It's such an amazing tour company that is keen and cares a lot about their clients.

From the MangiEMPIRE Adventures showed their high standard by answering fast and accurate on all email communication. We choose a 4 days Mid-range safari covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti. All accommodations from lodges to tented camps were very good, sometimes better than we expected. As we were 4 persons we had a private vehicle to ourselves. Our driver/guide did his utmost to give us the safari experience of our life, being extremely good on spotting animals and knowing where to go in the parks. He took us safely between the parks, and did not take any unnecessary risks in the traffic, as we saw other drivers do. He was always very correct and easy to be around! The best park was Serengeti! We found ourselves in the middle of the migration which was a big bonus and we saw the big five and many, many Lions, one big experience was a cheetah jumping up on our car, talk about close encounter. We had high expectations when choosing this Safari, and MangiEmpire Safaris delivered all the way; I can really recommend This Company!

The best experience in Africa
5/5

My experience with Jocky Tours and Safaris was great. From the beginning to the end. I arrived in Kenya on Monday 3rd morning and I did not have much time to be in the country, all I knew was that I wanted to do a 4-day Safari and could not waste time. I researched on the Internet and got the number of one of the organizers of this company (Alex). I wrote very late the day of my arrival and wanted to book to start the next day (Tuesday). Alex told me that he did have available space and that they would pick me up at 7:30 am. They were very punctual. On the way to Masai Mara our transport had a mechanical damage, we had to wait a couple of hours but they sent a new vehicle in the indicated time. Our guide, Richard, was always aware of us and did everything possible to visualize wildlife. The accommodation, the food and the schedules of the game drives were as indicated in the description that was sent to me and filled my expectations. I thank Jocky Tours and Safari and especially Richard for making my experience in Kenya fascinating and unforgettable.

Can’t say it was the best experience in my life
3/5

Things I liked:
- beautiful nature and animals;
- accommodation was perfect;
- the car was new and safe;

And what spoiled my impression:
- our guide wasn’t a real guide. I would say that it was a driver. I don’t remember anything interesting he told us about wildlife.
- a lot of cheating everywhere. It would be nice if a travel company or a guide warned tourists against all those beggars on every step. In a massai village native people literally extorted 40$ from us. It’s one of the points of the tour and I felt unsafe there.
- 5-days tour is very long. In fact, 3-4 days is enough for what we have seen. On the 3 day in serengety the driver dragged time and we drove with the speed 20 km ph. At 3 pm he brought us to the lodge. The only thing we saw on the fifth day is massai village (15 min) and then at 11 am we arrived in Arusha.
- there were a lot of misunderstanding with the guide and the manager. They asked additional money for massai village (100$ pp) inspite it was included into our package. Only my email to another manager helped. Plus, initially we agreed to leave us at the border with Kenya after our tour. They said that it’s no problem, it’s on our way. At the end of our trip our guide asked 100$ for it. That’s so miserable.

Incredible 2 day safari - great for your first safari
5/5

We had an incredible experience on our 2 day safari in Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater with Taste of Afrika. From start to finish everything was well-organised by the company - Seka kept us well-informed and arranged absolutely everything! From airport pick-up and drop-off, lovely hotels (particularly Farm of Dreams, wow) with such friendly staff, tasty food, to the safari experience itself, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Temba was a brilliant guide on our travels, telling us so many interesting facts about the local flora and fauna, getting us into great positions to see the animals, and driving very adeptly over the sometimes bumpy ground. As a first safari experience we couldn't have been happier, and we'd highly recommend this short safari to other first-timers. We'll be signing-up to a longer one next time for sure.

Above all expectations
5/5

What an experience! We, a group of 4 people, did a safari of 7 days (Amboseli-Lake Naivaska-Maasai Marai) on Patricia's advise. We gave Patricia a budget and our minimal requirement and she managed to get the maximum out of everything. She was so kind to advise on every question we had and amended the trip time by time according to our needs.

The trip itself was amazing our guide collected us perfectly on time with a van. The van itself had plenty of space for 4 tall dutchies. However the 4x4 would have been more confontrable, but our budget didnt allow. Our guide was so eager to fullfill our animal whish list, and discussed every day the options we had. In this way, we were able to take it easy on some days and go for the maximum on the other day.

The accomodations&food where also above expectations. The only unexpected thing we had was a change in the last accomodation. This was required since the initial accomodation was fludded by the heavy rains. However, we could complain since it changed from outside the Maasai Mara, to inside the park!

We would definately recommend to book it through Travel for Change, especially with Patricia.

Ps, im normally not writing any reviews, but this organisation deserves it!

We could not have asked for a better experience
5/5

We booked a 3-day trip to Masai Mara through Twinkle Star. We got excellent help from James who made sure we got exactly what we were asking for. He even contacted us afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the trip. Our guide Miqal picked us up in Nairobi and from the first minute we felt really welcomed. This whole trip was totally living up to our expectations thanks to Miqal who genuinely cared about giving us the best experience we could ever dream of. We had the greatest time and we will definately be choosing this company again.

There is something kind but something to be desired
3/5

I searched several companies for a four-day safari. I communicated with some of them, and chose Sereneti Wakanda because it had the fastest feedback and the best reviews. The young president tried to help us in every aspect, including hotel reservations other than safari. As everyone knows, safari tours are expensive. The payment is based on a contract with the company to establish a trust relationship. But we had a different tour from the contract from the first day. I had to go to Tarrengirre on the first day of the contract, but they took me manyara lake saying that the lake was better. In fact, I was a little embarrassed because I chose to exclude some of the companies that didn't go to Tarengirle. They said there were more animals in Lake Manyara, but even if it was true, I wanted to go to Tarengyre, so I was sorry about that. The guide(Simba) was not very kind to us who could not speak English. The problem occurred on the third day. Apparently, the contract said that on the third morning we were going to a game drive to watch the sunrise. But our group was divided into two lodgings, so the guide came to pick us up only after the sun had already risen. On the way, I asked why I didn't go to see the sunrise, but the guide said, "Sunrise? The sun is already out.' I was Angry, I emailed boss to complain about this. the guide who spoke to the boss didn't apologize to me but rather got angry. " Instead of telling him, I told the president right away," he said. He also said that it would have been difficult to see the sunrise anyway because of the bad weather today. Even if it was true, it had to be carried out in accordance with the contract. Satisfaction is a matter for me to judge. Personally, I expected the sunrise the most during the safari tour. And if he couldn't drive a sunrise game, he had to explain to me in advance that he didn't do it for some reason before I complain. Before I left the tour, I was told from boss that our group's accommodations were divided into two. When I heard the story, I was worried that the guide could waste a lot of time picking us up from two places. So I asked how far the two accommodations are from each other. The president said they were close. However, the guide said, "It was hard for me to come and go because it was an hour away from two lodgings." What the hell is true? Of course, we watched all of the Big Five. However, it was quite regrettable that I did not go to sunrise or Tarengirre, which I expected. And I am not quite satisfied that I did not follow the contract and did not seek any concessions from me in advance. But our chef Suleimani was quite friendly and kind. The nature of Serengeti was so wonderful and beautiful, but some of them left something to be desired.
