Unforgettable 14 days in Uganda
5/5

We booked a 14 day safari tour with Grassrootz Uganda and all our expectations were met or even exceeded!

During the planning phase the communication with Sander worked very well and at the end we received a tailor made, detailed itinerary nicely prepared on the internet.

Our destinations: Start in Entebbe and then, Murchison Falls National Park, Kibale Forest National Park, Northern Queen Elizabeth National Park, Southern Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Mutanda, Lake Mburo National Park.
It was a completely successful tour with highlights every day and our driver/guide Moses was always helpful, friendly and competent.

I can fully recommend Grassrootz. We got a great trip for a fair price!

Gorilla trekking with Encounter African Safaris
5/5

The Safari met nearly all of my expectations. The traveling went smoothly, the company was amazing, and the gorilla experience was astonishing! I of course only wish we could spend more time with the gorillas. I definitely recommend going gorilla trekking with Encounter African Safaris company. This truly was a once in a life time, must do experience.

Perfect operator, in a fantastic country with fantastic people
5/5

For some time now we have been considering a trip to Uganda, especially to see the mountain gorillas. We asked a couple of operators for a travel proposal. Sander van Zanten's proposal corresponded exactly with our wishes, whereby you notice that Sander knows Uganda well.

Our 17 day tour included almost the entire safari circuit from Kidepo in the north, to Murchison, Kibale, Queen Elisabeth, Lake Mburo and of course Bwindi. We booked premium lodges, which almost all met our expectations. Comfort, care and meals excellent.

Our driver and guide turned out to be a more than excellent companion, who, without GPS, guided us flawlessly through Uganda. Small inconveniences were immediately solved, but especially his relaxed character is exactly what you need during such a trip.

Besides the very varied national parks, which all have their own character, the people of Uganda made a deep impression on us. The country therefore has a lot of potential to grow further.

Contrary to Kenya and Tanzania, Uganda is not yet overrun by tourists and therefore offers an authentic travel experience. We saw a cheetah-hunt and lion-hunt with us as the only witnesses....

We warmly recommend Sander and driver Bob.

Friendly responsive team. Wonderful safari
5/5

We chose Lion King because of the good reviews. We were a group of 3, a middle aged couple travelling with our young adult daughter. The team responded promptly to our emails and tailored the trip to our requests. Pendo in the office was particularly helpful. Our daughter was already in Tanzania, they picked her up from her internal flight and a member of staff Emmanuel stayed with her til we arrived later that day. We visited Tarangire and then went on to the Serengeti and Ngorogoro crater. Our safari driver Ozzy looked after us well. We enjoyed looking at the birds and grazing animals as well as the big 5. Ozzy was good at sharing information with drivers and finding the animals. We were lucky and saw around 10 Cheetahs and over 15 lions. It was wet for the time of year, meaning the vehicles were concentrated on the more major tracks so it was busy at times. We did get big cats to ourselves a couple of times. The wet conditions meant that we needed Ozzy's driving skills . We helped others and got stuck in the mud ourselves a couple of times.. the other drivers pulled us out. This was part of the fun but I would only attempt self drive in the dry season The Ngorogoro crater is stunning like the garden of Eden. You can't walk i n the crater itself but we did a hike round the crater with an armed ranger which I would recommend. We stayed in mid range lodges which were welcoming and comfortable.

5 Star Safari
5/5

We had great pleasure travelling with Gilmag Safaris. Our trip was customized by Lillian. She was very responsive and efficient. Upon arrival in Tanzania, we were met by Mary and guide Nickson. Thereafter, we drove to Arusha and stayed at Gran Melia, a true gem in Tanzania.

We loved our 5 star accommodation and food was excellent everywhere. The safari itself was awesome and unforgettable. We visited Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Finally we flew to Zanzibar from Arusha. Every logistics was perfectly organized and planned.

Thank you Gilmag safaris for this trip of a lifetime, very memorable. We are planning to be back and will definitely book with you again.

Excellent services make A FANTASTIC journey in Kenya
5/5

This is my first safari tour in Africa. Thanks to Sino Africa, I got a very impressive experience and nice memory in Kenya.
2 months before the jorney, I began the preparation and watched a lot of travel strategies.
But the more I did, the more nervous I became, since there are so many things you need to take care of, including visa, flight ticket, hotel booking, safari car renting, schedule planning, etc.
It was until some friends recommended Sino Africa that my pressure was released.
Based in East Africa, they got plentiful experience in safari.
After lisening to my requirement, they made a customized trip schedule for me.
And in just 2-3 days, they have settled down everything.
During the safari trip, drivers and guides were very friendly and professional.

Very good value for money
5/5

Everything was very well organized, the drivers were too early even though we are in Africa haha. Communication via whats app was good and easy. Safari itself was also very good, just saw no cheetahs, otherwise everything!

Dreams do come true.
5/5

Everything about working with Ease My Safari and the entire travel team was superior. I cannot imagine better service or a more concerted effort to make our custom trip exceed our expectations. Their timely attention to both our personal interests and our comfort was extraordinary. And when we met them in person, they were delightful. Our guides were like family, extremely well educated and shared personal stories as well as information that was presented articulately in clear English. . The drivers were both pleasant and so professional on roads that could have been treacherous. The vehicles provided were very clean and comfortable. I spent years planning for this trip and to be honest I was impressed by their services. Me and my Wife prefer to work with others to help arrange the details of travel so that we can more thoroughly enjoy what we are seeing, exploring and discovering. We also need to recognize their dedication to making sure that our dreams of seeing Kenya and her big five was actualized. its true dreams do come true. The recommendation of Ease My Safari by our Kenyan friends to work with this team made the trip everything we dreamed and more. We thought this would be a once in a lifetime trip. It was. But we are considering returning for more exploration of the interior of the country.
Thanks guys for everything that you did for me and my wife. We hope to see you soon.
