South Africa trip
5/5

My contact person at Kruger.com (Andy Saidy) was extremely helpful in finding us a terrific location, Thornybush Waterside, for a 3 day Safari experience. I would definitely seek out his assistance again.

The Australian travel agency that really knows Africa
5/5

This was our second trip organised with Encompass, the first in 2014 to Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. The second this year was to Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. Encompass work with you, finding what interests you then puts together suggestions and work with as a partnership to end up with an itinerary that suits you and your budget. This could happen quickly or take some time, Encompass are happy yo take phone calls, emails, etc., to reassure you. Having a representative on the ground in Africa is another assurance for the first time traveller. Very professional and personable family travel agency, great people to deal with.

Amazing Kruger Park
5/5

I had the chance to visit the Kruger National Park with Jewel of Africa and I will never forget!
I think I had the best tour guide I have ever had in my whole life ! In only one day, we had the chance to see 4 of the 5 members of the very prestigious club of the Big Five!
It was extraordinary!

Amazing holiday in the bush
5/5

We had a fantastic family holiday at Kapama River Lodge.
It is a child friendly resort which went out of the way to accommodate us from the allocation of rooms, cuisine and game drives
It was a great outing. Unfortunately we did not see all of the big five but the the bush outdoors made up for that. We also had a flat tyre on one of the drives but was quickly repaired with the assistance of our plus another ranger...didn't quite get his name.
Great service all round from Joe (reception), Bongi (Restuarant), Zaan(Ranger), Moses (Tracker).
Definitely worth an experience .

The amazing tour.
5/5

African comfort zone safaris facilitated my first visit to Kenya.I had a wonderful time and I owe it to them. They are very professional but it doesn't make them less friendly. They put my needs first and recommended activities according to the type of people I had traveled with. The tour was enjoyable, very comfortable and interesting;it reflected the image I had of Kenya.I was so pleased with their services that i would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect safari arrangement - just 6 weeks before start
5/5

Contacting Pembury Tours just 6 weeks before our planned safari, they quickly and professionally arranged a perfect 4-day safari in Kruger Park. Laurette McKinnon of Pembury immediately found 2 nice available lodges and handled the itinerary fitting my budget and schedule; having struggled with other tour organizers, that was a positive surprise !
Both lodges were great, with fantastic food, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere - game drives excellent... there's nothing I could complain about !

Review about Shaba National Reserve by Christopher J May
Overall rating
5/5

As with all of my experiences, it's amazing just how different all of these areas can be in the same country. Though Shaba was only a short drive from the other locations we stayed at, there were different animals, scenes and climates there than anywhere else we visited. Kenya truly offers a remarkable variety of experiences! We stayed at Joy's Camp and this camp and these tents were truly lovely as well. The style is different from much of the rest of Kenya and it's beautiful, unique and enjoyable.

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Christopher J May
Overall rating
5/5

My experience in the Masai Mara provided me with the greatest opportunities to see big carnivores. The number of these large predators was truly amazing. Additionally, our stay at Richard's Camp provided possibly the most luxurious of accommodations. All of our camps were delightful, but Richard's Camp was a cut above the norm. Gorgeous tents with wildlife literally in your front yard and meals beyond compare. Highly recommended.

Review about Lewa Wildlife Conservancy by Christopher J May
Overall rating
5/5

I can't say enough good things about Lewa. Visiting Lewa was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The wildlife, the birds, the scenic vistas, the people, the commitment to the animals and the community. It was all awesome. It truly inspired a sense of awe in me. Good things are happening at Lewa and it was exciting to see that. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and thorough knowledge of the staff. They made an amazing place even more interesting with their commitment to provide guests with an enjoyable and informative experience. I left Lewa knowing that I would be back. It's not a question of if, but only when. It's in my blood now and I honestly can't imagine not seeing this amazing place again.
