Excellent service & fantastic safari guide
5/5

We decided to travel on very last minute but Sirini Safaris made it very easy. Within a few hours they had sorted out our itinerary and accommodation. They went an extra mile to make sure or all the camps were aware of our dietary requirements and even organised a little special event for my birthday. All of the planning and communication was effortless and our holiday turned out unforgettable.

Awesome Experience with a perfect Host
5/5

Dealing with Gametrackers was smooth and straight forward. The whole experience was amazing mainly because of our driver/host. He was attentive, he ensured to meet our needs, he was passionate about his job, and he was fun to hang around with. He know where all the great animals were and ensured we saw the BIG 5 which was truly amazing.
Gametrackers catered to our needs, and glamping was fun. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future. I am already planning another trip with my husband and I will be using this company and hope to get the Zack our good host :).

Uganda, pearl of Africa, true!
4/5

Canyon Safaris made my whishes for Uganda. They offer me, because they see l talk often about Tanzania, once to visit Uganda. They offer me a good idea to get an impression about the Pearl of Africa and l accept their offer.I made a 6 days trip and visit Queen Elizabeth NP, Kazinga Channel, Fort Portal, the Equator and Entebbe wildlife Education centre. In the days i was in Uganda i got a good idea about what the country could offer me. Six days is too short but l hope that its possible to visit Uganda once more and see also the other part of the country. Even if you have problems with walking, like me, they look on what way its still possoble to come on many places. Thank you Canyon Safaris Uganda to invite me to see and visit your country

Trip of a lifetime
5/5

I am so relieved I chose Gorilla Link Tours to help me plan and organise my trip! We originally were looking at Gorilla tracking in Rwanda but the week we were intending to pay for our tour the gorilla permits went up in price ($750 to $1500)! Luckily Caroline at Gorilla Link Tours had a solution right away. Instead of seeing the gorillas in Rwanda we changed destinations and did a 8 day tour in Uganda instead. Turns out we ended up liking the itinerary for Uganda more than we did Rwanda (Uganda is an absolutely incredible country). Caroline made everything so easy, from arranging a tour in our budget, to walking us through how to go about payment. All emails were responded to so quickly which just added to the simplicity of booking.
Once we landed in Uganda, everything ran so smoothly, we had the most amazing tour guide who always had an answer to all our questions. All the accommodations we stayed at were great, and the activities planned each day exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend choosing Gorilla Link Tours to help you organise your trip :)

Safari visits, transportation etc were very good, but camp facilities were very below average
4/5

We were a group of 8 family members. The Planning Phase of the tour was good with proper communication from the team . The Safari rates were reasonable. The Airport pick up and the transport arrangement from Nairobi to Massaimara was very well coordinated. The game drives were also very well coordinated and we got opportunities to see many animals. Driver took special interest to take us all around.
However, the condition of the accommodation provided in the Camp in Massaimara was very primitive. Though the camp is well laid out, it was very over crowded and the staff found it extremely difficult to serve food properly. The individual tents were very poorly maintained, especially the 4 tents we got. The furniture including the cot was in bad shape, the bathrooms were not clean, flush was getting blocked, there was a bad stench during night in that part of the camp. All these were reported to the notice of Mr. Joseph in the camp who apparently was in charge of accommodation. He managed to change the cot but nothing more could be done though we requested for a change of tent that was not possible due to the large number of guests in the camp.
I personally feel a lot could be improved in the tents like, clean toilets and drainage, a mirror in the bathrooms, functional water taps, some toiletries like soap shampoo etc. There is definitely a need to check the condition of cots in each of the tents.
It will be Wonderful if a small cultural show by the local folks are organized every evening near the camp fire area. That can make the evenings lively and memorable. There is also a need to improve the food quality. All these may be facilitated to the customers even if it is at the cost of 10 or 20 USD more on package cost. These small deficiencies negatively impacted the overall experience which otherwise was a wonderful Safari at a moderate price.

That was great!
5/5

We did 7 days Botswana-Zimbabwe tour and that was great! Everything - communication, accommodation, meals and, the most importantly, game drives - was just terrific and highly efficient. This was not my first time is Southern Africa (I have been there four times already, so this tour was the fifth one), but I have never experiences this level of efficiency and professionalism. Thanks a lot!
