Amazing experience!
So glad we found this company. Sultan was great! Made our trip utterly enjoyable and took it to the next level. From arranging all the intricate details, to hooking us up with a luxury Safari experience (which was amazing, to say the least), planning out tours and everything in between. She’s a definitely must especially if you really want to have an immersive, memorable and top class experience.

Anya @ Pembury Tours is Great!
I worked with Anya on every aspect of my Safari, and I coudn't be happier. She followed my "must do" list and suggested several ingenious ways to accomplish them. In addition, I was offered several side quests that coincided with my list. Somehow, each step of the trip seemed to get better and better!
She responds with email and Skype/Facetime efficiently. When I was in Africa and felt unsure of the itinerary, Anya called me promptly to confirm dates and times. She is great!

We had an amazing time on safari with Richard that exceeded our expectations in every way!
Richard Bonaventure provided my wife and I with an experience of a lifetime. We spent a full week with Richard visiting the Serengetti, Ngorongoro Crater and 2 other National parks. Richard planned and executed the entire trip to perfection! He communicated the plan for each day the evening before and we were able to customize the experience to our personal preference. His knowledge of where to go in each of the parks to best see the animals throughout the day showed his experience and his commitment to our enjoyment. He is extremely well organized and a great planner and driver! Richard was tireless in seeking out superior viewing and photographic opportunities for us. He answered any questions we asked about the animals, landscape, culture, politics, religion and lifestyle of the areas we visited. We have travelled quite extensively and Richard stands out as one of the best guides we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend a safari wth Richard!

Legendary!
Legend Safaris exceeded all of our expectations. Arun was a great guide who's experience made for a great safari for our family. He worked hard to make us comfortable, he was a font of knowledge about the park, the animals and so much more. On day number one he found a lion stalking a herd of Impala and hours later drove us to a leopard "hang-out" where we saw our first of two leopards in two days. Beyond the leopards we had up-close encounters with the other four of the "big 5" AND hyenas and wild dogs which are quite rare to see. We can't thank Arun and Legend Safaris enough for making our experience LEGENDARY!

Excellent trip with an amazing guide.
My Husband and I made a trip to Tanzania and it was above our expectation. It was an excellent experience. With Gilmag Safaris company we loved every minute of our trip. Gilbert helped us organizing every detail and gave us a clear information about everything that we wanted to know and we we were very happy with overall experience.
Our tour guide, Gilbert was one in million. Kind, incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about wildlife animals, vegetation and history. He was also very respectful to the time we wanted to spend watching all of the animals that we wanted to see, very punctual and an excellent drive. Most people we met who worked for Gilmag Safaris company were amazing and friendly. Comfortable and clean accommodations, delicious food , excellent scenery; this company made our trip a memorable one. We made a great choice picking this company. Well planned tour
Traudy was great at organizing my daughter and my 10 day camping trip to Namibia...
Our guide and driver Elton was outstanding .. very courteous and accommodating

Terrible experience
- Terrible experience, from the beginning to the very end.
- Terrible attitude from the staff asking for ‘goods and gifts’ before our arrival.
- Several problems with the payment and more than 50$ charge for paying with card.
- Real disgusting responses by “the boss”.
- Terrible car conditions and driving manners. We had a serious accident with a truck caused by our driver, when we asked the company for the insurance they ignore us and, literally, laughed at us.
- Do you really need more reasons to ignore this company? Make yourself a favour and avoid them.
