Really big thank you for the great preparation and support for our dream trip in August-Sept
We wish in this way to once again say thank you for the very professional advice, support and extensive travel documents, which our 30 days self-drive trip through Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe has only done right to experience. Above all, the telephone contacts with you Heike have let our trust in your company grow rapidly. Who wants to be supervised around safely and competently, is in good hands with Heike. Only through you we have learned the special campsites that really differ from others. Also your instructions, especially to the rules of conduct and great restaurants in Swakop were top. It was good to know that at all times that we could call you for further assistance. Also becoming personally acquainted with you and Hermann was a highlight and we could continue talking about Namibia for days in a row, very interesting. If the desire for Namibia returns (actually that's already the case even if we've been back for only one week) then you will be our first choice again.
Thanks again and keep it up.
Greetings from Björn Eismann & Daniela Elias

Fulfilling safari experience
4 American senior citizens had a great 8-day safari, meeting or exceeding almost all our expectations. The best was our guide Martin, for his knowledge and dependability. Accommodations, balloon ride, itinerary were really good. Our desire to see wildebeest en masse crossing the Mara river, complete with predators, was realized thanks to Martin's efforts. We're glad we chose intra-Africa flight to return to Arusha. Disappointments: expected 4 pr binoculars, received only 3 by the third day of safari (we'd have brought our own from home); arrived JRO airport with no one to pick us up, until about 11/2 hours later; an arranged night game drive didn't happen. The safari company quickly reimbursed us for late pick-up, missed game drive. We'd choose this company all over again, based on our mostly very good experiences.

Fourth time a Makasa safari and again a hit
For the fourth time we made a safari with Makasa. This time was the main goal the crossing of the wildebeests in the North Serengeti.
As usual is the communication with Selma and Ngomi pleasant and clear. They understand the client's needs very well. And every time we are supprised about the different choices of the tented camps.
Doing Safari with driver/guide David is every time a gift. His knowledge of the flora and fauna is excellent and he has real hawkey eyes. Highlights of this safari were the several crossing of the Mara River and of course the luck we had to see the pangolin at the last day of our stay in the Serengeti

Strongly recommend not to book here...
I had a bad experience with this travel company, therefore I would not recommend anyone to book here:
Some good points:
- Pick-up at the airport was well arranged.
- Plenty of game in Masai Mara (but you can see that with any company).
- Good communication before the travel.
However:
- I was booked for a Masai Mara + Lake Nakuru safari. Only upon arrival I was informed I would not go to Lake Nakuru.
- I was put in a different camp than promised on the website. On booking.com it turned out it had a much lower rating than the original proposal. Most people had small to medium stomach problems in the camp.
- On the last day, the driver 'forgot' to pick me up so I missed a morning game drive.
- The trip from Masai Mara back to Nairobi was in a very unsafe van (we broke down once as well) and the driver was driving like crazy and mainly paying attention to his phone. He didn't want to slow down while everyone was asking for it. At one point we slipped off the road and the car finally stopped about half a meter in front of a tree.
I informed the company on this after my trip. For the first weeks I did not get any response. As I kept reminding them they finally gave response saying everything that happened was out of their control. I asked for a refund however they were not willing to compensate.

Good
Yes service was excellent despite the camping tent is normal type. The Safar tour itself was good where guide cum driver did a good job spot almost all animals which we wish to see reached.
Overall it was good despite camping where certain camp site toilet not so clean or water not consistence.

BAJ are very good. They did a great job in putting everything together.
Annette did a great job of putting the itinerary together for us. Sam was a great and very obliging guide and we all enjoyed the whole trip very much. The only negative was some of the Lodges/Hotels were not as good as they appear on their Web site. The food in some of the Lodges/Hotels was definitely not up to the mark. Location, Room - Tents & Food/Beverages at Lake Naivasha Country Club & Samburu Intrepids Camp as per the itinerary were excellent.

spending my holidays in Western Uganda was best experience
In June 2016 i decided to spend my holidays in western Uganda East Africa. I loved the hospitality of Ugandan's. I think will never forget the day I saw a number of zebra feeding with long horned cows. Thanks to mr Paul the guide from Home to Africa Tours and Travel. He filimed for me a video as i was milking a long horned cow. Whenever my children watch my five minutes clip I find them laughing. iI also Thank Home To Africa Tours and Travel you cars were ever clean and your guide was very friendly. Next holiday I will book and come with all my family members

Wow, a great feeling of home in the wilderness
I have always wanted a holiday and Wild Discoveries Safaris made this happen for me. The 5-day safari was amazing and life changer. You upon welcoming us from the Airport i knew our guide "Blackie" was a perfect choice. We drove to Bwindi and this super cool car. Uganda is really beautiful because all the way to Bwindi the scenery was nice. We were very lucky to see the Gorillas and to be honest i was very excited and emotional having a closer look with our close relatives. The forest walks and climbing were worth it to see the gorillas. We then drove to Queen Elizabeth National Park and things got better. In the Kyambura gorge for chimp trekking. There is this nice view of the gorge, a forest within a savannah from the view platform. It was remarkable to have a closer look of the chimps too. We finally did a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel and guess what?.....beautiful and yet relaxing to see the wildlife including buffaloes watering. Our guide Blackie is a great guy, plus all the rangers who ensured our safety while in Uganda, the journey and in the parks. They are wonderful people. We tried the local dish (matooke)-awesome.

A fabulous safari ever!
Myself and three other friends enjoyed safari in Tarangile, Serengeti, Lake Manyara. The guide and the chef who were with us were totally kind and gave us excellent services!
The guide tried really hard to look for animals all the time and we so all big fives which were available in our locations. Two leopards, five cheaters, and a lot and los of lions, elephants, buffaloes!
Accomodations we stayed were ok. we are totally satisfied with the cost we paid for this unforgettable experience.

Big smile and warm hospitality
When we first contacted "Hello Tanzania" it was really kind of short notice, only few days before our trip to Dar Es Salam. Nevertheless, we were so lucky as we had almost an instant response. With a welcoming spirit, all arrangements were efficiently made as we planned, plus providing transportation from the airport where Mrs Mwajabu was waiting for us with a big smile and warm welcome.
The safari trip to Mikomi arranged by her was a real life experience. She didn't skip the smallest detail (she even provided us with water, fresh fruits and nuts).
The stop we made at a cafe on the road where we had tea and coffee was also included.
Not to forget the driver, Moses, who proved to be a professional, skillful and punctual driver. A really decent man with good manners.
I must mention that a nice lunch was arranged for us during the safari trip (we enjoyed it under a huge tree!)
Mrs Mwajabu is so willing to give you good tips on your trip or your plans.
When we needed transportation to take us back to the airport from Zanzibar, it was a nice gesture from her to provide such transoprtation, and with the same driver, Moses. We even found Mrs Mwajabu waiting for us at the ferry stop in Dar Es Salam, with her big smile and warm hospitality.
If we ever visit Tanzania again, hopefully, we would definitely repeat the same experience with
