Dreadful experience in Victoria Falls and dreadful customer service
In honesty, I would not touch this company with a barge pole. All they had to do was book three nights for us in Victoria Falls and they could not do that. We booked 6 months in advance, paid in advance, had the booking confirmed in advance and when I checked just before we left, the booking was confirmed... once we had left and were away from phones and home internet, we were contacted to say they apparently could not find a record of payment. In order to keep the booking for a bank holiday weekend, we had to pay again. After three months of trying to get our money back via formal routes, we are getting no response from Falcon Safaris. We had such a lovely time in Zimbabawe with other people and companies, until the final phase which should have been well managed by Falcon Safaris but it was not. Would never use them again and strongly say the same to any friends or family. Dreadful

Superb service, new and good car - Perfect
Everything was great. Booking was easy, accommodating our exact needs and flexible for changes if we need (which we actually had). The car was new, clean just what you would expect. Exactly the model that we had agreed. We didn't have any car issues along the way. Originally was asked for a driver only for the first day. When we realized that in Uganda they drive like UK, we asked to have the driver (Ken) for the full vacation. We really enjoyed Ken's driving, explanation and knowledge and good spirit.

Fantastics Tours and Adventure.
They were very helpful and service minded. The driver and safari guide were outstanding. We got to see all kind of animals. We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate. This four day trip was just perfect. I would like to recommend to book your safari trip through Jossec Tours and Safaris.They never disappoints!.

Very responsive and helpful
We had an Kilimanjaro trek and safari to Lake Manyara and Ngorogoro crater with EoA. Since the start all the way to the end everything was flawless. We made some last minute changes to our itinerary, this was accepted and amendments were made without any problem in a matter of a few hours. During the trip everything was well prepared and organized, no waiting whatsoever, guides and driver friendly and competent, even the weather cooperated to made this trip perfect.

Professional, helpful & excellent service
We contacted safari.com to seek help in planning our travel to KwaZulu-Natal. We were immediately taken care of, asked the “right” questions and then had an itiniery suggested. We made some adjustments and that was still not a problem.
We were very impressed with the speed, professionalism and friendliness.
The travel-agent always responded quickly to our questions and during the trip, all were fine and questions never asked, we just had to say our name and all were according to the outlined plans.

Excellent trip and guide
We had the most exciting experience with Gorillas, Lions and all we could hope for.
Ben our guide was very experienced and patient with a group of four ladies. His first and he did a great job. I can only recommend Gorilla Bookings, with them you are always in the first row of things.

Three stops in Botswana
My wife and I booked our week-long safari in Botswana through UBON/Gazelle Safari Company and could not have been more pleased. This was a family vacation and our parents first time in Africa, so we wanted to make sure everything was handled expertly. Umang and Beena were receptive to many of our challenging requests, responded promptly, and organized visits in Chobe, Okavango and Savute Reserves. These three places required significant logistical planning and because of UBON's organization it seemed completely seamless as we transited to each place. We were treated as VIPs everywhere we went and you could tell UBON had visited the properties and had an intricate knowledge of each place they recommended as staff at each location knew Umang and Beena by name. I recommend UBON Safaris without hesitation and will ask them to plan the next safari we go on!
