Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha
Excellent communications and organisation as the one day trip included pick-up and drop-off in Nairobi, a full lap locating of spotted game around Lake Nakuru, lunch, a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a nice walk on Crescent island. Countless animals and birds, many seen very close by. Beautiful nature and very friendly and informative tour guide and driver.

Very niche!
Wonderful planning and execution! Camp recommended (Spekes Camp) was excellent. Can never forget the nocturnal visit of the elephant, wild buffalo and hyena!
Can also forgive Kenya Airlines for always being late!

Our safari experience exceeded all our expectations. From my first contact with Encompass Africa until we returned home from our trip I was so impressed with the knowledge and customer focus of our travel agent, Steph. We were so grateful for her insider knowledge which helped us finalise our itinerary and the changes and suggestions she made were amazing and lead to us seeing and doing things that we wouldn't have otherwise. Every time I called or emailed I got a return contact almost immediately. Everything single arrangement including transfers, flights. Tours etc ran smoothly. This was one of the best holidays I have ever had and encompass Africa made this all possible. I will definitely use them again for our next adventure and cannot recommend them more.

Words really can’t express how happy we were with Lizette at SafariBookings. I had emailed several travel agents when we decided to go on safari. She responded immediately with clear, concise information, so we quickly chose to work with her. She recommended Notten’s Bush Camp, which was perfect for us. She always responded to our emails in a timely fashion. She arranged everything, from the guide who met us at our flight into Johannesburg and to the connecting flight, to transportation to and from the lodge. Wonderful Machame Trek with a Great Crew
My wife and I did the 7 day Machame route on our Kilimanjaro trek. We booked the trek with Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari. Booking the trip was very easy because Edward the contact was person was easy to work with.
Our guides William and Morris were incredible. They were highly experienced and were helpful on every step of the way. They were also very knowledgeable about the mountain. They shared a lot of facts with us about the beautiful scenery that was along the path. Morris was great with my wife. She struggled a bit but Morris was there to help her. They strategized with each other every night as we had dinner and then briefed us on the next day’s climb. They worked closely with us to ensure that we were in good health. They constantly monitored our oxygen levels and health status. On summit day, we left the camp at midnight. The guides had us going at a comfortable slow pace. The pace was perfect because we arrived at the Uhuru peak just as the sun was beginning to rise. The sunrise was magnificent and absolutely spectacular. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.
We had a wonderful trek and I recommend!
