I did a safari on end of November and the experience was the best and adventurous.
From start to finish we received excellent service from East Africa Tours and safaris. Quick responses to email,happy to discuss options and comforting advice when the election loomed. Great driver who worked had to get us our leopard sightings and was happy to flex plans to our needs.will use these guys again.

Excellent experience with Mmilo tours!
I went to Pretoria with my family (3 children) and let Mmilo tours organise our tours for 4 days.
They made an excellent program and I really want to thank them for the high level of professionally, punctuality, honesty, friendship and knowledge. The whole programme was also cheaper as compared to other tour operator and, believe it to not, they sent me back some money as refund because my children could not attend one of the tours. Never happened before to find such a good people that you can trust and rely on.
Cars were always clean and comfortable and drivers very nice and friendly.
I do strongly recommend them.
Three years ago I was also in Pretoria and went to Pilanesberg with another tour operator. Not the same story!

Safari in Tarangire-Lake Manyara-Serengeti-Ngorongoro. Safari was planned according to our needs and Safari Explorers proved to be flexible. Everything went according to the program and the added value was the guide always available. The car used for the safari was comfortable

Our guide made the trip even more amazing than it was. He knew all the local landmarks from the moment he collected us at our friend's place in Jo'Burg (flexibility) throughout the 5 day tour he matched us (irish) conversationally with all kinds of interesting topics and discussions on places we were travelling through or animals and birds we were viewing. He had as much of an interest in finding the sightings as we did and not just the big 5 which we did also see. He is more than qualified in his field and evidently not just providing the service as a way of making money, he genuinely cares for the plant life through to animal life around us and its survival. A pleasure to be in his company, many a lifetime trip a dream come true. 11/10. Always will be thankful.

Exceeded all our expectations - and we had set them high!
I have just come back from a 14 day tour with Experience Uganda including Murchison Falls, Entebbe, Ishasha (Queen Elizabeth National Park), Bwindi to see the Mountain Gorillas, and Jinja to chill out for a few days at the end. The trip was a special birthday present for my mother, as I promised her 22 years ago (when I came back from seeing the gorillas in the then Zaire), that I would take her to see the Mountain Gorillas one day. My last trip was amazing, but truth be told was done on a bit of a shoestring, and included about a week of not washing, which I obviously could not expect my 74 year old mother to contend with. So I decided to contact Experience Uganda for a slightly more upmarket trip. I could not have been more impressed with Kevin - right from the moment I contacted him online, his communications were informative, swift and personable. This continued throughout the period leading up to our trip, and was evident throughout our time in Uganda. The itinerary Kevin came up with was absolutely perfect for my mother and I - it included all the places I wanted to show my Mum and the lodges that Kevin chose for us were spectacular. The friendliness and hospitality throughout surpassed all of our expectations, and the experiences will stay with us for the rest of our lives - something very special that my Mum and I could share. I have only known my mother to be speechless twice in my life - once was when my sister and I surprised her and Dad with a 25th wedding anniversary party (almost 25 years ago) and the other was when our guide Fred surprised us with a bush breakfast - the view was breathtaking and the look on my mother's face was priceless!! I went to Uganda expecting to be wowed by the wildlife, which I certainly was, but I was even more impressed by the people we met, the extremely positive attitude towards conservation and supporting local communities, and the undeniable warmth and friendliness of the Ugandans. Every place which we stayed at was a small piece of paradise. Kevin and Leslie's beautiful Karibu Guest house was no exception, and we cannot thank them enough for looking after us (thank you Leslie for your 'special tea' for Mum's cough) and for providing us with memories that will never leave us. I finally managed to fulfil my promise to my mother, and the trip surpassed even my own very high expectations. great trip - Gorillas , volcano , monkeys and lots of beautiful countryside in just 4 days
Nicolas did a great job suggesting and refining our itinerary over 3- 4 weeks before we settled on a 4 day trip out of Kigali . Great hotels , fantastic guiding and a wonderful few days with my daughter seeing the gorillas , climbing a 12,000ft volcano and finishing off with the golden monkeys . and after all that dropping us back at Kigali airport to catch our flight home . Great value and should be someone you contact if you are looking to have a well organised trip

They manage everything when I was coming from tanzania and they was realy nice. Flexible and open mind. They realy enjoy show their country and that is realy nice. I could see all I would like to see and more thank's to them !
