I booked a 5days safari with this company. Until the first day, they told me that the safari was postponed to the second day which means my tour had to be shorten to 4days! Then the last day, they made me miss my flight and only buy me a new bus ticket instead of a flight ticket! They don't give me the refund for the missing Day of the safari because they said they accommodate me for the missed flight and the bus ticket is the compensation! Do you think if it is accapable? It's their fault that I missed one day safari and my flight, then they mix the problems to skip the compensation!

Safari in Maasai Mara
After a last minute change in the work schedule in Kenya, the possibility of a few days on vacation
appeared.
I contacted the company and in a few hours I had a very detailed quote with photo very illustrative and with a good price. After 2 days I was already on the trip.
Very good service, wonderful trip.
I will return now with the family, and I already have the company to organize my holidays in Kenya.

Our family holiday to Hluhluwe Hilltop Resort was superb. The resort itself was very clean, the staff were amazing and the food was beyond expectation. A truly memorable and enjoyable family vacation that we will be recommended to others.

Responsive. Very well organized. Professionnal drivers.
We did a 8 days/ 7 nights safari in Kenya and Tanzania . Everything went smoothly in spite of the two border crossing and the long roads. The guides/drivers were very professionnal and my daughter and I had a very nice time. We are always a bit frustrated because we would have liked to see more action (a cat kill for instance !!!) but we cannot predict nature and so maybe that the reason we would like to come back !!

This was my first time to go to Kenya and alone. I just randomly searched online and booked the 8 days safari tour (Nairobi, Sweetwaters, Aberdare, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara & Lake Naivasha) in 5 months ago with Alfred, the tour operator. We contact via email and he is good in responding! Benson, also the tour operator welcome me at airport and he helped me to arrange everything. Even he was not on the way to the tour but he knew very well about my route and schedule every day. In the first four days of the tour, only Peter the tour guide (also driver) and me. On the fifth days onward, other people joined together to Maasai Mara. Peter is really funny, friendly and he is very professional about wildlife!! His driving skill is so good too… My camera has not really very long shot lens but we are always so close to the animals and always in good angle! (Even the animals were surrounded by a lot of safari cars!) Thanks Alfred, Benson and Peter!! They are definitely a great team! Thanks for taking care me a lot, let me gained lots of knowledge about Kenya and met good friends in the tour. Hope to see you guys one day again!

We found a company that was flexible enough to offer us just what we wanted in the time we had.
Amaan was an excellent guide and driver and the company provided all we asked for. Amaan was always on time and provided a safe and enjoyable journey. When we told him we had been told we would see meerkats in the wild and it didn't happen, he researched and found a location that had some under rehabilitation. Our accommodations were excellent - comfortable and really quite beautiful. We especially enjoyed our bungalow at the ranch and the two tours of the range they provided - viewing the animals was exciting. The tour was a good value and we recommend Cape of Good Hope Tours to all.

Just Awesome!!
We went to a 3 day Masai Maara Safari. Lennox is the person we communicated about the safari through email. He was prompt in replying to the queries we asked. Richard was the driver who was very casual to us and he made sure the group was comfortable through out the safari. He is highly skilled driver and we spotted the big 5 :) I would rate him more than excellent :) Thanks to Lennox and Richard
