Professional and Friendly staff, that take care of the customer
5/5

I will sum up our experience with KBS, by simply stating that next time we go back to Kenya we will not require a travel agent, Esther and Wilfred were outstanding.
2 families including 3 kids, and they took good care of us.
Thanks for your help and assistance. 10 out of 10.

My close encounter with a silverback
Overall rating
5/5

we started with a briefing from park warden and we then started our tracking and i was the 4 person in the line of 8 and i was so curious to see these giant apes, so this kept my eyes so open and focused. we moved like for 1 and half hours and we finally found them the mothers were carrying their young ones on back being escorted by a silver back and they walked near us and felt like shivering but i got courage because we were briefed on how to behave.

Truly lives up too their name
5/5

Nothing seemed to much trouble, I changed plans and dates a few times. Uganda has so much more than just Gorrilla's (But I loved those too). Murchison Fall's was fantastic. Loved our chill time at Mihingo Lodge. I'm already thinking of my return trip. Thank you very much Evelyn and Robert.

Paulo and his staff who were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and always smiling!
5/5

I recommend Paulo and his staff who were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable, and always smiling!

We went to Lake Natron to see the oldest human footprints in the world - 120,000 years old! They are fossilized on the ground, in a fenced area that you can walk into.

We went to lake Natron and the Serengeti on a trip that Paulo planned for us. We wanted to see the Lake Natron hominid footprints made in the land 120,000 years ago, as well as visit local villages and schools. This area was very interesting and we walked around through a Masai village and interact with the herders, school children and various families for a whole day. The local women have many bracelets and necklaces to sell which were very colourful.
There were lots of pink flamingos in Lake Natron.

In the Serengeti, we saw all the animals on our check list, and lots of wildebeest and lions with fat bellies laying around under trees.

more than What I expected
5/5

It all started with Mwanaidi Hassan who helped us make all the arrangements. We were picked up at the airport by Elias (our designated guide). The first day we met Mwanaidi and were presented with a basket of goodies as a gift in celebration of our anniversary.
Elias was very accommodating on our way to Tarangire since we needed to get some last minute supplies (Malaria medication) and on our way to Serengeti, (Phyllis got sick the night before and we had to stop at a Pharmacy.
Our goal was to see the wildlife and record our experiences by taking photos. Elias has eyes of an eagle, he was able to spot cats at a great distance and even in the tall grass. We were able to see the big five, and experience watching the wildebeast cross the Mara river. I am pleased with the memories I came back with. The accommodations were excellent, transportation was in great condition. Elias is a great driver, good spotter of wildlife and well mannered individual, and he would go out of his way to take care of your property and for us to have a good experience. Many times I asked him to stop to take photographs of animals, which we just had photographed, however, I was interested on the angle of the shot. He also, made sure that we had a good spot to watch the animals (in relation to the other vehicles) I would recommend him highly. He made sure that we had a complete experience of the wildlife in Africa. Mwanaidi had a surprise for us at a couple of lodges we stayed in. She had communicated to the management that we were celebrating our anniversary and the lodge staff performed the Hakuna Matata song on our last day of stay.

Amazing experience with knowledgeable and helpful guides
5/5

Very friendly team with a lot of knowledge about the area. We're very helpful from taking care of us medically incas anything went wrong and just cheering us up if we were struggling. The food the team cooked was incredible - a three course meal every evening and a lovely packed lunch during the day. They even went the extra mile and baked a cake for someone's birthday! They were more than happy to carry all our belongings and our tents were put up for us on arrival at our next camp. An all round amazing experience which I will never forget - all made better by Chacha and his team!
