About: Vayeni
First-Class service!
5/5

Vayeni are without doubt the best travel agent/ operator I have dealt with even compared to services in Europe. I had to change my booking at least 4 times and they were great in dealing with all the issues. They had staff at the holiday destination that sorted out everything for our party and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone booking travel within Southern Africa

We have no hesitation in recommending Terminal Tours for a 1st Class Safari experience.
5/5

Thanks to Terminal Tours Nairobi and Nelson, who organised our 2 day trip. Tony, our driver, was fantastic. He knew we were on a tight schedule, but his superb knowledge of the Mara, coupled with fantastic off road skills, ensured we saw and learned a great deal about the wild life, flora and fauna. He changed our breakfast at the Mara Sopa Lodge ( a lovely place to over night) into a packed brunch, in order that we could spend more time hunting those elusive lions, who just weren't out to play on the days we were there. Eventually, due to his tracking skills and use of CB radio, we located 2, skulking in the long grass :) I know someone else left a negative review about this company, but we found them to be super efficient, very friendly and extremely reliable. The vehicle was comfortable....but be warned.....it's a long and bumpy road to the Mara and douse yourself in Deet!!

Professional, informative, helpful
5/5

Land and Lake Safaris did an excellent job of finding a safari to fit our family and our budget. We went to Mvuu Camp for 2 nights. We saw all the animals they offered with the exception of the rhino being preserved in the sanctuary (closed during rainy season). On our return, one of us became very ill with a bacterial infection. It has taken 2 hospital visits and more than 2 weeks to cover from the illness. I would strongly recommend that Land & Lakes encourage internationals to not drink the water deemed as filtered and safe by Mvuu Camp. They can bring their own water or buy bottled water instead. Thanks.

Wonderful experience
5/5

Our southern Tanzania safari was arranged by a partner tour operator of Daigle and we were assured the safari would be as promoted by them. They were right and then some. The Land Rover was clean and in good condition, the guides were friendly and informative and concerned about making sure we were having an enjoyable experience. They also had a keen eye for spotting game and then getting us close for viewing and pictures. The accommodations were as expected or better. Always with people anxious to please. For us the safari was the right combination of comfort and bush rugged. Just what we wanted. We had a most memorable time.

Last minute trip organized to perfection
5/5

We read on the internet it would be better to wait until we arrive in Tanzania to book our tour as it could be considerably cheaper. Upon arrival, it was easy to find all these cheap companies trying to sell us their tours. Most of them didn't seem trustful at all. We decided to go to the hotel, rest a little bit and then search for a tour operator. We chose It Started in Africa as it comes highly recommended everywhere. We also contacted other top tour operators but the price was better with It Started in Africa and the answers were always prompt and professional. We are very glad because we had an amazing time in Tanzania, they organized our lodge safari with just 2 days notice, and all went smooth with a great car, guide and accommodation. Definitely an extremely reliable tour operator.

Excellent and very professional company
5/5

We took the four days Maasai mara road safari from Nairobi; Swift Safari and stayed at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. The experience was beyond anything we have ever done. The atmosphere very cozy and intimate, our guide was superb, food delicious, and the game viewing was awesome. I got to fulfill my dream, to see a pack of lions hunt! Memories of spectacular sun downers over the Masai mara will stay etched in our minds forever.

Many thanks to all at Swift Travel for making our dream come true.

Highly Recommend!
5/5

This is my second time back to Tanzania with Tanganyika Ancient Routes. I would highly recommend them if you are planning a trip there! This time I went with a large group, everything was set up for us and any personal accomodations were taken into account. The food was great! The drivers were safe and reliable! The safari guides were knowledgable and awesome as spotting animals! I had such a great experience with the Hadzabe tribe, on the safari and throughout the cities. If and when I go back to Tanzania I will definitely go with Tanganyika Ancient Routes!!!

Amazing service
5/5

I had a hustle free trip thanks to itendsinafrica, the agent acting on their behalf made sure my vacation schedule was well planned, on time and I had a really amazing time . I didn't have to worry about hotel bookings flight details, cab and chauffeur services Etc because these guys did it all for me. If I'm ever back in Uganda, I'll be sure to look you guys up again.

I travelled to Mweya Safari Lodge, a couple of Kilimeters from Kampala the Capital. . This place is incredible. Quiet, clean and incredible food. The service was impeccable. Coffee on the patio on our last morning there couldn't have been nicer. The owner made it a point to connect with every guest at every meal to make sure all was well. Also, we were met at the door upon arrival with a cold cloth to clean up with and a glass of mango juice to quench our thirst. Would very much recommend this as a great place to stay

Absolutely excellent, everybody was extremely friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.
5/5

The communications were great, very clear and precise. The service was awesome, especially the food. The tour was well organised as I spent some time getting to know the Bunyonyi and Kabale area. The time I spent with Richard and Charles was fantastic and they were very friendly and extremely accommodating.
