Great trip after a last minute snafu was resolved
Due to storms in the US, I missed my connecting flight to Kigali and was a day late arriving for a 3 day gorilla trek tour with E-Trip Africa. They were so very helpful in arranging a driver to pick me up at the airport and take me to meet up with my tour group. I still missed a day, which was unfortunate, but I arrived in time to do the gorilla trek. If I'd missed that opportunity I would've been so disappointed!
The hotel E-Trip Africa booked for us was lovely, as was our guide. I really enjoyed the entire experience and highly recommend their services to all my friends and family!!!

Everything went according to schedule. Employies nice and clever
We stayed at nice hotels. The drivers were experienced and drove carefully. The cars were very god.
The safari were excepionally good. The guides were knowledgable and good at comunicating. We have been on many other safaries, but never had so good guides as John and Derieck. Basecamp Masai Mara was a wonderful place. Eagle View had a exceptionally nice view. The employies on both Places were very pleasant and Nice. The Food was very good.
We also like the business philosophy of Basecamp Explorer.

Responsive and Attentive to Travel Needs
I contacted Adventure Dragon only few days before the trip and they immediately responded. They found me a group safari to join (not all tour companies has this program so I'm glad I found the right one. The whole package included airport pick up, full board meal and a great stay in Masai Mara. They arranged everything, you have nothing to worry about. Kudos to Francis who made sure the whole trip was arranged the way I wanted, responsive, kind and trustworthy. I definitely recommend them.

Peter organized an 11-day trip that spanned across Kenya and Tanzania. He made sure that the Kenya piece was well-organized and thoughtfully planned out. He also partnered with a reliable company in Tanzania, to ensure clear handovers and communication. In general, I believe that the price for the quality of the tour was reasonable, and definitely more budget-friendly than other safaris available. We saw the Big Five animals within the first two days of safari - and saw plenty of other truly unbelievable sights along the way. I highly recommend this company!

Luxury Safari Company Exceeds Expectations!
This summer my family took a safari to South Africa and Zambia to celebrate grandma's 70th and as well as other family milestones! Rose at Luxury Safari company planned and coordinated the entire ten day trip with me for our group of five! She was patient and thoughtful as we spoke. I had A LOT of questions! She found us amazing lodges that were within our budget, but we're truly luxurious! All of our transfers were planned and every time we changed location or arrived somewhere new, there was a host waiting for us! Our group ranged from 6years old to 76 years old. Rose kept this in mind and found us amazing family oriented lodges that catered to little ones with activities and kiddo menus!
Each of the three lodges we stayed at was unique and different and delighted us with surprises and truly pampering experiences! We saw a ton of animals at all three locations including SA's big five!

Trip of a Lifetime!
I booked this last minute trip that included Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar with Kenya Walking Survivors for 25 days and spent the entire time happy and stress free. Mr. Otieno was quick to reply to any inquiries by email and easy to reach by phone the couple of times I needed to speak with him on the trip. I had requested a couple of adjustments to the schedule to better suite my needs and these were taken care of quickly and without difficulty! The cost was reasonable as well considering I was travelling on a bit of a budget. The accommodations provided were more than adequate and consistent with the information I was given on my itinerary. I particularly loved the tented camps/lodges. I was travelling on my own as a female for the first time in Africa and therefore spent a great deal of time with my guides. Such wonderful people who were respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and were always watching out for me. They worked tirelessly and often drove all day to get me to where I needed to be. I really enjoyed getting to know them while I was on this adventure! I was able to see all of the Big 5 and much more. Gorilla trekking in Uganda was definitely a breathtaking experience that I will never forget! There were many opportunites available to visit local villages and experience the day to day life as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone travelling to Africa.

Amazing experience
Calabash exceeded our expectations and so much more. We had an amazing experience with Malisa as our tour guide - he is professional and knowledgeable on animals and Africa, you can ask him anything. Tillya was present during the start and end of the trip and accommodated us in so many ways.
