of our trip worked well. There were some slight adaptations to our itinerary, and nothing too huge. I would use Swift Travel again, and recommend others to utilize them for a great safari at a reasonable price.

“Great Tour Company, thrilling gorilla trekking in the mist in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest”
I and my friends were overwhelmed by the exhilarating tour to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Under Charis Uganda Safaris Ltd, we went to Trek the gentle giant - the mountain Gorilla - we were professionally handled by our tour guide Joseph Olupot who was friendly and helpful. The Gorilla Trekking was well organised and the park rangers were magnificent. Should you desire to have a great experience while on holiday, consider Uganda and Charis Uganda Safaris Ltd.

Review about Ruaha National Park by Sergej Osipov

Ruaha was probably the most splendid park we have spent time in. Beautiful Baobab valley on the way there and hundreds of elephants inside the park along with all other kind of wild life did make a huge impression.

Review about Mikumi National Park by Sergej Osipov
Overall rating
4/5

We have stopped in Mikumi 2 times on our way to/from Ruaha. It is a beautiful park, we probably encountered a little bit less of the wildlife than in other parks, but this could be due to seasonal changes and animal movement.

Splendid and variable scenery with great wildlife encounters

Altogether, we have spent around 3 weeks in Tanzania. After arrival to Dar Es-Salam, we have rented the cars and headed directly to Selous Game Reserve that took us around 6 hours to get. We have spent the night just outside the park in a beautiful lodge just next to the river. We have brought all the equipment like kitchen and sleeping tents with us, so we could sleep in the camps inside the park and be able to prepare the food. It was the beginning of November and spring was coming, it was quite hot already but we thought it would be perfect timing to go to Safari destinations. With the first rays of light, we have entered Selous Game Reserve Park, as we were planning to spend the night at the campsite inside the park, we had to bring a guide with us, and he was very friendly and with a lot of knowledge about the wildlife. He had spent the night with us in the camp, during the daytime we have done a few walks, and game drives. Almost for 3 days, we were driving around the park, which has a big variety of sceneries and as a consequence a lot of different wildlife.

Fantastic place needs more cats.
Overall rating
5/5

When i went the weather was fine in the mornings, not too cold. Throughout the day it got very warm so sunscreen and a hat is vital in a tour jeep. The animals were amazing. The first time we saw an elephant we were over the moon. We then came to learn how common they were. The cats were very illusive and in 3 days we saw lions at a distance once and a single leopard walking through dense bush. The boards in the camps and park facilities saying where the animals were was very helpful. I understand why rhino's were not allowed but a little frustrating from a tourist perspective. I would recommend always using the jeeps. One day we had to travel through the park and used a minibus the glass made pictures a lower quality and it was hard to get a good view.

Review about South Africa by neill_scog

South Africa is a beautiful place with lots to see and do. I thought it felt very safe too as long as you were on the tourist trail. I would think twice before venturing out alone at night in town though.

perfect guide for amazing safari.
5/5

We booked for Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngongorongo. Because of the season the operator changed Lake Manyara for Tangarire. Accommodation was perfect, good tents, good camps. Guide Gidion was an nice guy and knew everything about the animals and birds.

luxury accommodation very clean and charm. The rooms are authentic and comfortable with all you could expect. The food was excellent . From the moment you are woken early for you morning coffee and game drive, to the generous breakfast, high tea and evening game drive to the rewarding evening dinner you are made to feel welcome and special. The knowledge of our guide and tracker were second to none and we enjoyed learning so much about the African animals. It was a truly rewarding and memorable experience will defiantly back with my family again
