We planned and purchased an incredible safari, but gained 5 new amazing friendships!
5/5

Nyx and I were absolutely at ease from the moment we met Brenda and Kakasii, Tanzania Choice Safari owners, and our tour guide, Joseph. Our 8 day adventure was exciting and an unbelievable experience. Joseph is an experienced tour guide with a passion to create the best experience for his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to locate the wildlife the client wishes to see. He ensured our safety and was always flexible with the itinerary. I really appreciated that he used his expertise to provide us with the best possible safari. I can't imagine changing one single minute of it!

Brenda and Kakasii are wonderful people. They not only ensure that every detail of your trip is looked after, but welcomed us into their home. Our safari was seamless! We also enjoyed a day at their farm and toured the local village. It was a nice, relaxing end to our safari. The personal family time shared with Brenda, Kakasii and their amazing twins at their farm is a memory we will always cherish.

We planned and purchased a safari, but came out with 5 new amazing friendships!
Thank you.

Camping in the Rift Valley with 9 and 10 year olds
5/5

We all loved every minute of our 4 day safari investigating the tribes and geographical featuresof the Rift Valley.
The vehicles and drivers were great - with chilled water provided and the drivers being kind and friendly to the children. We had to drive off-road to meet up with the more remote tribes and it all felt like an exciting adventure - going across dry river beds and parking under baobab trees. The camp site was perfect with nice clean bathrooms, deliciously cooked fresh food each day and a pool for a refreshing swim. All the arrangements we had requested were well planned with guides to take us on our walks through the forests and to visit the different tribes. I would recommend Jackpot Safaris again.

Safari at its best!
5/5

We booked the 6-day Amboseli-Lake Nakuru-Massai Mara package for February 2016. From first contact until the end of our safari trip, Moureen and her team did an excellent job and managed to organize everything perfectly. Pick-up was organized, lodges were booked, the only thing we needed to do was to relax and enjoy the trip. Our driver Silas was so nice and friendly, we always felt comfortable in our car with our "bush family" :-)
Kay Adventure Tours is highly recommended, a perfect and simple way to enjoy a wonderful safari tour.

i really liked it

Got to do a walking tour at this park and loved it. We had a guide with us with a gun to scare the animals if they got too close. Such a great small park and got to see tons of wildlife.
Hard not to like it !

Design your own safari
5/5

The ability to negotiate accommodation type & level and means of travel allowed us to choose to suit our budget and time schedule. We chose to have a personal vehicle which allowed us to choose how we spent our time. Eustace, our driver, was a very safe driver, personable, and interested in making our experience wonderful. We would recommend this company highly.

Everything we dreamed of came true
5/5

When planning your first safari, you tend to set your personal expectations high! Wanting to see the big five, experiance amazing sights etc. Really, you shouldn't do that, as you are dealing with nature and that has a tendency to be conservative and immidiate to its own needs and not ours.

Our agent Clive, explained with clarity, all that we needed and more and showed great professionalism and knowledge in getting our group exactly what we wanted. This guy is simply incredible at what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Clive managed our expectations and if anything under promised and certainly over delevered.

However, I can honestly say, that with this trip, all our expectations were exceeded. The lodges were incredible and as for the brilliance of the Guides and scouts, they made this safari the trip of a lifetime.

Safari Honeymoon Dream: Jan 22-Feb 5, 2016
5/5

As we set out to plan our safari honeymoon, we realized quickly that it would be a daunting task. With so many tour operators, here and abroad, small and large, how do you know who is trustworthy and who will go that extra mile to ensure your trip is positively unforgettable?

After a lot of research, we were about to settle on a different safari operator, however I came across Safari Infinity and thought I'd send them a quick email before settling on a tour company. The overnight response was enough to start second guessing ourselves, and the more we corresponded with Augustine, the more we knew that Safari Infinity was the right company to take us on our honeymoon. Our trip was 8 days on Safari and just under a week in Zanzibar.

During the initial correspondence, Augustine was everything you could wish for with helping us pick out the best possible itinerary for our honeymoon vacation. He was always thoughtful and quick to reply to our questions - it honestly felt like a friend (who understood our travel objectives and budget constraints) was helping us plan our trip for us! He was even flexible with the form of payment because we had hesitations with using a wire transfer and allowed us to use email transfers instead. We felt much more comfortable dealing with Augustine and Safari Infinity because they were based out of Vancouver. He helped us make the most of our budget and plan our route, providing us with all the details about our options and giving his recommendation on what would be the best use of our time.

Our safari guide was Tumaini. He was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and went those extra miles to tailor our plans for us. Towards the end of the safari, we mentioned that we wanted to go on a walking safari. He reshuffled our itinerary and began asking around. Despite the rain, Tumaini held out hopes for our revised plans and made it happen! In the end, we had a beautiful hike up a mountainside with a park ranger and were greeted by an amazing panaroma view of the land below.

Tumaini had such a good read on the animals (not to mention us)! For wildlife, he could tell when the lions and leopards looked to be on the move. For us, he knew when we were trying to snap photos and would slow down and stop at a spot that would give us the right lighting. He knew when we'd want to rest and was up for anything we were up for. He was just one of those people you wanted to be around. He was positive, always smiling, and best of all he still got excited about seeing the animals.

We visited Tarangire, Ndutu, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro during the safari portion staying in Tarangire Safari Lodge, Ngorongoro Farmhouse, Pioneer Camp, Chaka Camp, Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge, and African Tulip. All accommodations were wonderful with the exception of Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge which was a little lacklustre.

But overall, the trip was a dream. Everything was taken care of for us - all we had to do was sit back and smile. It truly felt like Safari Infinity had our best interests at heart, checking in with us at the right times and injecting personal touches along the way to make the trip oh-so-special! Asante Sana Tumaini, Augustine, and the rest of the Safari Infinity team.

Dreamy Escape into the bush
Overall rating
4/5

We participated in a three day safari at Selous, organized by Kanuth Adventure Safaris. Kanuth Staff picked up us from our hotel, they were kind, helpful, appreciative of our business and fair priced. The drive from the city to the park was beautiful and exciting, an adventure in itself. We stayed at Hippo Camp, which was a lovely camp, just outside the park gates. We stayed in a lovely tree house right on the rufiji river, it was much like "glamping". The park was extraordinary. It was remote and beautiful. It was rainy while we were there, but honestly the experience was so dreamy, it wasn't too upsetting. We chose Selous over the Northern circuit because we were looking for something a bit off the beaten track. We wanted to immerse ourselves in vastness of the land, away from "tourists". We knew there was a risk in doing so, as we heard the wildlife sightings were less of a guarantee at Selous. But we were very lucky. Our guide was wonderful. We spent all day driving around the park, seeing everything we could have hoped to see. The only other humans we saw were the two other jeeps we entered the park with, from our camp. It was truly lovely. I highly recommend this park. One thing I might say when booking a package-- we were sold a boat safari, jeep safari and "walking safari". The walking safari, was a bush walk that took place outside of the park. While it was lovely, we felt mislead. There were some travelers who received an actual walking safari inside the park. Just be sure to receive clarification on this. Other than that piece everything was a dream. Cheers.
