Amazing safari holiday with ATC!
I had the pleasure of communicating with Sally from Rhino African Travel Consultants, Sally was incredibly responsive, patient and proactive. We worked very hard to design our itinerary with respect to our budget, dates and hotels / lodges selection. She made bookings with lodges so that our space would be guaranteed while we considered our different options and she did a great job following up and through with us. I really admire Sally's attention to detail and professionalism.

Amazing Experience All Around
Our experience with safari bookings was fantastic!! 8 of us in our group all had a once in a lifetime trip on the 3day safari. I booked everything through Jimmy who basically became our travel agent for any and everything we needed arranged! He had rides for us to and from airports and hostel suggestions for the days prior and after the safari. Everything ran smooth and on time and was professional and higher than our expectations! The food prepared by our chefs on the safari were a pleasant surprise too we really enjoyed it even though that was something we were worried about! The camping arrangements were top notch as well! Camping one night in the central Serengeti and another night on the rim of the ngororongo crater - we were in awe! The tents and sleeping bags were cozy as well, although you may want to bring a pillowcase and stuff some clothes in it to use as a pillow! During the safari I think we saw just about every animal we could think of - it was as if we’d name an animal we wanted to see next and out of nowhere boom it was right in front of us. There were 8 of us total in our group and not a single one of us has anything negative to say about this experience. A great deal budget camping for a safari and an overall fantastic experience! DO IT!

Me and my husband have just finished a 6 day safari, it was amazing!! We saw all the animal's we wanted too, including all of the big 5 (not guaranteed for obvious reasons, we have been really lucky with the animals) when booking a shared toured you have to understand that others will be joining you and leaving your group at different times so you have to be accommodating to this, we liked this because we got to meet a few different people along the way, our driver was Felix, he was brilliant, gave us facts about each animal and answered all our questions! There was long drives involved but felix made sure we had frequent stops and extra stops when we asked to use the wash room(or bush!) We couldn't have wished for a better driver he was very accommodating especially when a member of our group fell ill, we adjusted our itinerary to get him to a hospital, felix went in with them made sure they where seen and looked after (it wasnt anything serious, he just needed antibiotics) when i first emailed the company a gentleman called Willis got in touch and answered all my questions and advised on different packages and generall things about a safari, i would highly recommend this company.

I lived in neighboring country Tanzania for many year. Before i went on safari with sino africa. i thought i knew a lot about the E.A. but it really surprised me .The service, the organization and their professionalism is outstanding.looking forward to join you guys again for my next trip in kenya.

Awesome Safari experience!
We did the four day Safari with Shadows: Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Since initially contacting them we got the response from Inge who was super helpful during all the process of deciding what to do and where to stay. She also helped with all practical questions such as weather, clothing, tips, etc.
Our tour guide was Moody and he was absolutely amazing. He always tried hard to get us everywhere so that we could spot all the animals with the best views.
He has lots of experience and was able to respond all of our questions with knowledge.
The food was very good and we had picnic lunches including soup, a few options for main dish and some fruit or desert. Everything served with proper plates and cutlery which is nice.
We would 100% recommend Shadows and Moody as a Safari guide.

Bucket list trip
Really could not have asked for a better trip to serengeti and ngoro ngoro crater. Our guide was super knowledgeable at explaining everything we saw and ensuring we got to see everything, the food was amazing and we had a great time sharing beers and laughs with the other people on our tour. My first experience camping but it was comfortable with good facilities! We had an unforgettable experience in such an amazing part of the world, really recommend this tour :)

Overall the trip was fantastic
We traveled as a group of 6 coming from different parts of the Australia on a trip to Kenya. The travel company was responsive and accommodating from start to finish during the planning process. Every member of the travel team we met was professional, helpful and fun that include Vincent and Fredrick; from airport representatives, to drivers, to guides. All travel details were taken care of which was wonderful. All we had to do was enjoy the experience.
Overall the trip was fantastic. Our driver guide Kennedy was so helpful in putting what we were experiencing into a meaningful context. We purposefully included a blend of activity and down time and we are really glad we organized it that way so we could make the most of all we saw. Our guide was the highlight of the trip. We sighted lions, hippos, rhinos, giraffe, zebras, cheetah, baboons hyenas, buffalos, but most importantly our sighting of a leopard killing impala and taking it up the tree was so exciting, can't express. In the near future will be glad to recommend your organization to our friends.

Such an unforgettable journey
Overall it was a satisfying journey. About the price, I cant say it is quite good but acceptable.
We started preparing for the trip a year ago, we planned to go to both Kenya and Zanzibar. It was not always easy to find Alex, but we confirmed the itinerary on time anyway. We discussed the itinerary together and Alex and Dennis did give us some useful suggestions.
About hotels: They helped booking all the hotels we asked for even the hotels in Zanzibar, really appreciate that. Also booked the balloon safari which is such a great experience. The bush dinner was not as good as we expected.
About game drive: The views were fantastic (except the tones of dust on the way). The animals we've found and met were so adorable and beautiful. Only there's something we didn't expect to happen. We met Dennis and Joseph at the airport when we arrived. Joseph is very nice and full of experience. But just the day we need to move to Masai mara, we waited hours at the hotel and then were told that there's some problems with his vehicle so we had to change our game driver. The new driver is Peter, he also has many experience but not the way like Joseph, we didn't have enough time to get used to his way. This is a bit regrettable, or we might have an almost perfect journey.
